本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池领域,特别是铅酸蓄电池上盖。
背景技术
现有铅酸蓄电池的上盖需要带有正负极接线孔,生产上盖时由于成本因素,一般采用一体成型的方式直接注塑形成上盖,由于材料和模具的影响,在生成正负极接线孔时,孔的边缘往往会产生毛边,从而影响铅酸蓄电池的质量。
发明内容
本发明所要达到的目的是提供铅酸蓄电池上盖,可避免正负极接线孔的边缘的毛边产生的影响。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:铅酸蓄电池上盖,包括本体,本体表面设有若干注液嘴,本体还设有正极接线槽和负极接线槽,正极接线槽内设有正极接线柱,负极接线槽内设有负极接线柱,正极接线柱设有轴向垂直于本体表面的通孔,通孔内设有金属杆,负极接线柱设有轴向垂直于本体表面的通孔,通孔内设有金属杆。
由于现有技术正负极接线孔的作用是将正极或负极电连接引导出,现通过设置正极接线柱和负极接线柱,并通过金属杆连接上盖的两面,可完全避免孔的边缘的毛边对质量的影响,使用时将铅酸蓄电池内的正极和负极分别与金属杆焊接,然后在上盖外再通过导线焊接即可。
进一步的,所述上盖的下表面边缘均布有凸起。保持上盖与下方其他部件安装时留有均匀的缝隙,便于填充密封胶,达到良好密封的目的。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:
可避免正负极接线孔的边缘的毛边产生的影响。

铅酸蓄电池上盖,包括本体1,本体1表面设有若干注液嘴2,本体1还设有正极接线槽3和负极接线槽4,正极接线槽3内设有正极接线柱5,负极接线槽4内设有负极接线柱6,正极接线柱5设有轴向垂直于本体1表面的通孔7,通孔7内设有金属杆8,负极接线柱6设有轴向垂直于本体1表面的通孔7,通孔7内设有金属杆8。
由于现有技术正负极接线孔的作用是将正极或负极电连接引导出,现通过设置正极接线柱5和负极接线柱6,并通过金属杆8连接上盖的两面,可完全避免孔的边缘的毛边对质量的影响,使用时将铅酸蓄电池内的正极和负极分别与金属杆8焊接,然后在上盖外再通过导线焊接即可,可避免正负极接线孔的边缘的毛边产生的影响。
上盖的下表面边缘均布有凸起9,保持上盖与下方其他部件安装时留有均匀的缝隙,便于填充密封胶,达到良好密封的目的。
