Abstract

背景技术
机动车驱动系中的转矩传递装置、例如旋转振动减振器(如分体式飞轮、摩擦离合器的离合器盘中的扭转振动减振器、离心力摆和其它的旋转振动缓冲器、摩擦离合器、液力变矩器和其旋转振动减振器以及诸如此类)服从于这样的规范:所述规范应确保无差错且持久地运行。部件或者整个转矩传递装置的功能失调和停止运转通常可归因于:转矩传递装置在规范之外运行,其中,该转矩传递装置的功能原则上可以保持不变,然而可能会出现过早的功能失调或者停止运转。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于,提出一种转矩传递装置,在该转矩传递装置中能够持久地探测在规范之外的运行。

本发明设置的用于机动车驱动系的转矩传递装置具有预先给定的、在运行期间需遵守的规范,该转矩传递装置包括持久地存储规范阈值的超过情况的负荷显示器。所述负荷显示器与待监测的规范的类型和品质相协调,在转矩传递装置中可以设置多个负荷显示器,用于持久地探测例如规范阈值的超过情况的多种机械类型。
以有利的方式设置了,与转矩传递装置的功能流程无关地安装所述负荷显示器。这意味着,所述负荷显示器虽然监测了规范或该规范的阈值并且探测了该阈值的超过情况,但是不影响该转矩传递装置的功能。负荷显示器探测至少一个超过所述规范阈值的单次事件。替代地或者附加地,可以进行多次超过情况的累积式探测,其方式是,例如通过一个或多个负荷显示器设置了超过的程度和/或数量的探测。
本发明建议的转矩传递装置尤其设置用于旋转振动减振器,并且所述负荷显示器可以探测例如运行温度、塑性变形、机械式应力(如冲击和诸如此类)、构件和/或诸如此类所不希望的接触。例如,所选择的构件(例如摩擦装置、弹簧、挡块、法兰部分、飞轮质量和/或诸如此类)能够被负荷显示器监测并且所述规范的超过情况能够被探测。
在一种有利的实施方式中,负荷显示器设置用于探测该转矩传递装置的运行温度的规范阈值。例如,所述负荷显示器可以由不可逆且根据温度而改变其色彩的色彩元件形成。这可以例如是在转矩传递装置的所选择的构件上的色彩施加。此外,根据温度显示出启动色彩的色彩元件(例如钢模片或者诸如此类)可以安装在由浇铸、板材或者锻件制成的待监测的构件上。
附加地或者替代地,可以设置一个或多个负荷显示器,用于探测塑性变形的规范阈值和/或用于探测在转矩传递装置的一个或多个构件上的材料裂纹。为此,例如相应的负荷显示器可以由具有与所述规范阈值相协调的弹性模量的应变元件构造。在这里,依据对塑性应变或者裂纹进行事后的米制式测量和/或检测,可以求取到预先给定的规范阈值的超过情况。此外可以设置呈具有额定断裂部位的机械式元件形式的负荷显示器,在所述负荷显示器中,在负荷出现机械式地超过预先给定的规范阈值的情况下,负荷显示器的机械式元件在压力负荷、拉力负荷、扭力负荷和/或剪切负荷下断裂。
替代地或者附加地,可以设置一个或多个负荷显示器,用于探测构件的未设定的接触的规范阈值。为此,例如负荷显示器可以由可塑性变形的材料形成,该可塑性变形的材料具有与超过设为力阈值的规范阈值相关地预给定的强度。例如也可以通过经塑性变形的材料的压入深度和压入形状来定性地评估两个构件之间的接触。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于机动车驱动系的转矩传递装置,其具有预先给定的、在运行期间需遵守的规范,其特征在于,在所述转矩传递装置中设置至少一个负荷显示器,该负荷显示器持久地存储规范阈值的超过情况,所述至少一个负荷显示器由应变元件形成,该应变元件具有与所述规范阈值相协调的弹性模量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转矩传递装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个负荷显示器与所述转矩传递装置的功能流程无关地设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的转矩传递装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个负荷显示器设置用于探测至少一个超过所述规范阈值的单次事件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的转矩传递装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个负荷显示器设置用于探测所述转矩传递装置的运行温度的规范阈值。
5.根据权利要求4所述的转矩传递装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个负荷显示器由色彩元件形成,所述色彩元件不可逆地且与温度相关地改变其色彩。
6.根据权利要求1所述的转矩传递装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个负荷显示器设置用于探测塑性变形的规范阈值。
7.根据权利要求1所述的转矩传递装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个负荷显示器设置用于探测材料裂纹。
8.根据权利要求1所述的转矩传递装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个负荷显示器设置用于探测构件的未设定的接触的规范阈值。
9.根据权利要求8所述的转矩传递装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个负荷显示器由可塑性变形的材料构造,该可塑性变形的材料具有与超过设为力阈值的规范阈值相关地预给定的强度。
