Abstract

本发明公开了一种装载机动臂液压智能油缸,其特征在于,缸底与缸筒的一端焊接在一起,导向套设在缸筒的另一端内壁上,活塞杆穿过导向套插入缸筒的内部,在活塞杆的插入端拧有活塞。通过以上设置,本发明的活塞杆在动作过程中,带动安装在活塞杆内部的磁环在波导管上移动,产生信号经线路反馈到控制器上,通过液压系统控制流入缸筒内的液压油,达到控制活塞杆的伸出、回缩速度与位移。油缸在伸出、回缩行程末端时不会发生撞击现象,实现了油缸的智能控制,提高油缸的使用寿命和工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油缸,具体说是一种用于装载机动臂上的液压智能油缸。
技术背景
现阶段工程机械装备发展迅速以向大、精、尖方向发展为趋势。液压油缸作为整个机身的动作执行部分,其性能的好坏对整台机器起着至关重要的作用。目前市场上装载机使用的液压油缸一般都不具备缓冲性能,油缸伸出、回缩动作的精准度及速度的控制主要依靠驾驶员的经验,且油缸在伸出、回缩行程末端速度往往很大,经过反复撞击使用,直接降低了油缸的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种举升动作精准的装载机动臂液压智能油缸。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的缸底与缸筒的一端焊接在一起,导向套设在缸筒的另一端内壁上,活塞杆穿过导向套插入缸筒的内部,在活塞杆的插入端拧有活塞。在所述缸底内部设有电子仓,连接在电子仓一侧的波导管插入活塞杆的中心深孔内,在活塞杆的中心深孔内壁上还设有一磁环。
通过以上设置,本发明的活塞杆在动作过程中,带动安装在活塞杆内部的磁环在波导管上移动,产生信号经线路反馈到控制器上,通过液压系统控制流入缸筒内的液压油,达到控制活塞杆的伸出、回缩速度与位移。油缸在伸出、回缩行程末端时不会发生撞击现象,实现了油缸的智能控制,提高油缸的使用寿命和工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的缸底1与缸筒2的一端焊接在一起,导向套3设在缸筒2的另一端内壁上,活塞杆4穿过导向套3插入缸筒2的内部,在活塞杆4的插入端拧有活塞5。在所述缸底1内部设有电子仓6,连接在电子仓6一侧的波导管7插入活塞杆4的中心深孔8内,在活塞杆4的中心深孔8内壁上还设有一磁环9。通过以上设置,当活塞杆4往复动作时,安装在活塞杆4内的磁环9产生的磁场与波导管7发出的螺旋状脉冲相交产生磁致伸缩现象,此信号可精确的反馈到控制器上,液压系统控制流入缸筒内的液压油,达到控制活塞杆的伸出、回缩速度与位移。

1.装载机动臂液压智能油缸,其特征在于:缸底与缸筒的一端焊接在一起,导向套设在缸筒的另一端内壁上,活塞杆穿过导向套插入缸筒的内部,在活塞杆的插入端拧有活塞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装载机动臂液压智能油缸,其特征在于:在所述缸底内部设有电子仓,连接在电子仓一侧的波导管插入活塞杆的中心深孔内,在活塞杆的中心深孔内壁上还设有一磁环。
