一种用于水处理的环保型缓蚀剂,其原料的重量份数为:聚天冬氨酸 30-40份,聚甲基丙烯酸20-30份,烷基环氧羧酸酯5份-20份,纯净水 30-40份,本发明的主要成份为新型阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、烷基环氧羧酸酯等,本发明的主要成份为新型阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、烷基环氧羧酸酯等,缓蚀剂分子的极性配位基直接与金属表面配位,不饱和烷基具有进一步发生反应的能力,分子之间开链聚合形成膜。具有极高的安全和环保性能,允许在高浓缩倍数下运行而不引起与浓缩倍数有关的问题,因而减少了操作费用。是唯一的非三价磷控制机,可提供比膦酸盐更好的结垢控制,也是不会在高钙含量水中沉淀的非三价磷酸钙抑制剂。使总磷排放量减少了30%~50%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种缓蚀药剂,具体涉及一种用于水处理的环保型缓蚀剂。
背景技术
水处理缓蚀剂从最初的铬酸盐、聚磷酸盐到膦酸盐;从高磷、含金属的配方到低磷、全有机配方;从单一的硌系、磷系配方到钼系、钨系、硅系、全有机系配方,显示出水处理缓蚀剂正朝着多品种、高效率、低毒性等方向发展,并且近几年来在型品种、新配方的发展研究中取得了许多可靠成果。全球环境意识的提高对缓蚀剂的毒害作用、患失效果、磷、氮等元素引入导致的水体富营养化提出了新的要求。 
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于水处理的环保型缓蚀剂,具有极高的安全和环保性能,允许在高浓缩倍数下运行而不引起与浓缩倍数有关的问题,因而减少了操作费用。是唯一的非三价磷控制机,可提供比膦酸盐更好的结垢控制,也是不会在高钙含量水中沉淀的非三价磷酸钙抑制剂。使总磷排放量减少了30%~50%。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种用于水处理的环保型缓蚀剂,其原料的重量份数为:
聚天冬氨酸         30份—40份
聚甲基丙烯酸       20份—30份
烷基环氧羧酸酯     5份—20份
纯净水              30份—40份
本发明的主要成份为新型阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、烷基环氧羧酸酯等,缓蚀剂分子的极性配位基直接与金属表面配位,不饱和烷基具有进一步发生反应的能力,分子之间开链聚合形成膜。具有极高的安全和环保性能,允许在高浓缩倍数下运行而不引起与浓缩倍数有关的问题,因而减少了操作费用。是唯一的非三价磷控制机,可提供比膦酸盐更好的结垢控制,也是不会在高钙含量水中沉淀的非三价磷酸钙抑制剂。使总磷排放量减少了30%~50%。

聚天冬氨酸         34份
聚甲基丙烯酸        25份
烷基环氧羧酸酯    16份
纯净水             35份
具有极高的安全和环保性能,允许在高浓缩倍数下运行而不引起与浓缩倍数有关的问题,因而减少了操作费用。是唯一的非三价磷控制机,可提供比膦酸盐更好的结垢控制,也是不会在高钙含量水中沉淀的非三价磷酸钙抑制剂。使总磷排放量减少了30%~50%。

聚天冬氨酸       30份—40份
聚甲基丙烯酸       20份—30份
烷基环氧羧酸酯   5份—20份
纯净水              30份—40份。
