技术领域
本发明涉及一种清除室内环境中颗粒物的方法。
更具体地,本发明主要用于净化室内环境中被来自现有及以前的经空气传播的颗粒物及其外源或内源的残留物污染的房间、空间及各种室内装置。
背景技术
颗粒物(PM)是一种空气污染物,包括悬浮在空气中的固体和液体颗粒的混合物。PM主要由气动粒径(AD)为10μm或更小的颗粒组成。细颗粒物的气动粒径为2.5μm或更小。
根据粒径,经空气传播的颗粒物按如下分类:
-TSP或总悬浮颗粒物,包括所有经空气传播的颗粒物(AD:0.01μm-100μm);
-AD在2.5μm和10μm之间的粗颗粒物;
-PM10或AD小于10μm的颗粒物,也指小颗粒物;
-PM2.5或AD小于2.5μm的颗粒物,也指细颗粒物;
-PM0.1或AD小于0.1μm的颗粒物,也指超细颗粒物。
颗粒物的来源大致可以分成三组(www.rivm.nl,Handboek Binnenmilieu 2007):
-热燃烧产物的凝结:小于0.1μm的超细颗粒物;
-大气中空气污染气体的化学反应:0.1μm和2.5μm之间的细颗粒物;
-机械原因(如磨损、风蚀、散装输送(bulk transfer)等)带来的颗粒:超过2.5μm的
粗颗粒物或小颗粒物。
颗粒物能进入呼吸系统、消化系统,甚至是血液系统。对人类健康的危害主要是PM2.5部分造成的:这些颗粒物会深入肺部,甚至出现在血液或淋巴系统中(WHO air quality andhealth fact sheet Nr.313Sept.2011(WHO空气质量和健康情况简报313号,2011年9月)。
一般来说,更小的颗粒(PM10及更小的)和燃烧产生的颗粒相较于机械原因形成的颗粒对健康的影响更大。

一般地,室内环境中这类PM污染通过使用为空气净化目的制造的空气净化装置向空气中喷洒离子粒子清除。
这些负电荷离子粒子作为核,将污染颗粒吸引到其上,使得污染颗粒沉淀下来。
尽管这类的离子发生器能够减轻一些(污染),但它们不能净化被严重污染的室内环境,也不能清除残留颗粒物本身。
燃烧过程的一个特定污染源是建筑物内的火。当火在房间及建筑物内的通风系统中猛烈起来后,由于热或通风井的抽吸效应造成的气压差,这些地方和其他区域会被PM污染。
当火焰猛烈起来后,附近的其他建筑物也会被空气污染影响,若附近建筑物是医院,微生物污染尤其是会成为一大危害,而其他建筑物中的火灾能会导致这里出现感染。
室内环境颗粒物的一具体例子是来自霉菌的挥发性有机化合物和冷藏间中的细菌,比如在低温下储存、运输以及生产产品。一些嗜冷微生物适宜在-1℃-18℃的低温范围生长并能产生挥发性有机化合物。
在鲁汶大学(KULeuven)一个保密项目(IWT KMO innovatieproject 110273)中进行的题为“nebulisation of healthy microorganisms in a cold environment(“vernevelen van gezondemicro-organismen in een koude omgeving”)”的科学研究中,我们能选择、鉴别并表征了来自芽孢八叠球菌属(圆孢芽孢八叠球菌(Sporsarcina globispora)、海水芽孢八叠球菌(Sporosarcinaaquimarina)、嗜冷芽孢八叠球菌(Sporosarcina psychrophila))、Paenisporosarsina(马阔里类芽孢杆菌属(Paenisporosarsina macmoerdoensis))和类芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus glacialis、溶淀粉类芽孢杆菌(amylolyticus)、pabuli、xylanexedens、栗树类芽孢杆菌(castaneae)、macquariensisantarcticus)在低温下与生物膜形成微生物(biofilm forming microorganism)竞争的淀粉酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶及核酸酶活性以及有效抗真菌成分的产出,在低温下进行了抗扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum)和曲霉(Aspergillus spp)生长的测试。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种不使用生物繁殖的微生物清理室内环境的方法,在常温(18℃-30℃)及低温(-1℃-18℃)下有效清除现有及以前的经空气传播的颗粒物及其残留物造成的污染。
欧洲专利申请(EP 2.329.893)已记载了一种室内空间微生物清除的方法,其在第二段中提到该发明是用于净化被病毒、细菌、孢子、酵母菌和霉菌生物污染的室内空间,其特征在于该方法包括第一步,自动雾化生物杀虫剂进行净化(杀死微生物),以及一连续的第二步,雾化良性产孢子菌的良性生物培养物用于生物稳定,两步骤中雾化输送了5-10微米的微液滴。
在0049段中,该发明提到如果产生源于生物的气味(蒸发气味、霉味、尿味),结合第一和第二净化步骤将能够清除微生物,由此使得气味改变。
同样,在权利要求8和11中提到,若产生不是源于生物的气味(比如烟味、火气味、香烟灰),那么可以向步骤二中以表面活性剂为基础的良性生物溶液中添加复配形成剂(complexforming agent)(0054段)。这些表面活性剂找到油性物质(比如焦油)并通过表面的亲水基团与之形成胶粒将它们隔离开。这种胶粒降低了这些油性物质的表面张力,最终中和了所述气味。
为此,本发明提供了一种用于清除室内环境中颗粒物的方法,包括下述两个步骤:
-雾化能够氧化颗粒物的化合物,以形成复合物并将它们沉淀;
-雾化含有革兰氏阳性好氧和/或兼性厌氧产孢菌类的孢子混合物的液体,用作沉淀核心进行附加的沉淀,用于覆盖沉淀的颗粒物,并通过革兰氏阳性菌代谢沉淀颗粒和溶解沉淀颗粒,从而防止沉淀的颗粒再次经空气传播。
两次雾化步骤中液滴大小保持在5-50μm之间,以获得无水喷雾。
若PM不再经空气传播,而是已经沉淀了,该方法也能够使用,因为第二步可以尽一切办法将已经沉淀的颗粒代谢并溶解了。
第二步骤的目的在于在代谢及溶解PM残留物之后用良性细菌通过在生长竞争中胜出而抑制霉菌的生长,从而防止PM残留物再次经空气传播。
本方法用于处理室内环境的一个优点是其目的在于防止在比如火灾后霉菌的迅猛生长,这是到目前为止一直被忽视的问题。
另一个优点是该方法可以将疏水性颗粒经氧化转化成亲水性颗粒,从而形成能够沉降的复合物。
另一个优点是雾化步骤的液滴大小能够有以下效果:一方面使液滴能足够快速的下降,另一方面它们旋转起来足够到达室内空间的所有水平面和垂直面。
该方法的还有一个优点是第二步骤紧跟着化学作用的第一步骤,从而能够清洁室内空气,并且使人能够在开始清理后1小时内进入室内空间。

优选地,氧化颗粒物的氧化物是过氧化物,比如过氧化氢、过乙酸,或邻/间-叔丁基-乙酸环己酯和吐纳麝香的混合物。
使用过氧化物作为氧化物的优点在于过氧化物的反应产物只有氧和水。
典型的氧化物溶液的组成是:
乙醇:10-15vol%;
邻-叔丁基-乙酸环己酯:0.1to 1vol%;
间-叔丁基-乙酸环己酯:0.1to 1vol%;
吐纳麝香:小于0.1vol%。
吐纳麝香是一种双环化合物,CAS登记号是1506-02-1,在欧洲的登记号是EC 216-133-4。
优选地,革兰氏阳性好氧和/或兼性厌氧产孢菌类的孢子是芽孢杆菌属的成员,比如枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和巨大芽孢杆菌。
在低温下应用时,芽孢八叠球菌属、马阔里类芽孢杆菌属(Paenisporosarcina species)和类芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus species)的孢子是优选的。
低温应用的一个优点在于在这些更低的温度下也能够进行生物置换(biologicaldisplacement)。
另一个优点是这些孢子作为沉淀核心可以将被氧化的颗粒吸附到它们的表面上并将其沉淀。
这些良性微生物的优点在于它们能够清除霉菌,从而防止比如火灾后出现的霉菌迅猛生长,这是一种持续的方式,不需要使用额外的强效、有毒的化学制剂。
该方法的另一优点是良性微生物能够将颗粒物代谢,这样这些颗粒物不会再次在空气中传播。
该方法的另一优点是革兰氏阳性菌的孢子比霉菌生长更快,从而防止霉菌的迅猛生长,同时抑制颗粒物(比如霉菌毒素、VOC’S、过敏原、β-多聚糖)的产生。

具体实施方式
图1表示采用经喷雾器3雾化的氧化物2清理室内空间1的第一步。
图2表示在不到1小时之后对室内空间1进行清理的第二步,在相同的室内环境中同样对典型革兰氏阳性好氧产孢菌类(比如芽孢杆菌)的孢子和/或芽孢八叠球菌属、马阔里类芽孢杆菌属和类芽孢杆菌属的孢子的良性生物培养物4进行雾化。
图3显示了经过两步处理后干净的空间,在进行清理1小时后住户可以再次进入室内空间。
图4显示了在室内环境中经本发明方法雾化步骤产生的微液滴的体积大小分布。几乎所有液滴的大小在5-50微米之间。
在第一步中,本发明方法通过雾化氧化物的溶液进行作用,其中喷雾器喷出的小雾滴大小在5-50微米之间。
液滴喷洒在室内空间的空气中,并覆盖室内空间的所有表面,这样从空气本身中洗去在空气中流动的颗粒物并在个表面上氧化颗粒物,从而氧化颗粒物,形成复合物并将它们沉淀下来。
在第二步中,雾化的溶液含有革兰氏阳性产孢菌类4(比如芽孢杆菌)的孢子和/或芽孢八叠球菌属、马阔里类芽孢杆菌属和类芽孢杆菌属的孢子,具有以下作用:
-通过中和作用减少来自第一步的残留的氧化剂;
-通过雾化在室内空间中均匀喷洒革兰氏阳性产孢菌类的孢子和/或芽孢八叠球菌属、马阔里类芽孢杆菌属和类芽孢杆菌属的孢子;
-革兰氏阳性菌的孢子比霉菌生长速度快,从而防止霉菌的迅猛生长,创造稳定、健康的微生物菌落;
-革兰氏阳微生物的生长速度比革兰氏阴性菌的生长速度快,从而防止在室内环境中产生内毒素和外毒素;
-在低温下,通过高淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶及核酸酶活性,芽孢八叠球菌属、马阔里类芽孢杆菌属和类芽孢杆菌属的特定菌种在竞争中打败生物膜形成微生物,产出抗霉菌的抗真菌成分;
-革兰氏阳性菌的孢子代谢沉淀的颗粒并溶解沉淀的颗粒,从而防止沉淀的颗粒再次在空气中传播。
室内环境的清理在1小时内完成,无防护的人能在很短时间内进入室内空间。
所以,该方法的优点是受影响的房间或室内空间能够非常快速地接触,并能再次进入,不需要使用传统的不合适且无效果的清洁技术。
但是,本发明并不限制于以示例方式描述及在附图中表示的实施例,在不脱离本发明范围内,能够以各种形式实现本发明改进的用于清理被颗粒物污染的建筑物内部空间的方法。

Claims (8)

1.一种不使用生物繁殖的微生物清理室内环境中所有类型颗粒物的方法,其特征在于包括以下两个步骤:
-雾化能够氧化颗粒物的化合物,以形成复合物并将它们沉淀;
-雾化含有革兰氏阳性好氧和/或兼性厌氧产孢菌类的孢子混合物的液体,用作沉淀核心进行额外的沉淀,用于覆盖沉淀的颗粒物;并且通过革兰氏阳性菌代谢沉淀颗粒和溶解沉淀颗粒,从而防止沉淀的颗粒再次经空气传播;
-两次雾化步骤中液滴大小保持在5-50μm之间,以获得无水喷雾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,氧化颗粒物的化合物是过氧化物,或乙醇和邻/间-叔丁基-乙酸环己酯和吐纳麝香的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,革兰氏阳性好氧和/或兼性厌氧产孢菌类是芽孢杆菌属的成员,比如枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和巨大芽孢杆菌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,革兰氏阳性好氧和/或兼性厌氧产孢菌类是芽孢八叠球菌属、马阔里类芽孢杆菌属和类芽孢杆菌属的成员,在-1℃-18℃之间的低温下应用于清除颗粒物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,室内环境的清理在1小时内完成,无防护的人在清理完成1小时后能进入室内空间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,革兰氏阳性菌的孢子比霉菌生长更快,从而防止霉菌的迅猛生长,同时抑制颗粒物如霉菌毒素、VOC’s、过敏原和β-多聚糖的产生。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,革兰氏阳微生物的生长速度比革兰氏阴性菌的生长速度快,从而防止在室内环境中产生内毒素和外毒素。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:第二雾化步骤仅用于清理室内环境,其中,其用于在室内环境中已经沉淀的颗粒物。
