本发明公开了一种多瓣浮箱式止回阀,它包括主要由主阀体(1)和副阀体(13)密封连接构成的阀体,所述副阀体(13)和主阀体(1)内壁分别固接有上转轴(8)和下转轴(5),所述上转轴(8)和下转轴(4)分别活动连接有浮箱式结构的上阀瓣(7)和下阀瓣(3),所述上阀瓣(7)与主阀体(1)之间、下阀瓣(3)与主阀体(1)之间固接有铰链(14)。本发明由于采用铰链连接阀瓣与阀体,使得上阀瓣、下阀瓣开启的角度可控,不易损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及止回阀,尤其涉及旋启式止回阀。 
背景技术
目前,石油、化工、制药、冶金、煤碳、电力行业、城市给排水等行业的管路上大多设置有止回阀,它靠管路中水泵及电机推动介质流动产生的力而自动开启和关闭,适用介质为水、油品、蒸汽、酸性介质等。止回阀的主要作用是防止介质倒流、防止水泵及其驱动电机机反转,保障管网安全运行通常选用旋启式止回阀。大口径管路选用的旋启式止回阀使用时运行不平稳,阀瓣受到的冲击力较大,扬程较大,容易损坏,严重时会导致阀门、管路或水泵及其驱动电机设备的损坏。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用时运行平稳、流量适中、阀瓣扬程较小、使用寿命更长的多瓣浮箱式止回阀。 
本发明的技术方案是:扬程可控的多瓣浮箱式止回阀,它包括主要由主阀体和副阀体密封连接构成的阀体,所述副阀体和主阀体内壁分别固接有上转轴和下转轴,所述上转轴和下转轴分别活动连接有浮箱式结构的上阀瓣和下阀瓣,所述上阀瓣与主阀体之间、下阀瓣与主阀体之间固接有铰链。 
上述方案的改进是所述的副阀体上固接有向阀体内部延伸的凸板。 
上述方案的进一步改进是所述的下转轴上端固接有下阀瓣限位螺栓。 
上述方案的更进一步改进是所述孔洞之间固接有限制下阀瓣限位螺栓向下转动的凹型连接件。 
上述方案的再进一步改进是所述孔洞两端与阀体内部之间固接有密封圈。 
本发明的有益效果是由于采用铰链连接阀瓣与阀体,使得上阀瓣、下阀瓣开启的角度可控,不易损坏。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的实施例是:主要由主阀体1和副阀体13密封连接构成的阀体,所述副阀体13和主阀体1内壁分别固接有上转轴8和下转轴4,所述上转轴8和下转轴4分别活动连接有浮箱式结构的上阀瓣7和下阀瓣3,所述阀体内部上阀瓣7和下阀瓣3正投影下方分别开有供液体通过的孔洞,所述上阀瓣7与主阀体1之间、下阀瓣3与主阀体1之间固接有铰链14。 
本发明的优选例是主阀体1和副阀体13采用流线型设计,主阀体1和副阀体13通过主副阀体紧固螺栓9连接,在主副阀体紧固螺栓9上安装主副阀体密封圈10起到防水密封作用。阀体进水口采用锥形导流体,从而达到运行平稳,流量大,噪音小,水头损失较小的目的。阀关闭时上下阀瓣自然下垂,盖住下方的孔洞。由于采用双瓣双孔,且上阀瓣7、下阀瓣3采用浮箱式结构,使得上阀瓣7、下阀瓣3重量轻,开启时由于浮力作用,加上水的推力,使上阀瓣7、下阀瓣3易开启。关闭时,同样有浮力,使得阀瓣关闭时,无撞击,噪音小。为进一步减小冲击力和保持较好的密封性,孔洞两端与阀体内部之间固接有密封圈2,密封圈2采用空心P型胶条,关闭时,上阀瓣7和下阀瓣3对阀体撞击力更小,密封效果更好。副阀体13上向阀体内部延伸的凸板12对上阀瓣7起到限位作用,开启时上阀瓣7随转轴向上转动,接触凸板12时停止转动。凸板12通过凸板紧固螺栓11固接在副阀体13上,下转轴4上的下阀瓣限位螺栓5在开启时随转轴向下转动,碰到孔洞之间的凹型连接件的凹面停止转动,这样就和凸板12起到共同控制上、下阀瓣开合角度的作用,避免通过阀体内的水流过多过急。

1.扬程可控的多瓣浮箱式止回阀,它包括主要由主阀体(1)和副阀体(13)密封连接构成的阀体,所述副阀体(13)和主阀体(1)内壁分别固接有上转轴(8)和下转轴(5),所述上转轴(8)和下转轴(4)分别活动连接有浮箱式结构的上阀瓣(7)和下阀瓣(3),其特征是所述上阀瓣(7)与主阀体(1)之间、下阀瓣(3)与主阀体(1)之间固接有铰链。
2.如权利要求1所述的扬程可控的多瓣浮箱式止回阀,其特征是所述副阀体(13)上固接有向阀体内部延伸的凸板(12)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的扬程可控的多瓣浮箱式止回阀,其特征是所述下转轴(4)上固接有下阀瓣限位螺栓(5)。
4.如权利要求3所述的扬程可控的多瓣浮箱式止回阀,其特征是所述孔洞之间固接有限制下阀瓣限位螺栓(5)向下转动的凹型连接件。
5.如权利要求4所述的扬程可控的多瓣浮箱式止回阀,其特征是所述孔洞两端与阀体内部之间固接有密封圈(2)。
