本发明涉及一种自力式减温器,具体的说是一种适用于现场蒸汽管道安装空间有限、同时减温水压力不高,无法使用其它类型减温器的场合的自力式减温器,属于减温器技术领域。其包括减温器壳体,减温器壳体内设有混合腔室,混合腔室内设有流量控制环将混合腔室分隔成第一混合室和第二混合室,流量控制环沿圆周方向均匀设有多个连通第一混合室和第二混合室的流体通道。本发明能够精确控制流入阀座中与蒸汽混合的减温水流量,最终达到用户要求的使用温度;通过在锥形阀座上设置双平衡销,增加了摩擦力,避免蒸汽带来的湍流导致的锥形阀芯旋转现象产生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自力式减温器,具体的说是一种适用于现场蒸汽管道安装空间有限、同时减温水压力不高,无法使用其它类型减温器的场合的自力式减温器,属于减温器技术领域。
背景技术
减温器是一种电力、化工、轻工、冶金、医药等一切用蒸汽的生产工艺流程必不可少的装置。减温器是通过注入适量冷凝水,使过热蒸汽温度下降,达到正常的使用温度。
现有技术中,常规的减温器不适合用于现场蒸汽管道安装空间有限,同时减温水压力不高的场合。同时,常规的减温器在工作时,减温水直接流入阀座中与蒸汽混合,对于减温水的流量没有一个精确控制,容易产生减温水瞬间注入过多,导致下游蒸汽温度低于要求的饱和温度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种自力式减温器,能够精确控制流入阀座中与蒸汽混合的减温水流量,最终达到用户要求的使用温度。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,自力式减温器包括减温器壳体,其特征是:减温器壳体内设有混合腔室,混合腔室内设有流量控制环将混合腔室分隔成第一混合室和第二混合室,流量控制环沿圆周方向均匀设有多个连通第一混合室和第二混合室的流体通道;减温器壳体侧面设有减温水法兰,减温水法兰与第一混合室连通;减温器壳体下端设有蒸汽进口法兰,减温器壳体上端设有蒸汽出口法兰;所述混合腔室上端设有固定在减温器壳体内侧壁的阀座,阀座上端支撑定位套,定位套内壁滑动连接锥形阀芯,锥形阀芯下端由固定在蒸汽进口法兰内壁的定位隔套支撑。
进一步的,锥形阀芯内设有双向平衡销,双向平衡销包括两个伸缩杆和位于两个伸缩杆之间的伸缩弹簧,伸缩弹簧两端分别压紧两个伸缩杆,使得两个伸缩杆前端的球头部与定位套紧密接触。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够精确控制流入阀座中与蒸汽混合的减温水流量,最终达到用户要求的使用温度;通过在锥形阀座上设置双平衡销,增加了摩擦力,避免蒸汽带来的湍流导致的锥形阀芯旋转现象产生。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~3所示,本发明主要包括减温器壳体11,减温器壳体11内设有混合腔室,混合腔室内设有流量控制环3将混合腔室分隔成第一混合室2和第二混合室4,流量控制环3沿圆周方向均匀设有多个连通第一混合室2和第二混合室4的流体通道12。
减温器壳体11侧面设有减温水法兰1,减温水法兰1与第一混合室2连通,减温水从减温水法兰1流入第一混合室2内。
减温器壳体11下端设有蒸汽进口法兰6,减温器壳体11上端设有蒸汽出口法兰13,高温蒸汽从蒸汽进口法兰6进入减温器壳体11内与减温水混合后从蒸汽出口法兰13流出。
所述混合腔室上端设有固定在减温器壳体11内侧壁的阀座8,阀座8上端支撑定位套10,定位套10内壁滑动连接锥形阀芯7,锥形阀芯7下端由固定在蒸汽进口法兰6内壁的定位隔套5支撑。
所述锥形阀芯7内设有双向平衡销9,双向平衡销9包括两个伸缩杆14和位于两个伸缩杆14之间的伸缩弹簧15,伸缩弹簧15两端分别压紧两个伸缩杆14,使得两个伸缩杆14前端的球头部与定位套10紧密接触。
本发明的工作原理是:工作时,减温水通过减温水法兰到达混合腔室的第一混合室内,混合腔室内的流量控制环主要对减温水的流量进行控制。第一混合室内的减温水通过流量控制环的流体通道到达第二混合室。过热蒸汽从蒸汽进口法兰处流入定位隔套内,定位隔套分隔蒸汽通道和混合腔室,并且预先加热混合腔室内的减温水。过热蒸汽顶起锥形阀芯,因锥形阀芯重量为定值,蒸汽流量大时,抬升得高,小时抬升低。锥形阀芯抬升后,过热蒸汽流入阀座内与减温水混合,产生的低温蒸汽从蒸汽出口法兰流出。为了防止过热蒸汽的紊流导致锥形阀芯出现旋转现象,特别设计双向平衡销,其主要作用增加锥形阀芯在定位套中的稳定性。

1.一种自力式减温器,包括减温器壳体(11),其特征是:减温器壳体(11)内设有混合腔室,混合腔室内设有流量控制环(3)将混合腔室分隔成第一混合室(2)和第二混合室(4),流量控制环(3)沿圆周方向均匀设有多个连通第一混合室(2)和第二混合室(4)的流体通道(12);减温器壳体(11)侧面设有减温水法兰(1),减温水法兰(1)与第一混合室(2)连通;减温器壳体(11)下端设有蒸汽进口法兰(6),减温器壳体(11)上端设有蒸汽出口法兰(13);所述混合腔室上端设有固定在减温器壳体(11)内侧壁的阀座(8),阀座(8)上端支撑定位套(10),定位套(10)内壁滑动连接锥形阀芯(7),锥形阀芯(7)下端由固定在蒸汽进口法兰(6)内壁的定位隔套(5)支撑。
2.如权利要求1所述的自力式减温器,其特征是:所述锥形阀芯(7)内设有双向平衡销(9),双向平衡销(9)包括两个伸缩杆(14)和位于两个伸缩杆(14)之间的伸缩弹簧(15),伸缩弹簧(15)两端分别压紧两个伸缩杆(14),使得两个伸缩杆(14)前端的球头部与定位套(10)紧密接触。
