Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于卫生地密封饮料容器的方法,所述的饮料容器特别是设有一头部的听或罐型容器,在该头部上专门预先设置一个区域作为开口,从这个开口可将装入罐或锡罐内的饮料再倒出。
众所周知,各种类型的饮料,如啤酒、水果汁以及类似饮料,已大量用听装或罐装形式来出售,而大部分罐为铝制罐。在每一个这种听或罐的头部上,一般设置有一个可以拉出的舌形片和一有关的拉环,从而可随时形成一用于倒出罐内饮料的开口。大多数消费者已养成一种习惯,即拉开所说的舌形片,以打开饮料罐,然后用嘴对着开口直接饮用液体饮料。
现在从卫生的角度来看,这种习惯显然是相当成问题的和危险的习惯,因为饮料罐在运输期间以及在储存在仓库或货架上的过程中,它们本身可能会落满灰尘、污染物等。
保护饮料罐的卫生,特别是它们的将与消费者的嘴直接接触的饮料流出或倒出的有关区域的卫生问题,很长时间以来已经受到了重视和克服。
所以,例如美国专利说明书3,204,805公开了一种解决方案,即整个容器或是仅在其饮料装倒部分在已经进行了及时的消毒之后,要求用一种无毒塑料的覆层对同一容器加以保护,该覆层适合于在打开容器时除去。
当密封容器的饮料装倒开口的舌形片被拉掉时,可以部分地去掉保护性覆层,然后可用手整个地将其去掉(关于此点,特别见图6-8)。
然而,上述引用的专利说明书没有谈到用于在实际中将这个保护覆层加在罐上的方法。但是,从该专利的附图可以推知,首先模制出这种保护覆层(11),然后以一种互叠联接的形式将其粘封在罐上。事实上,不可能另外解释同一覆层的特殊形状,即将该覆层做成以大于180度的角形延伸部分包围容器的头部。可以很清楚的表明,这样一种形状实际上是必须的,以便防止覆层由于意外事故而脱落,即当搬运容器时不会从容器上脱落。因此,这里所公开的方案显得相当复杂和昂贵,因为它要求进行两个不同的工序步骤,即保护覆层的模制及将它放在容器上。
无论如何,可以追溯到30多年前的这种方案在实际应用中很难再被实施了,这是由于在全世界有愈来愈多的国家赞同新的环境保护条例,根据该条例,从简化不同的处理和回收原材料方面出发,饮料容器的撕开的舌形片不应与容器脱开。
目前使用的饮料容器,开口的可以拉开的舌形片以此方式仍然连在容器上,而且将其设置成可相应于相应形成的饮料装倒口退缩回该容器内。由于在拉掉开口舌形片时,保护覆层不会自动断开,根据上述引用的专利的使用方案将变得无实际的应用价值。因此,继之而来的是这种覆盖层必须由消费者用力才能撕掉,这样极易使容器内的液体泼洒出来。
从消除与上面所说明的方案有关的缺点的角度来看,不同的保护概念已被相继地提出。例如美国专利说明书3,362,570描述了一种带有一个可拉掉的开口舌形片(C)的饮料罐,该舌形片可以始终连接在饮料罐的头部上。这个头部完全地由一个塑料帽(E)盖住,该塑料帽又设有一以利于将其除去的挠性的伸展部分(G),以及一个钩状部分(F),用于使帽与饮料罐开口的可拉舌形片接合。
无论如何,即使这样一种方案也显得是相当复杂和成本高昂的,因为它需要利用相当大量的塑料来模制一种专门形状的帽。此外,当设置有这种帽时,饮料罐的头部会变得完全扁平和光滑,即,没有典型的环形突边,而该边沿在叠放饮料罐时,对保证相互接合是非常有用的。
美国专利说明书4,749,100描述了一种相当新的发明方案,根据该项发明,饮料罐的整个头部仍然用一种适合的材料(模制塑料,纸和类似材料)做的薄板覆盖,它应具有挠性并且是可生物降解的。此外,这种薄板应具有这样的形状,即能使其也包围住饮料罐的凸边,并且与该边沿接合,从而防止因意外事故而与之脱开。即使在这种情况下,由于它需要使用专门的设备和工具来成形和施放该盖板,该种饮料罐的卫生保护仍是相当复杂和昂贵的。
FR-A-2684979公开了一种用基于水溶液及亲水聚合物的薄膜密封瓶塞的方法。该薄膜是通过将瓶颈浸入一种液体混合物中,并且转动它们以便保证得到全部的覆盖而形成的。所述方法具有需连续转动瓶子的缺点;此外,该方法对罐而言是不方便的,这会需要过量的和无用的密封材料。
因此,非常希望,事实上这也是本发明的主要目的,根据下述的解决方案提供一种用于饮料容器的卫生保护措施,即可以简单和低成本的实施和使用该方案,并且符合最新的环境保护条例。
本发明确实提供了这样一种技术方案,它包括一用于至少部分地覆盖饮料容器的头部的薄膜,所说的薄膜是通过简单地将需要覆盖的部分浸入一种非毒性的液体物质中,使该物质粘附在饮料容器的该部分上并且在几秒钟内固化而施加的,当需要时,即想要饮用饮料时,通过简单地将其剥下就可将其除去。
通过参考附图对下述的非限定性实施例进行的描述,可以更清楚地了解根据本发明的解决方案的特点和优点,图中:

从上述所列的各图中可以注意到,根据本发明的方法在用于对一种饮料罐12的头部11的那个区域施加卫生密封10时具有特别有利的优点,当消费者选择在开罐后直接饮用饮料时,所述头部区通常与消费者的嘴直接相接触。
罐12的头部11通常带有一舌形片13,它能被拉掉而露出一孔口14,通过该孔口能倒出饮料。如所公知的及图3中所特别表示的,所说的舌形片13向上弯曲,由此使头部11的密封孔口14的带预刻痕区被打开。
根据本发明,在装满饮料,封闭及消毒后,罐12以一种倾斜的位置简单地浸入装有一种无毒物质10的槽中(图1),将该物质加热以保持其处于液态,当将罐从该槽中取出仅几秒钟后,该物质就会变硬和凝固。
这样的将饮料罐浸入密封槽中的操作能被限制在头部11的一个区域和有关的边沿,从而可用所述密封物质10仅封住孔口14。因此,在头部12上形成一覆盖层,它延伸开来并盖住一开口,该开口是小于180度的(不规则)扇形角。其结果是,将物质10的用量减为最小。
当然,覆盖层10的施加工作能沿同一饮料罐的罐装生产线自动地进行。为此,可将经过了罐装,密封及消毒后的饮料罐运送通过一个装有覆盖层物质的槽。采用在本领域中已公知的装置(例如传送线),在实际上就可能将适当地并排排列的饮料罐自动地运送通过覆盖/密封部分,并且头朝下颠倒过来,以使其头部全部或部分地浸在槽内,然后通过随后进行的转动将同一饮料罐从槽中移出,使它们转回到它们的初始位置,即使它们的头部朝上。
在实际应用中,在将舌形片13提起并将孔口14打开后,消费者一般将舌形片13以这样一种方式对着头部11的表面重新压下,由此防止舌形片阻碍消费者用嘴直接从罐中饮用饮料。在按此方法拉开舌形片时,使盖住孔口14的覆盖层10的区域撕裂,这样消费者就能很容易地将整个覆层取走,就像在图4中很好的表示出来的那样。
用于得到该覆层10的物质可以基于任何一种具有明显的熔点的聚合材料,假如它是无毒的和可生物降解的、或可以重复利用的,并且假如在使用时能将它加热到所需的温度并保持处于液态而不会有任何退化,并能在几秒钟内进一步固化。但是,根据公知的资料,可用于该目的的材料在一种优选形式中是烯族热塑橡胶,例如一种目前用于通过直接将材料热铸在其底座内而得到密封垫片的材料。
因此,确定可以说根据本发明的方法是特别简单并且经济合算的,这是因为它不需要任何专用的设备,工具或操作,而所带来的后果是能尽量利用切成最小块的材料。此外,以这种方式施加的保护覆层能非常靠近地粘附在饮料罐的表面上,由此它不会妨碍为了储存和运输而将饮料罐进行的叠放,同时当为了饮用而必须打开饮料罐时,可以极容易和方便地将保护覆层去除。因此,根据所附的权利要求,本发明的范围扩大到也包括应用该方法而获得的饮料罐。
特别是,因为允许方便地分开废弃的饮料罐的材料(金属和塑料),以便回收和继续重复利用,应该强调这样一个事实,即根据本发明的容器可确保完全符合最新的环境标准和规定。
值得推荐的是,根据本发明的上述方法也可以应用到其它型式的可能有类似的卫生和使用问题的听装容器和饮料罐等上。
Claims (8)
1.用于卫生地密封饮料容器(12),特别是铝罐的方法,该饮料容器设有一有预刻痕的区域,该区域适用于利用自动开罐装置(13)在罐上形成一装倒饮料的孔口(14),所述的孔口适于与消费者的嘴相接触,并由一覆盖层(10)来保护,其特征在于,只通过将所述部分浸入一装有无毒的和可生物降解的,或可重复利用的物质的槽中,就可将所述覆盖层(10)施加在容器(12)的头部(11)上,所述物质可用加热的方法保持处于液体状态,并能在将容器从所述槽中取出时粘附在容器上,而且在几秒钟内便会固化,所述覆盖层(10)伸展并覆盖至少一部分所述孔口(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述覆盖层(10)伸展并用一小于180°的角形延伸部分覆盖住头部(11)的一个圆环区段。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述覆盖层(10)由一种具有明显的熔点的聚合物构成。
4.根据上述权利要求中的任何一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述覆盖层(10)包括一种烯族的热塑橡胶。
5.根据上述权利要求中的任何一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述覆盖层(10)以一种自动的方式如下所述地涂敷在饮料容器(12)上,即沿所述容器进行罐装和消毒的同一生产线,将它们头向下倒转,并浸入装有所述覆盖物质(10)的槽中。
6.一种饮料罐,特别是铝罐,包括一个带有预刻痕区(14)的头部(11),该预刻痕区适于形成一个在用扛杆型开口装置(13)开罐之后,用来倾倒饮料的孔口,所述头部(11)用一卫生覆层保护,其特征在于,所述覆层由一种无毒的和可生物降解的物质构成,该物质能用加热的办法保持处于液体状态,而且会在冷却时在几秒钟内固化,通过简单地将罐子的所述头部(11)浸入所述物质中,可使所述物质至少部分地粘附在所述区域(14)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的饮料罐,其特征在于,所述覆盖层(10)用一个小于180°的角形伸展部分覆盖头部(11)的一个圆形区段。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的饮料罐,其特征在于,所述覆盖层(10)由一种聚烯烃型热塑橡胶构成。
