本发明涉及一种室内新风净化机,具体的说是一种加湿型室内新风净化机,属于净化设备技术领域。其包括机体,机体内中部设有静电集尘除尘器,静电集尘除尘器将机体内分隔成机体左室体和机体右室体。进风口和板式热交换芯体之间设有粗效过滤器,回风口处设有六路传感器,机体右室体侧壁上设有送风口,机体右室体内设有高效过滤器,高效过滤器和送风口之间设有加湿器。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,使用方便,工作可靠,能够对室内回风的温度、湿度、CO2浓度、甲醛浓度等环境指数进行调节,从而符合人们对生活舒适性的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种室内新风净化机,具体的说是一种加湿型室内新风净化机,属于净化设备技术领域。
背景技术
室内新风净化机是一种新型家用电器,将空气不断电离,产生大量负离子,被微风扇送出,形成负离子气流,达到清洁净化空气的目的,有效提高空气清洁度,更自然舒适,为富养舒适的空气净化专家。
室内新风净化机的工作原理如下:机体内的微风扇(又称通风机)使室内空气循环流动,污染的空气通过机内的空气过滤器(两次过滤)后将各种污染物清除或吸附,然后经过装在出风口的负离子发生器(工作时负离子发生器中的高压产生直流负高压),将空气不断电离,产生大量负离子,被微风扇送出,形成负离子气流,达到清洁、净化空气的目的,有效提高空气清洁度,更自然,舒适。
传统的室内新风净化机不具备湿度调节功能,不能满足客户对高舒适性生活环境的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种加湿型室内新风净化机,能够对室内回风的温度、湿度、CO2浓度、甲醛浓度等环境指数进行调节,从而符合人们对生活舒适性的要求。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,加湿型室内新风净化机包括机体,机体内中部设有静电集尘除尘器,静电集尘除尘器将机体内分隔成机体左室体和机体右室体;机体左室体侧壁上设有进风口和排风口,机体左室体顶部设有回风口,机体左室体内设有板式热交换芯体,板式热交换芯体的进口端连接回风口,板式热交换芯体的出口端连接排风口,其特征是:进风口和板式热交换芯体之间设有粗效过滤器,回风口处设有六路传感器,机体右室体侧壁上设有送风口,机体右室体内设有高效过滤器,高效过滤器和送风口之间设有加湿器。
进一步的,排风口处设有排风机。
进一步的,静电集尘除尘器和高效过滤器之间设有送风机。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1所示,本发明主要包括机体1,机体1内中部设有静电集尘除尘器10,静电集尘除尘器10将机体1内分隔成机体左室体和机体右室体。
机体左室体侧壁上设有进风口2和排风口3,机体左室体顶部设有回风口8。机体左室体内设有板式热交换芯体7,板式热交换芯体7的进口端连接回风口8,板式热交换芯体7的出口端连接排风口3。
进风口2和板式热交换芯体7之间设有粗效过滤器5。回风口8处设有六路传感器9,六路传感器9用于检测室内回风的温度、湿度、CO2浓度、甲醛浓度等参数。
所述排风口3处设有排风机6,通过排风机6提高排放的效率。
机体右室体侧壁上设有送风口4,机体右室体内设有高效过滤器12。高效过滤器12和送风口4之间设有加湿器13。
所述静电集尘除尘器10和高效过滤器12之间设有送风机11,通过送风机11提供送风效率。
本发明的工作原理是:在工作时,混浊的室外新风从进风口进入,经粗效过滤器过滤,过滤掉室外新风的大颗粒污染物。经粗效过滤器过滤后的较洁净的室外新风通过板式热交换芯体与室内回风进行冷/热量(全热)交换。经能量交换后的室外新风再通过静电集尘除尘器再一次净化,将室外新风的洁净度再次提升。室外新风由送风机作为动力驱动,再通过高效过滤器过滤掉室外新风中PM2.5,形成高品质的室外新风。高品质的室外新风再经过加湿器,对室外新风进行适度加温,形成高品质、高舒适度的室内送新风,送至人员活动区。室内回风经板式热交换芯体进行能量交换后,由排风机作为动力驱动,排至室外,成室外排风。六路传感器探测室内回风的温度、湿度、CO2浓度、甲醛浓度等参数。当六路传感器探测探测室内回风的温度、湿度、CO2浓度、甲醛浓度等参数不符要求时,控制系统会自动开启静电集尘除尘器、加湿器;且对送风机与排风机进行自动升高或降低其转速,以使室内回风的温度、湿度、CO2浓度、甲醛浓度等参数符合人员活动的生活舒适要求。

1.一种加湿型室内新风净化机,包括机体(1),机体(1)内中部设有静电集尘除尘器(10),静电集尘除尘器(10)将机体(1)内分隔成机体左室体和机体右室体;机体左室体侧壁上设有进风口(2)和排风口(3),机体左室体顶部设有回风口(8),机体左室体内设有板式热交换芯体(7),板式热交换芯体(7)的进口端连接回风口(8),板式热交换芯体(7)的出口端连接排风口(3),其特征是:进风口(2)和板式热交换芯体(7)之间设有粗效过滤器(5),回风口(8)处设有六路传感器(9),机体右室体侧壁上设有送风口(4),机体右室体内设有高效过滤器(12),高效过滤器(12)和送风口(4)之间设有加湿器(13)。
