Abstract
本发明提供一种壳体,包括注塑层及印刷层,该壳体还包括复合板,该复合板包括基体层、胶合层及薄膜层,该基体层及该薄膜层通过该胶合层结合,该印刷层形成于该基体层相对该薄膜层的一表面,该注塑层形成于该印刷层上。该壳体结构轻薄,外观多样,能够满足使用者的需要,且其制造过程简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体,尤其涉及一种利用复合板材注塑成型的壳体及一种上述壳体的制造方法。
背景技术
便携式电子装置越来越成为人们生活及工作不可缺少的一部分,使用者不仅对便携式电子装置的功能要求越来越多,同时对其外观要求也越来越高。然而,传统的注塑成型工艺及模内嵌入工艺制造的壳体厚度较厚,外观样式单一,已难以同时满足用户对纤薄壳体及多样化壳体的需求。同时,通过上述工艺制造的壳体的外观容易划伤,影响便携式电子装置的美观。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种外观坚固且厚度较薄的壳体。
另,有必要提供一种上述壳体的制造方法。
一种壳体,包括注塑层及印刷层,该壳体还包括复合板,该复合板包括基体层、胶合层及薄膜层,该基体层及该薄膜层通过该胶合层结合,该印刷层形成于该基体层相对该薄膜层的一表面,该注塑层形成于该印刷层上。
一种壳体的制造方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
将一基体层与一薄膜层通过一胶合层粘结形成一复合板;
在该复合板上印刷若干与一壳体的形状相对应的印刷区域;
将复合板沿该印刷区域的边缘切割形成若干平面板材;
将平面板材热弯形成曲面板材;
将曲面板材置入一注塑模具中,通过注塑形成一注射层,该注塑层形成于印刷区域上。
本发明的复合板与注塑成型工艺结合制成该壳体,该复合板厚度较薄,有效减少了该壳体的厚度,且该复合板的薄膜层坚固耐划伤,保证印刷层的图案效果。该壳体的制造过程简单,结构轻薄,外观多样,能够满足使用者的需要。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明较佳实施例的壳体100可以是手机、掌上电脑、个人数位助理等便携式电子装置的外壳,本实施方式以手机的外壳为例加以说明。该壳体100包括复合板10、印刷层20、粘结层30及注塑层40。本实施方式中,该壳体100大致呈矩形,其周缘朝向该壳体100的中心略微弯折以形成弯折部110。该复合板10的内表面印刷该印刷层20,该粘结层30印刷于该印刷层20上,该注塑层40注塑于该粘结层30上。
该复合板10包括基体层11、胶合层12及薄膜层13。该基体层11包括第一表面111和第二表面112,该基体层11为透明或者半透明的材料,其可以为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)、聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate,PC)或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethyl methacrylate,PMMA)中的一种。该胶合层12位于该基体层11的第一表面111,用于使该基体层11和薄膜层13相互粘合,该胶合层12的材料可以为双面胶,例如光学透明胶粘剂(optically clear adhesive,OCA)或聚氨脂树脂(polyurethane resin,PUR)中的一种。在其他实施例中,也可根据所要粘合的基体层11和薄膜层13的材质及需求选取胶合层12的材料。该薄膜层13通过该胶合层12贴合于该基体层11一侧,本实施方式中,该薄膜层13为高硬度薄膜,其可以为玻璃膜(glass film,GF)、高硬度PET膜。该薄膜层13作为壳体100的外观面,硬度高、抗划伤能力强,可延长壳体100的使用寿命。
该印刷层20通过转印技术印刷于该基体层11的第二表面112上,其材质为油墨,该印刷层20可以为颜色和/或图案。
请结合参阅图1和图3,该粘结层30通过印刷、转印、喷涂、点胶等技术将粘结剂或者热熔胶涂覆于该印刷层20。本实施方式中,该粘结层30包括二第一粘结段31和二第二粘结段32,该二第一粘结段31相对设置于邻近该壳体100的两端,该二第二粘结段32相对设置于邻近该壳体100的两侧,该二第一粘结段31及二第二粘结段32均大致位于该弯折部110上。
该注塑层40通过注塑成型方式结合于该粘结层30上,本实施方式中,该注塑层40包括卡合定位部41,该卡合定位部41用于与其配合的结构相互卡合固定,例如通过卡合定位部41与手机本体上的定位槽相互卡合,以将该壳体100安装在手机本体上。该粘结层30用于将注塑层40与印刷层20稳固结合。在本实施例中,该壳体100的厚度约为0.4mm-0.7mm。
请结合参阅图3和图4,下面说明该壳体100的制造方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:通过胶合层12将基体层11与薄膜层13结合形成一片材状的复合板10;
步骤S103:依照壳体100之形状于该基体层11的第二表面112印刷该印刷层20,在本实施例中,该印刷层20包括若干印刷区域21,该印刷区域21排列整齐的形成于该复合板10上,且每一印刷区域21与壳体100形状相对应;
步骤S105:采用切割设备将复合板10沿该印刷区域21的边缘切割成所需要的尺寸和形状,以形成若干平面板材14;该平面板材14的尺寸及形状根据壳体100的结构而定;
步骤S107:通过热弯成型方式将平面板材14成型为所需要的曲面板材15,该曲面板材15包括呈弧形状的弯折部110,该曲面板材15的曲率与该壳体100大致相当;
步骤S109:该曲面板材15上裁切形成一定位口151;该定位口151可根据手机的具体结构而确定,例如其可以为摄像头孔、LED灯孔或扬声器孔等;
步骤S111:将粘结剂或热熔胶涂覆于该曲面板材15的弯折部110以形成粘结层30;可以理解,该粘结层30不局限于涂覆于弯折部110,其可以根据实际需要涂覆于曲面板材15的任意位置,只要其涂覆位置合理即可;
步骤S113:将该曲面板材15置入一注塑模具(图未示)中,该定位口151用于与注塑模具中的定位结构配合,以将该曲面板材15定位于注塑模具内部,该曲面板材15上与该粘结层30相对应的位置通过注塑形成注塑层40的卡合定位部41。同样地, 该卡合定位部41不局限于仅形成于弯折部110,其可以根据实际需要形成于曲面板材15的非弯折部,只要其形成位置合理即可。
可以理解,本发明的步骤S111可以并入步骤S103,则步骤S103为:依照壳体100之形状于该基体层11的第二表面112印刷该印刷层20,在本实施例中,该印刷层20包括若干印刷区域21,该印刷区域21排列整齐的形成于该复合板10上,且每一印刷区域21与壳体100形状相对应,将粘结剂或热熔胶涂覆于该印刷区域21的边缘以形成粘结层30;
可以理解,本发明的步骤S109可以并入步骤S105,则步骤S105为:采用切割设备将复合板10沿该印刷区域21的边缘切割成所需要的尺寸和形状,以形成若干平面板材14,该平面板材14上裁切形成一定位口151;
本发明将该复合板10与注塑成型工艺结合制成该壳体100,该复合板10厚度较薄,有效减少了该壳体100的厚度,且该复合板10的薄膜层13坚固耐划伤,保证印刷层20的图案效果。该壳体100的制造过程简单,结构轻薄,外观多样,能够满足使用者的需要。
Claims (10)
1.一种壳体,包括注塑层及印刷层,其特征在于:该壳体还包括复合板,该复合板包括基体层、胶合层及薄膜层,该基体层及该薄膜层通过该胶合层结合,该印刷层形成于该基体层相对该薄膜层的一表面,该注塑层形成于该印刷层上。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:该壳体还包括粘结层,该粘结层印刷于该印刷层上,该注塑层注塑于该粘结层上。
3.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:该基体层包括第一表面和第二表面,该胶合层位于该基体层的第一表面,该印刷层印刷于该基体层的第二表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:该薄膜层为高硬度薄膜。
5.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:该壳体的周缘朝向该壳体的中心弯折形成弯折部,该注塑层包括卡合定位部,该卡合定位部形成于该弯折部。
6.如权利要求5所述的壳体,其特征在于:该壳体上开设定位口,其可以为摄像头孔、LED灯孔、扬声器孔。
7. 如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:该壳体的厚度在0.4mm-0.7mm之间。
8.一种壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该方法包括如下步骤:
将一基体层与一薄膜层通过一胶合层粘结形成一复合板;
在该复合板上印刷若干与一壳体的形状相对应的印刷区域;
将复合板沿该印刷区域的边缘切割形成若干平面板材;
将平面板材热弯形成曲面板材;
将曲面板材置入一注塑模具中,通过注塑形成一注射层,该注塑层形成于印刷区域上。
9.如权利要求8所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该方法还包括在曲面板材或者平面板材上裁切形成一定位口的步骤。
10.如权利要求8所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该方法还包括将粘结剂或热熔胶涂覆于该曲面板材或者印刷区域以形成粘结层的步骤。
