AOB植物谷物坚果米粉及制备工艺是由:竹叶提取物AOB(抗氧化剂)竹叶黄酮、玉米淀粉、五谷杂粮、植物、坚果组成:以50千克AOB植物谷物坚果米粉为例:AOB(抗氧化剂)0.5千克,竹叶黄酮(0.5千克),玉米淀粉10千克,小米5千克,薏米5千克,糯米9千克,花生米1千克,白芝麻1千克,榛子仁1千克,核桃仁1千克,山杏仁1千克,山葛根粉10千克,麦冬1千克,莲子1千克,百合1千克,麦芽粉1千克。精选分类:水洗、烘干、炒熟,用特制粉碎机混合磨粉,二次用生产米粉的专用设备深加工,产品烘干,包装为产品。不影响各种食用米粉的制做方法,即能增加食用强化营养成份,又能改善米粉食用品质,还能起到食补、食疗、保健的作用,口味纯香,食用方便。

本发明涉及一种改善食用米粉,强化营养食补、食疗、养生、保健、特制口味配方及制备工艺。
背景技术:
目前食品市场上出售的各种米粉,均使用传统的制做方法,单一的原料玉米淀粉制成,营养成份不全,没有人体所需的食补、食疗、保健的作用,更无法精选采用植物、竹叶,高新科技“分类分离提取物”的配料,及人体所需的植物功能生物功能的提取物AOB(抗氧化剂)竹叶黄酮的原料。
发明内容:
为了克服传统的米粉的品种单一,营养成份不全,起不到食补、食疗、保健的作用,本发明提供一种植物功能的分离提纯原料,以高新科技“分离提取物”AOB(抗氧化剂)竹叶黄酮和植物功能的五谷、坚果等相结合的配方及制备工艺,即能强化米粉的品质,又能起到食补、食疗,养生保健功能的作用,且彻底改变了中国传统米粉的制做方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
精选采用竹叶分离提取物AOB(抗氧化剂)竹叶黄酮、玉米淀粉、小米、薏米、糯米、花生米、白芝麻、榛子仁、核桃仁、山杏仁、山葛根粉、麦冬、莲子、百合、麦芽粉。
以50千克AOB植物谷物坚果米粉为例:AOB(抗氧化剂)0.5千克,竹叶黄酮(0.5千克),玉米淀粉10千克,小米5千克,薏米5千克,糯米9千克,花生米1千克,白芝麻1千克,榛子仁1千克,核桃仁1千克,山杏仁1千克,山葛根粉10千克,麦冬1千克,莲子1千克,百合1千克,麦芽粉1千克。
以50千克原料进行精选分类,水洗、烘干、(分类分离提取物)、五谷杂粮、坚果、烘烤熟,用特制粉碎机精准配料,混合磨粉,二次专用生产米粉的机械设备深加工,烘干,包装为产品。
本发明有益效果是:特制米粉其营养成份,起到食补、食疗,养生、保健的作用,因在竹叶提取物,AOB(抗氧化剂)竹叶黄酮中,有人体所需的多种氨基酸,人体所需的生物功能原素,竹叶黄酮的主要植物功能是清除人体内氧自由基,使细胞再生延年益寿,五谷杂粮、坚果中富含人体所需的天然化合物和各种维生素,这种竹叶提取物和五谷杂粮、坚果植物功能和生物功能在人体中,能起到养生保健作用。

以50千克AOB植物谷物坚果米粉为例:AOB(抗氧化剂)0.5千克,竹叶黄酮(0.5千克),玉米淀粉10千克,小米5千克,薏米5千克,糯米9千克,花生米1千克,白芝麻1千克,一榛子仁1千克,核桃仁1千克,山杏仁1千克,山葛根粉10千克,麦冬1千克,莲子1千克,百合1千克,麦芽粉1千克。
2.精选原料:分类、水洗、烘干、炒熟,用特制粉碎机混合磨粉,二次采用专业生产米粉的机器设备深加工,产品烘干,包装为产品。
