优选地,改性粗绒棉、粉末丁苯橡胶、有机硅橡胶的重量比为25-30:60-75:36-38。
优选地,改性粗绒棉、硫酸钙晶须、氧化锌晶须的重量比为25-30:25-30:25-30。
优选地,改性粗绒棉的制备工艺:将粗绒棉浸泡于浓度为2-4g/L的NaOH溶液中15-20h,晾干,然后浸于冰醋酸中2-5h,将析出纤维的溶液过滤,置于含有2-3滴浓硫酸的醋酸酐中浸泡10-15min,过滤,水洗至中性,烘干至恒重;然后置于烘箱中,在145-155℃热空气中真空恒温处理2-4h;然后放入质量分数为2.5-4.5%的高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡15-23min,过滤,烘干至恒重,得到改性粗绒棉。
优选地,改性粗绒棉的制备工艺:将粗绒棉浸泡于浓度为3-4g/L的NaOH溶液中16-18h,晾干,然后浸于冰醋酸中2-4h,将析出纤维的溶液过滤,置于含有2-3滴浓硫酸的醋酸酐中浸泡12-14min,过滤,水洗至中性,烘干至恒重;然后置于烘箱中,在150-154℃热空气中真空恒温处理3-4h;然后放入质量分数为3-3.5%的高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡20-22min,过滤,烘干至恒重,得到改性粗绒棉。
本发明还提出的一种改性电缆用护套材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按配比将粉末丁苯橡胶、硬脂酸放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为75-83℃;将得到的物料与按配比称取的氧化锌晶须、有机硅橡胶、蒙脱土、改性粗绒棉、硫酸钙晶须、炉法炭黑、1,3-二苯基胍、钛酸酯偶联剂放入开炼机中混炼完全,混炼温度为80-85℃;然后向得到的物料中按配比加入硫磺、促进剂NS、氧化锌混炼完全,混炼温度为90-98℃;采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,然后在注塑机上注塑成型得到改性电缆用护套材料。
优选地,在改性电缆用护套材料的制备过程中,采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,其中螺杆速度为50-55r/min,各级温度:第一区155-160℃,第二区162-165℃,第三区170-175℃,第四区180-185℃,第五区165-170℃,机头温度160-163℃;将粒料彻底干燥后在注塑机上注塑成型,注射温度:一段区145-150℃,二段区160-170℃,三段区155-158℃,四段区50-60℃,五段区45-49℃,射嘴温度40-44℃;注射压力:射胶一区60-65MPa,射胶二区50-54MPa,射胶三区45-48MPa,射胶四区35-40MPa。
优选地,在改性电缆用护套材料的制备过程中,采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,其中螺杆速度为55r/min,各级温度:第一区155℃,第二区160℃,第三区175℃,第四区180℃,第五区170℃,机头温度160℃;将粒料彻底干燥后在注塑机上注塑成型,注射温度:一段区150℃,二段区170℃,三段区160℃,四段区60℃,五段区55℃,射嘴温度40℃;注射压力:射胶一区65MPa,射胶二区50MPa,射胶三区47MPa,射胶四区40MPa。
本发明中,添加丁苯粉末橡胶与有机硅橡胶,同时采用炉法炭黑、改性粗绒棉纤维、蒙脱土补强,硫磺硫化,并与促进剂TMTD配合作用,制品力学性能优异,耐老化性能显著增强,并在配方中添加硫酸钙晶须、氧化锌晶须与钛酸酯偶联剂,碳酸钙晶须与氧化锌晶须具有均匀的横截面及较完整的内部结构,易于与钛酸酯偶联剂、粉末丁苯橡胶及有机硅橡胶的界面粘合,相容性与粘结力显著增加,受外力强烈撞击时上述结构可以很好的承受应力,提高橡胶的强度,改善橡胶的韧性,其中改性后的粗绒棉具有细小的分支,与粉末丁苯橡胶、有机硅橡胶之间有着较好的界面粘合性,相容性及分散性能优异,应力能从橡胶基体传递到纤维上,进一步提高机械强度及撕裂强度,力学性能优异,且改性粗绒棉成本低,耐冲击强度高,作为天然纤维增强材料,与粉末丁苯橡胶、氧化锌晶须、有机硅橡胶、钛酸酯偶联剂、硫酸钙晶须、蒙脱土共同作用,产品的力学性能,物料间的黏合性进一步增强,产品的耐热性能优异,成本低,安全环保,且经过适当热处理,棉短绒内部产生空洞和缺陷,其他组分可进入棉短绒的细胞腔和细胞壁上的纹孔内,形成镶嵌结构形态,制品热稳定性及力学性能进一步增强,且安全环保,成本低;且通过在制备过程中,对螺杆速度及各级温度,注塑过程中注射温度及注射压力进行限定,产品力学性能及热稳定性能进一步增强。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种改性电缆用护套材料,其原料按重量份数包括:粉末丁苯橡胶50份,氧化锌晶须30份,有机硅橡胶30份,蒙脱土15份,改性粗绒棉20份,硫酸钙晶须30份,炉法炭黑20份,硫磺3份,促进剂TMTD1份,1,3-二苯基胍3份,氧化锌1份,硬脂酸2.5份,钛酸酯偶联剂1份;
其中改性粗绒棉的制备工艺:将粗绒棉浸泡于浓度为4g/L的NaOH溶液中15h,晾干,然后浸于冰醋酸中5h,将析出纤维的溶液过滤,置于含有2滴浓硫酸的醋酸酐中浸泡15min,过滤,水洗至中性,烘干至恒重;然后置于烘箱中,在145℃热空气中真空恒温处理4h;然后放入质量分数为2.5%的高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡23min,过滤,烘干至恒重,得到改性粗绒棉。
上述改性电缆用护套材料采用如下工艺制备:按配比将粉末丁苯橡胶、硬脂酸放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为75℃;将得到的物料与按配比称取的氧化锌晶须、有机硅橡胶、蒙脱土、改性粗绒棉、硫酸钙晶须、炉法炭黑、1,3-二苯基胍、钛酸酯偶联剂放入开炼机中混炼完全,混炼温度为85℃;然后向得到的物料中按配比加入硫磺、促进剂NS、氧化锌混炼完全,混炼温度为90℃;采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,然后在注塑机上注塑成型得到改性电缆用护套材料,其中采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,其中螺杆速度为50r/min,各级温度:第一区160℃,第二区162℃,第三区175℃,第四区180℃,第五区170℃,机头温度160℃;将粒料彻底干燥后在注塑机上注塑成型,注射温度:一段区150℃,二段区160℃,三段区158℃,四段区50℃,五段区49℃,射嘴温度40℃;注射压力:射胶一区65MPa,射胶二区50MPa,射胶三区48MPa,射胶四区35MPa。
实施例2
一种改性电缆用护套材料,其原料按重量份数包括:粉末丁苯橡胶80份,氧化锌晶须20份,有机硅橡胶40份,蒙脱土10份,改性粗绒棉30份,硫酸钙晶须15份,炉法炭黑30份,硫磺1份,促进剂TMTD1.5份,1,3-二苯基胍1份,氧化锌3份,硬脂酸1份,钛酸酯偶联剂3份;
其中改性粗绒棉的制备工艺:将粗绒棉浸泡于浓度为2g/L的NaOH溶液中20h,晾干,然后浸于冰醋酸中2h,将析出纤维的溶液过滤,置于含有3滴浓硫酸的醋酸酐中浸泡10min,过滤,水洗至中性,烘干至恒重;然后置于烘箱中,在155℃热空气中真空恒温处理2h;然后放入质量分数为4.5%的高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡15min,过滤,烘干至恒重,得到改性粗绒棉。
上述改性电缆用护套材料采用如下工艺制备:按配比将粉末丁苯橡胶、硬脂酸放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为83℃;将得到的物料与按配比称取的氧化锌晶须、有机硅橡胶、蒙脱土、改性粗绒棉、硫酸钙晶须、炉法炭黑、1,3-二苯基胍、钛酸酯偶联剂放入开炼机中混炼完全,混炼温度为80℃;然后向得到的物料中按配比加入硫磺、促进剂NS、氧化锌混炼完全,混炼温度为98℃;采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,然后在注塑机上注塑成型得到改性电缆用护套材料,其中采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,其中螺杆速度为55r/min,各级温度:第一区155℃,第二区165℃,第三区170℃,第四区185℃,第五区165℃,机头温度163℃;将粒料彻底干燥后在注塑机上注塑成型,注射温度:一段区145℃,二段区170℃,三段区155℃,四段区60℃,五段区45℃,射嘴温度44℃;注射压力:射胶一区60MPa,射胶二区54MPa,射胶三区45MPa,射胶四区40MPa。
实施例3
一种改性电缆用护套材料,其原料按重量份数包括:粉末丁苯橡胶75份,氧化锌晶须26份,有机硅橡胶37份,蒙脱土13份,改性粗绒棉24份,硫酸钙晶须28份,炉法炭黑23份,硫磺2.5份,促进剂TMTD1.2份,1,3-二苯基胍2份,氧化锌2份,硬脂酸1.5份,钛酸酯偶联剂2.5份;
其中改性粗绒棉的制备工艺:将粗绒棉浸泡于浓度为2.6g/L的NaOH溶液中18h,晾干,然后浸于冰醋酸中3h,将析出纤维的溶液过滤,置于含有3滴浓硫酸的醋酸酐中浸泡12min,过滤,水洗至中性,烘干至恒重;然后置于烘箱中,在152℃热空气中真空恒温处理2-4h;然后放入质量分数为3.5%的高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡21min,过滤,烘干至恒重,得到改性粗绒棉。
上述改性电缆用护套材料采用如下工艺制备:按配比将粉末丁苯橡胶、硬脂酸放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为81℃;将得到的物料与按配比称取的氧化锌晶须、有机硅橡胶、蒙脱土、改性粗绒棉、硫酸钙晶须、炉法炭黑、1,3-二苯基胍、钛酸酯偶联剂放入开炼机中混炼完全,混炼温度为82℃;然后向得到的物料中按配比加入硫磺、促进剂NS、氧化锌混炼完全,混炼温度为95℃;采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,然后在注塑机上注塑成型得到改性电缆用护套材料,其中采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,其中螺杆速度为55r/min,各级温度:第一区155℃,第二区160℃,第三区175℃,第四区180℃,第五区170℃,机头温度160℃;将粒料彻底干燥后在注塑机上注塑成型,注射温度:一段区150℃,二段区170℃,三段区160℃,四段区60℃,五段区55℃,射嘴温度40℃;注射压力:射胶一区65MPa,射胶二区50MPa,射胶三区47MPa,射胶四区40MPa。

Claims (8)
1.一种改性电缆用护套材料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份数包括:粉末丁苯橡胶50-80份,有机硅橡胶30-40份,蒙脱土10-15份,改性粗绒棉20-30份,硫酸钙晶须15-30份,氧化锌晶须20-30份,炉法炭黑20-30份,硫磺1-3份,促进剂TMTD1-1.5份,1,3-二苯基胍1-3份,氧化锌1-3份,硬脂酸1-2.5份,钛酸酯偶联剂1-3份;
改性粗绒棉的制备工艺:将粗绒棉浸泡于碱液中10-20h,晾干,然后浸于冰醋酸中,将析出的纤维过滤,置于含有若干滴浓硫酸的醋酸酐中浸泡,过滤,水洗至中性,烘干至恒重,然后置于烘箱中,在热空气中恒温处理2-5h,然后放入高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡,过滤,烘干至恒重,得到改性粗绒棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性电缆用护套材料,其特征在于,改性粗绒棉、粉末丁苯橡胶、有机硅橡胶的重量比为25-30:60-75:36-38。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改性电缆用护套材料,其特征在于,改性粗绒棉、硫酸钙晶须、氧化锌晶须的重量比为25-30:25-30:25-30。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改性电缆用护套材料,其特征在于,改性粗绒棉的制备工艺:将粗绒棉浸泡于浓度为2-4g/L的NaOH溶液中15-20h,晾干,然后浸于冰醋酸中2-5h,将析出纤维的溶液过滤,置于含有2-3滴浓硫酸的醋酸酐中浸泡10-15min,过滤,水洗至中性,烘干至恒重;然后置于烘箱中,在145-155℃热空气中真空恒温处理2-4h;然后放入质量分数为2.5-4.5%的高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡15-23min,过滤,烘干至恒重,得到改性粗绒棉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的改性电缆用护套材料,其特征在于,改性粗绒棉的制备工艺:将粗绒棉浸泡于浓度为3-4g/L的NaOH溶液中16-18h,晾干,然后浸于冰醋酸中2-4h,将析出纤维的溶液过滤,置于含有2-3滴浓硫酸的醋酸酐中浸泡12-14min,过滤,水洗至中性,烘干至恒重;然后置于烘箱中,在150-154℃热空气中真空恒温处理3-4h;然后放入质量分数为3-3.5%的高锰酸钾的丙酮溶液中浸泡20-22min,过滤,烘干至恒重,得到改性粗绒棉。
6.一种根据权利要求1-5任一项所述改性电缆用护套材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按配比将粉末丁苯橡胶、硬脂酸放入密炼机中混炼均匀,混炼温度为75-83℃;将得到的物料与按配比称取的氧化锌晶须、有机硅橡胶、蒙脱土、改性粗绒棉、硫酸钙晶须、炉法炭黑、1,3-二苯基胍、钛酸酯偶联剂放入开炼机中混炼完全,混炼温度为80-85℃;然后向得到的物料中按配比加入硫磺、促进剂NS、氧化锌混炼完全,混炼温度为90-98℃;采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,然后在注塑机上注塑成型得到改性电缆用护套材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的改性电缆用护套材料,其特征在于,在改性电缆用护套材料的制备过程中,采用双螺杆挤出机挤出、切粒,其中螺杆速度为50-55r/min,各级温度:第一区155-160℃,第二区162-165℃,第三区170-175℃,第四区180-185℃,第五区165-170℃,机头温度160-163℃;将粒料彻底干燥后在注塑机上注塑成型,注射温度:一段区145-150℃,二段区160-170℃,三段区155-158℃,四段区50-60℃,五段区45-49℃,射嘴温度40-44℃;注射压力:射胶一区60-65MPa,射胶二区50-54MPa,射胶三区45-48MPa,射胶四区35-40MPa。
