Abstract

叉车的吊装油桶装置,主要由叉车、基座、小型起重机和吊装部分组成。基座两边有叉盒,叉盒上有锁定装置。起重机安装在基座上。主臂轴固定在基座上,转套套在主臂轴上,主臂下端铰链在转套上。吊装部分主要由吊座、吊座壳、底盘、吊块、钩卡、电磁铁、吊座油缸、调整油缸组成。吊座壳与主臂前端铰链,吊座安装在吊座壳内,吊块上端铰链在吊座下端固定的底盘上。吊油桶过程:叉车货叉插进叉盒内并被锁定装置锁定。起重机把吊块对正所要吊的油桶上方。电磁铁通电,吊块张开。吊块慢慢下降,使钩卡分布在油桶上段外圆之外。电磁铁断电,吊块因自重下落。钩卡搭靠在油桶外圆上段壳体上。慢慢吊起吊块,钩卡卡住油桶上端外圆棱边,油桶被吊起运走。

叉车的吊装油桶装置
技术领域
本发明属于工程机械领域,特别是叉车的吊装油桶装置。
背景技术
现有的叉车主要用来叉装下边有插入货叉空间的重物,社会上保有量相当大。但对于下边没有插入货叉空间的重物,叉车就无法叉装,除非人力搬放到叉车上,或从叉车上搬下来。比如油桶,石油或食用油桶。一桶100~200公斤,叉车就不能叉装。油桶壳体薄,不能碰撞,稍一碰撞就要撞凹油桶壳体,甚至漏油。油桶的搬运数量很大,一直是工人体力劳动操作,工人劳动强度很大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以自行吊装油桶的叉车配套装置,可以减轻工人劳动强度,提高搬运工效。
本发明是这样实现的:叉车的吊装油桶装置,主要由叉车、基座、起重机和吊装部分组成。起重机由主臂、主臂轴、转套、油缸支架、支架、上转油缸、横移油缸组成。吊装部分由吊座壳、吊座、底盘、吊座油缸、调整油缸、电磁铁、吊块、钩卡组成。起重机安装在基座上,吊装部分与主臂前端连接。基座的两边固定有叉盒。叉盒上安装有锁定装置。叉车的货叉可以方便地插进基座两边的叉盒中。锁定装置可以把插进叉盒中的货叉锁定。货叉和基座不能相对移动。主臂轴固定在基座上,转套安装在主臂轴上。油缸支架与转套连固成一体,油缸支架上铰链有上转油缸和横移油缸。吊座安装在吊座壳内,可以上下移动。吊座与底盘固定在一起。底盘上安装有电磁铁。吊块上端与底盘铰链在一起,吊块下端有钩卡。吊座壳与支块铰链。调整油缸一端与吊座壳铰链,另一端与支架铰链。
主臂下端与转套铰链,上端与吊座壳铰链。上转油缸一端与油缸支架铰链,另一端与主臂铰链。上转油缸可以控制主臂向前后、上下转动。横移油缸一端与油缸支架铰链,另一端与基座铰链。横移油缸推拉油缸支架,从而使转套左、右转动,带动主臂的正前方可以横向移动,起重机前端可以横向移动。吊块共三块,各对应一个电磁铁的推块。这里采用的不是吸力电磁铁,而采用向外推的结构的电磁铁。电磁铁通电,吊块张开;电磁铁断电,吊块因自重向下转动收拢。
吊油桶前,叉车的货叉穿过基座两边的叉盒,并被锁定。叉车开动,主臂转动升高,电磁铁通电,吊块张开。把吊块吊在所要起吊的油桶正上方。慢慢放下,使钩卡分布在油桶上段外圆外边。电磁铁断电,吊块因自重落下搭靠在油桶外圆壳体上。吊座上升,吊块的钩卡卡住油桶上端外圆棱边。油桶被吊起,吊到指定地点。
本发明的有益效果是:1、吊装油桶时,挂钩或脱钩时,地面或装在车上都不用工人操作,减轻了工人劳动强度。2、使叉车一机多用,扩大了叉车使用范围。

具体实施方式
附图中,基座19的两边固定有叉盒21,共4个。锁定装置22安装在叉盒21上。主臂轴3固定在基座19上。转套17安装在主臂轴3上。油缸支架18与转套17连固成一体。主臂4下端铰链在转套17前方固定的铰链座上。上转油缸2一端与油缸支架18铰链,另一端与主臂4铰链,可以控制主臂4上下、前后转动。横移油缸20一端与油缸支架18铰链,另一端与基座19铰链。横移油缸20推拉油缸支架使转套左、右转动,带动主臂左、右转动。主臂前方可以作横向移动。主臂4前端固定有支块6。支块6与吊座壳8铰链在一起。支架5与支块6连固成一体。调整油缸7一端与支架5铰链,另一端与吊座壳8铰链。吊座10安装在吊座壳8内,可以上下移动。吊座10下端连固有底盘11。吊块13上端与底盘11铰链。吊座油缸9上端与吊座壳8铰链,下端与底盘11铰链,可以控制吊座10上、下移动。钩卡14与吊块13下端制成一体。电磁铁12安装在底盘11下面。三个电磁铁各对应一根吊块,控制吊块张开与合拢。
吊油桶过程是:首先叉车1开动,货叉16插进叉盒21中,并被锁定装置锁定。电磁铁通电,吊块张开。叉车与主臂配合把吊块对正所吊油桶15。慢慢放下适当距离,使钩卡14分布在油桶上段外圆壳体之外,吊块停止下降。电磁铁断电,吊块因自重而绕铰链向下转动落下。钩卡搭靠在油桶外圆壳上。吊座油缸向上慢慢拉起吊座,吊块下端的钩卡就卡住油桶上端外缘的棱边,油桶被吊起。吊到指定地点后放置,电磁铁通电,吊块张开即脱钩。电磁铁断电,吊块又向下收拢。
主臂上端有一件中心带螺纹柱的压盘,螺纹柱拧进主臂中心孔内,压盘压住转套。为了不影响图中的标注,压盘未画出。起重机是小型的伸缩臂起重机。基座、起重机、吊装部分油缸用的高压油,由叉车上牵下油管供油。

Claims (10)

1.叉车的吊装油桶装置,主要由叉车、基座、起重机和吊装部分组成,其特征在于:
(1)、起重机由主臂、主臂轴、转套、油缸支架、支架、上转油缸、横移油缸组成;
(2)、吊装部分由吊座壳、吊座、底盘、吊座油缸、调整油缸、电磁铁、吊块、钩卡组成;
(3)、起重机安装在基座上,吊装部分与主臂前端连接;
(4)、电磁铁通电,吊块张开,钩卡分布在油桶上段外圆边,电磁铁断电,吊块因自重落下搭靠在油桶外圆壳体上;
(5)、吊座上升,吊块的钩卡卡住油桶上端外缘棱边;
(6)、起重机前端可以横向移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叉车的吊装油桶装置,其特征在于:基座的两边固定有叉盒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的叉车的吊装油桶装置,其特征在于:叉盒上安装有锁定装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的叉车的吊装油桶装置,其特征在于:主臂轴固定在基座上,转套安装在主臂轴上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的叉车的吊装油桶装置,其特征在于:油缸支架与转套连固成一体,油缸支架上铰链有上转油缸和横移油缸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的叉车的吊装油桶装置,其特征在于:吊座安装在吊座壳内,吊座与底盘固定在一起。
7.根据权利要求1所述的叉车的吊装油桶装置,其特征在于:底盘上安装有电磁铁。
8.根据权利要求1所述的叉车的吊装油桶装置,其特征在于:吊块上端与底盘铰链在一起,吊块下端有钩卡。
9.根据权利要求1所述的叉车的吊装油桶装置,其特征在于:吊座壳与支块铰链。
10.根据权利要求1所述的叉车的吊装油桶装置,其特征在于:调整油缸一端与吊座壳铰链,另一端与支架铰链。
