Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,更详细而言,涉及一种具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,该分配容器设计成仅在旋转体旋转的状态下、才能实现按钮部件的升降、从而能够利用抽吸部件的抽吸作用将内容物排出的构造,由此能够彻底阻挡认知力低下的儿童对按钮部件进行加压的情况发生,从而不仅能够防止儿童服用对人体有害的物质,而且还能够防止对内容物不必要的浪费。
背景技术
通常,分配器(Dispenser)是指,结合于填充有气体、液体或者其他内容物的密闭容器的上侧,且通过加压将内容物以一定量喷出供使用者使用的装置,其广泛应用于储藏化妆品、香水或者医药品、食品等的各种密闭容器中。
此类分配容器构成为,包括:容器本体,容纳内容物;抽吸部件,结合于所述容器本体的上部,且使容器本体内部形成真空状态,并通过抽吸作用将内容物提升;按钮部件,位于所述抽吸部件的上部,根据使用者的加压进行升降,并向抽吸部件传递压力。其构成为,当加压按钮部件时,抽吸部件起到抽吸作用从而排出内容物,因此将容器携带于包中移动时,存在有以下问题,当使用者没有意图的状态下加压按钮部件时,引起不必要的内容物排出。
另外,因辨别力低下的儿童加压按钮部件而导致高价的内容物流出时,不仅有浪费内容物的问题,还有可能发生流出的内容物被儿童服用的安全事故。
从而,为了解决如上所述的问题,要求能够控制按钮部件的按压操作或者防止抽吸部件的抽吸作用的多种锁定手段。

本发明为解决上述问题点而提出,本发明的目的在于,提供一种具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,该分配容器设计成仅在旋转体旋转的状态下、才能实现按钮部件的升降、从而能够利用抽吸部件的抽吸作用排出内容物的结构,由此能够彻底阻挡认知力低下的儿童对按钮部件进行加压的情况发生,从而不仅能够防止儿童服用对人体有害的物质,而且还能够防止对内容物不必要的浪费。
另外,提供一种将容器携带于包中而移动时,能够防止使用者没有意图的状态下按压按钮部件而引起的内容物的不必要的消耗。

根据解决上述问题点的本发明,其特征在于,包括:容器本体,其容纳内容物;支撑体,结合于所述容器本体的上部,并支撑抽吸部件;抽吸部件,结合于所述支撑体,且根据抽吸作用排出内容物;按钮部件,结合于所述抽吸部件的上部,根据使用者的加压与否进行升降,并向所述抽吸部件传递压力;旋转体,以围绕所述支撑体的方式可旋转地结合于所述容器本体的上部,根据一侧或者另一侧的旋转选择性地限制按钮部件的按压动作;以及复原弹簧,其一侧端部固定于所述支撑体,另一侧端部固定于所述旋转体,以能够使得向一侧方向旋转的旋转体复原。
另外,其特征在于,所述旋转体内侧具有升降限制板,所述升降限制板根据旋转体的旋转与否限制所述按钮部件升降,所述升降限制板中还形成有抽吸引导槽,所述抽吸引导槽仅在旋转体向一侧旋转时,引导所述按钮部件进行升降。
另外,其特征在于,所述按钮部件的下端形成有抽吸防止突起,所述抽吸防止突起安装于所述升降限制板的上端,以防止按钮部件的升降。
另外,其特征在于,所述按钮部件的下端形成有扭转防止突起,以防止按钮部件进行升降移动时扭转。
另外,其特征在于,所述支撑体中形成有垂直引导槽,以使抽吸防止突起以及扭转防止突起各自插入其中,从而引导抽吸防止突起以及扭转防止突起的垂直移动。
另外,其特征在于,所述支撑体中形成有第一固定槽,以使所述复原弹簧的一侧端部插入并被固定;在所述旋转体中形成有第二固定槽,以使所述复原弹簧的另一侧端部插入并被固定。

如参照图1至图4的(a)~(c)可知,根据本发明优选实施例的具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,其包括:容器本体(100)、支撑体(200)、抽吸部件(300)、按钮部件(400)、旋转体(500)以及复原弹簧(600)。
所述容器本体(100)用于容纳内容物,其上端根据后述的支撑体(200)的结合而关闭,其内部具备有根据内容物的使用而上升的活塞(110)。
所述支撑体(200)结合于所述容器本体(100)的上部,以支撑抽吸部件(300),在其中央部朝上部突出形成有抽吸结合管(210),所述抽吸结合管(210)形成空间,以使抽吸部件(300)与其结合并进行活塞运动,其中,所述抽吸结合管(210)下端的中央部形成有内容物流入孔(211),以使容纳于所述容器本体(100)的内容物可向上部移动,且在所述内容物流入孔(211)设置有止回阀(212),以能够防止内容物的逆流。
根据本发明,其特征在于,所述支撑体(200)的内周面形成有垂直引导槽(220),以使后述的扭转防止突起(420)以及抽吸防止突起(430)各自插入其中,从而引导扭转防止突起(420)以及抽吸防止突起(430)的垂直移动,通过沿着支撑体(200)的内周面以一定间隔形成的多个垂直引导槽(220)引导扭转防止突起(420)以及抽吸防止突起(430)的垂直移动,从而防止按钮部件(200)升降时按钮部件(200)扭转。

所述按钮部件(400)的下端以隔开一定间隔的方式形成有多个扭转防止突起(420),以防止按钮部件(400)升降移动时扭转,所述扭转防止突起(420)沿着形成于支撑体(200)内周面的垂直引导槽(220)移动,从而实现按钮部件(400)不向一侧倾斜、能够垂直移动。
另外,根据本发明,所述按钮部件(400)下端形成有抽吸防止突起(430),其安装于所述升降限制板(520)的上端,以防止按钮部件(400)升降,如图4所示,所述抽吸防止突起(430),平常安装于旋转体(500)的升降限制板(520)的上端,位于与抽吸引导槽(521)相偏离的位置,以限制按钮部件(400)进行按压动作,当旋转体(500)旋转位于抽吸引导槽(521)的正上方时,沿着所述抽吸引导槽(521)朝下方向移动从而能够进行按钮部件(400)的升降动作。
另外,优选的是,所述抽吸防止突起(430)沿着支撑体(200)的垂直引导槽(220)移动,从而防止按钮部件(400)发生向左右任意一侧倾斜的现象。
所述旋转体(500)以可围绕所述支撑体(200)的方式结合于所述容器本体(100)的上部,在本发明中,其特征在于,根据所述旋转体(500)一侧或者另一侧的旋转选择性地限制所述按钮部件(400)的按压动作。为此,所述旋转体(500)的内侧具备有升降限制板(520),以根据旋转体(500)的旋转与否来限制所述按钮部件(400)的升降,所述升降限制板(520)形成有抽吸引导槽(521),其仅在旋转体(500)向一侧旋转时引导所述按钮部件(400)升降。
所述抽吸引导槽(521)在升降限制板(520)中以隔开一定间隔的方式形成有多个,以在按钮部件(400)进行升降时,使所述扭转防止突起(420)以及抽吸防止突起(430)移动。

另外,优选的是,所述旋转体(500)的外周面形成防滑突起(510),以使得当以使用者把持的状态旋转时容易旋转。
所述复原弹簧(600)一侧端部固定于所述支撑体(200),另一侧端部固定于所述旋转体(500),从而将旋转至一侧方向的旋转体(500)复原,根据本发明,所述复原弹簧(600)一侧端部形成有从复原弹簧(600)的下端朝下方向曲折的第一曲折部(610),另一侧端部形成有从复原弹簧(600)的上端朝上方向曲折的第二曲折部(620)。
所述复原弹簧(600)构成为:第一曲折部(610)与第二曲折部(620)各自插入并固定于所述支撑体(200)的第一固定槽(230)以及旋转体(500)的第二固定槽(522),当旋转体(500)向一侧旋转时积蓄弹性能量,当旋转体(500)停止旋转并松手时提供弹性力,以使旋转体(500)向另一侧方向旋转从而复原。
所述复原弹簧(600)通过停止旋转体(500)的旋转并松手的动作,使旋转体(500)自动复原,从而限制对按钮部件(400)的加压,因此无需使用者对旋转体(500)进行一一旋转至另一侧的动作也能够实现复原,从而对使用者带来便利。
以下,参照图4的(a)~(c)至图6,对根据本发明优选实施例具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器的使用方法进行说明。图4的(a)~(c)以及图6为示出根据本发明优选实施例的具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器的使用方法的说明图。
参照图4的(a)~(c)至图6,根据本发明优先实施例的具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,平常使按钮部件(400)的抽吸防止突起(430)位于与形成于旋转体(500)的升降限制板(520)的抽吸引导槽(521)相偏离的位置,并构成为使抽吸防止突起(430)安装于升降限制板(520)的上端,使按钮部件(400)的按压动作无法实现,此时,当使用者把持旋转体(500)使其向一侧方向旋转,抽吸引导槽(521)位于按钮部件(400)的抽吸防止突起(430)的正下方,当加压按钮部件(400)时,抽吸防止突起(430)沿着抽吸引导槽(521)移动从而实现按钮部件(400)的升降。
当实现所述按钮部件(400)的升降时,根据抽吸部件(300)的抽吸作用排出内容物,在完成内容物排出的状态下,从旋转体(500)松手时,在旋转体(500)向一侧旋转时积蓄有弹性能量的复原弹簧(600)根据欲松开的弹性力,使旋转体(500)向另一侧方向旋转而自动复原,从而位于抽吸防止突起(430)正下方的抽吸引导槽(521)与抽吸防止突起(430)错开,因此能够控制按钮部件(400)的按压操作无法进行。

Claims (6)
1.一种具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,其特征在于,包括:
容器本体,其容纳内容物;
支撑体,结合于所述容器本体的上部,并支撑抽吸部件;
抽吸部件,结合于所述支撑体,且根据抽吸作用排出内容物;
按钮部件,结合于所述抽吸部件的上部,根据使用者的加压与否进行升降,并向所述抽吸部件传递压力;
旋转体,以围绕所述支撑体、且能够旋转的方式结合于所述容器本体的上部,根据一侧或者另一侧的旋转选择性地限制按钮部件的按压动作;以及
复原弹簧,其一侧端部固定于所述支撑体,另一侧端部固定于所述旋转体,以能够使得向一侧方向旋转的旋转体复原。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,其特征在于,
所述旋转体内侧具有升降限制板,所述升降限制板根据旋转体的旋转与否限制所述按钮部件升降,所述升降限制板中还形成有抽吸引导槽,所述抽吸引导槽仅在旋转体向一侧旋转时,引导所述按钮部件进行升降。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,其特征在于,
所述按钮部件的下端形成有抽吸防止突起,所述抽吸防止突起安装于所述升降限制板的上端,从而防止按钮部件的升降。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,其特征在于,
所述按钮部件的下端形成有扭转防止突起,以防止按钮部件进行升降移动时扭转。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,其特征在于,
所述支撑体中形成有垂直引导槽,以使抽吸防止突起以及扭转防止突起各自插入其中,从而引导抽吸防止突起以及扭转防止突起的垂直移动。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有安全式按钮结构的分配容器,其特征在于,
所述支撑体中形成有第一固定槽,以使所述复原弹簧的一侧端部插入并被固定;在所述旋转体中形成有第二固定槽,以使所述复原弹簧的另一侧端部插入并被固定。
