Abstract

本发明《吊装时销杆能自锁脱钩时销杆能自动脱扣的卸扣》主要用于建筑工程吊装使用，属于建筑工程施工吊装工具领域。它主要由卸扣（1）、销杆（3）、弹簧A（4）、弹簧B（5）、插销（6）、弹片（7）组成；吊装时，手推销杆（3）的手柄（9）将销杆（3）推入就位，此时弹簧A（4）处于伸长状态，将插销（6）下拉插入销杆（3）的环形槽（8）内，同时弹簧B（5）处于伸长状态，起吊后，弹片（7）在绑柱子的钢丝绳（16）的压力下向下动作带动插销（6）卡住销杆（3）；卸扣时，绑柱子的钢丝绳（16）无吊物重力，弹簧B（5）回缩并拉出插销（6），弹簧A（4）回缩拉回销杆（3），完成卸扣动作。

技术领域
 本发明主要用于建筑工程吊装使用，属于建筑工程施工吊装工具领域。
背景技术
 我国目前使用的吊装卸扣都需要人工装入卸扣销杆，人工卸岀卸扣销杆，特别是吊装柱时，吊钩与卸扣都在柱的上端，当下端的柱脚已固定，需要人工爬到柱的上端卸下卸扣的销杆，既危险又费力，目前已申请的专利是用绳索由人工在地面拉出高空的销杆，吊装时，绳索在高空可能会绊到其它构件，会将销杆强行拉出从而发生危险。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题，它主要由卸扣（1）、销杆（3）、弹簧A（4）、弹簧B（5）、插销（6）、弹片（7）组成；吊装时，手推销杆（3）的手柄（9）将销杆（3）推入就位，此时弹簧A（4）处于伸长状态，将插销（6）下拉插入销杆（3）的环形槽（8）内，同时弹簧B（5）处于伸长状态，起吊后，弹片（7）在绑柱子的钢丝绳（16）的压力下向下动作带动插销（6）卡住销杆（3）；卸扣时，绑柱子的钢丝绳（16）无吊物重力，弹簧B（5）回缩并拉出插销（6），弹簧A（4）回缩拉回销杆（3），完成卸扣动作。
本发明主要由卸扣（1）、销杆（3）、弹簧A（4）、弹簧B（5）、插销（6）、弹片（7）组成；卸扣（1）又由筒室（2）、孔B（12）、孔C（13）、长条孔（14）、U形环（17）组成，U形环（17）有孔B（12）、孔C（13），筒室（2）的开口端固定在U形环（17）的右端，筒室（2）的前后均有长条孔（14）；销杆（3）又由圆杆（18）、环形槽（8）、手柄（9）组成，圆杆（18）的左端有环形槽（8），手柄（9）固定在圆杆（18）的右端；弹片（7）有孔A（10）；插销（6）有U形槽（11）；弹簧A（4）安装在筒室（2）内，弹簧A（4）的右端与筒室（2）的右端内壁固定，弹簧A（4）的左端与圆杆（18）的右端固定，弹簧B（5）的上端与卸扣（1）的U形环（17）左侧上端固定，弹簧B（5）的下端与插销（6）的上端固定，弹片（7）的右端与U形环（17）的右侧内壁固定，弹片（7）的左端上端与插销（6）的下端固定，弹片（7）的孔A（10）穿过U形环（17）的左侧杆，销杆（3）安装在筒室（2）内，并可穿过U形环（17）的孔B（12）及孔C（13），销杆（3）的手柄（9）穿过筒室（2）的前后两个长条孔（14），手推手柄（9）可带动销杆（3）在筒室（2）内左右运动。需说明：弹片（7）有一定的弹性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参见图5、图6，卸扣（1）由筒室（2）、孔B（12）、孔C（13）、长条孔（14）、U形环（17）组成；参见图7、图8，销杆（3）由圆杆（18）、环形槽（8）、手柄（9）组成；参见图1、图9、图10、图11、图12，弹片（7）的孔A（10）穿过U形环（17）的右侧杆，其上端与插销（6）的下端固定，其余各图较容易看出各部件的关系。吊装时，将本发明U形环（17）的下端穿入绑柱子的钢丝绳（16），上端放入挂吊钩的钢丝绳（15），这是建筑工程吊装时常见的安装钢丝绳的方法，人工将销杆（3）的手柄（9）沿卸扣（1）的长条孔（14）向左推，销杆（3）的圆杆（18）会依次穿过U形环（17）的孔C（13）及孔B（12）直到销杆（3）的环形槽（8）露出U形环（17）的左侧外，此时弹簧A（4）处于伸长状态，再人工向下推插销（6），使插销（6）的U形槽（11）插入销杆（3）的环形槽（8）内，此时弹簧B（5）处于伸长状态；起吊重物后，弹片（7）在绑柱子的钢丝绳（16）的压力下向下动作带动插销（6）紧紧卡住销杆（3）；当吊装柱子的柱脚安装就位，需卸扣时，吊车的吊钩松钩，绑柱子的钢丝绳（16）无吊物重力作用失去对弹片（7）向下的压力，弹片（7）会向上回弹，同时弹簧B（5）回缩并拉出插销（6），此时弹簧A（4）回缩拉回销杆（3），完成卸扣动作，当销杆（3）拉回筒室（2）后，卸扣会由于自重力脱落，并随绑柱子的钢丝绳（16）掉落地面。

1. 吊装时销杆能自锁脱钩时销杆能自动脱扣的卸扣，其特征是：它主要由卸扣（1）、销杆（3）、弹簧A（4）、弹簧B（5）、插销（6）、弹片（7）组成；卸扣（1）又由筒室（2）、孔B（12）、孔C（13）、长条孔（14）、U形环（17）组成，U形环（17）有孔B（12）、孔C（13），筒室（2）的开口端固定在U形环（17）的右端，筒室（2）的前后均有长条孔（14）；销杆（3）又由圆杆（18）、环形槽（8）、手柄（9）组成，圆杆（18）的左端有环形槽（8），手柄（9）固定在圆杆（18）的右端；弹片（7）有孔A（10）；插销（6）有U形槽（11）；弹簧A（4）安装在筒室（2）内，弹簧A（4）的右端与筒室（2）的右端内壁固定，弹簧A（4）的左端与圆杆（18）的右端固定，弹簧B（5）的上端与卸扣（1）的U形环（17）左侧上端固定，弹簧B（5）的下端与插销（6）的上端固定，弹片（7）的右端与U形环（17）的右侧内壁固定，弹片（7）的左端上端与插销（6）的下端固定，弹片（7）的孔A（10）穿过U形环（17）的左侧杆，销杆（3）安装在筒室（2）内，并可穿过U形环（17）的孔B（12）及孔C（13），销杆（3）的手柄（9）穿过筒室（2）的前后两个长条孔（14），手推手柄（9）可带动销杆（3）在筒室（2）内左右运动。
