技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管,更具体地,涉及一种LED灯箱,该LED灯箱甚至在LED灯的强直接性的条件下仍使整个照明区域具有均匀发光。
背景技术
通常,灯箱是位于室外的广告工具,其包括广告板,例如主框内的字、图画和照片。例如,灯箱的结构具有在主框架内的光源和在主框架的光源前放置透明广告板。来自光源的光透过透明广告板。透明广告板贴在主框架上。

发明内容
为了解决该问题,本发明的目的在于提出一种LED灯箱,该LED灯箱甚至在LED灯的强直接性(directness)的条件下仍使整个照明区域上具有均匀发光。

参考图1和图2,根据本发明的实施例的LED灯箱包括主体100、发光模块200、漫射片300和反射板400等。
主体100具有在上部的开口区域、闭合侧面和在主体内的空间110。优选地,主体100为立方体形。主体100的横截面为矩形。但是,主体100的形状并不限于立方体形和各种形状。例如,主体100的横截面可以为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、多方形(multi square)或多边形。反射设备(未示出)放置在主体的空间的底部上或为主体的空间的底部。
主体100为内部具有空间110的立方体形。主体100的上部具有开口。发光模块200放置在主体100的空间的底部上。反射板400放置在侧面中的至少一个侧面上。
发光模块200具有用于发出通过开口区域的光的多个发光单元210。
发光模块200的结构使得多个发光单元210形成在通用印刷电路板(PCB)上。发光模块200的操作由LED控制单元(未示出)进行控制。根据主体100的空间110的尺寸调整多个发光单元。
假设多个发光单元210贴附在印刷电路板(PCB)上,如果印刷电路板(PCB)的面积尺寸大于主体100的面积尺寸,优选的是将反射板放置在印刷电路板(PCB)上。
漫射片300放置在主体100的上部以封闭主体100。漫射片300漫射直接或间接地来自发光模块200的光。“直接”是指光来自发光模块200而没有经过反射。“间接”是指光来自发光模块200并经过侧面或底部的反射。
发光模块200设在主体100的底部区域。漫射片300放置在主体100的上部。漫射片300的功能是漫射来自发光单元210的光。优选地,漫射片300具有覆盖主体100的上部的面积尺寸。
漫射片300的材料为玻璃、丙烯酸树脂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚碳酸酯、Arton、聚苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸酯苯乙烯和PET等。漫射片300的材料为透明的或半透明的。
灯箱进一步包括漫射图案310,漫射图案310具有在漫射片300的表面内部的、用于将光向正向(前向)衍射或散射的凸起。漫射图案310可以增加光的漫射。漫射图案310为周期性结构或非周期性结构。
漫射图案310可以为具有各种横截面的锥体形状(投射类型)。锥体形状的横截面可以为十字形、圆形、椭圆形、三角形、正方形或多边形。例如,十字形图案在图1中示出。十字形图案的单元具有锥体形状。这意味着十字形图案的离漫射片300更远的部分具有更薄的十字形图案。十字形图案的顶部为尖形。根据其他可选方案,漫射图案310可以为与漫射片300的材料不同的材料。其他类型的漫射图案310可以具有菲涅耳透镜结构、双凸透镜结构、多个微透镜结构或棱锥透镜结构。
漫射片300的漫射的量(散射率)可以通过控制漫射图案310的填充因子进行控制。优选地,填充因子在80%到100%范围内。如果填充因子小于80%,散射率的增长不符合要求。更优选地,填充因子在80%到95%范围内。更高的填充因子可导致漫射片300具有较少的透明度。因此,高于95%的填充因子在发光方面有缺点。
漫射片300为通过分散来自发光模块200的光的方向帮助均匀地将光传播通过全部区域的板。漫射片300的一侧具有入射光区域且另一侧具有透射光区域。来自发光模块200的光的直接性可被漫射片300的散射大幅降低。
反射板400放置在主体100的侧面中的至少一个侧面内,并且反射板400将来自发光模块200的光反射至漫射片300。优选地,在主体100的所有侧面上放置反射板400。此外,主体的底部进一步包括在底部上的反射板或主体的底部本身由反射板制成。通过在主体的所有侧面和底部内的反射板,可提高LED灯的效率。
图3是示出了根据本发明实施例的灯箱的照明和传统灯箱的照明的曲线图。
参照图3,双点划线代表传统LED灯箱,且虚线描述具有反射板的LED灯箱。具有反射板的LED灯箱显示出LED灯箱的传播区域的边沿侧的发光的改进。该改进导致LED灯箱中的均匀性的提高。
虚线表示传播区域内放置有的漫射片的LED灯箱。具有漫射片的LED灯箱显示出所有区域内的发光的急剧增加。
实线表示传播区域内放置有反射板和漫射片的LED灯箱。具有反射板和漫射片的LED灯箱显示出所有区域内的发光的急剧增加和LED灯箱内的均匀性的提高。
在图3中,填充因子为90%,且漫射图案具有锥体形状,且锥体形状的横截面为十字形(三方锥),并且在所有侧面内提供反射板。
尽管以上说明和示出了本发明的实施例,本领域技术人员将理解的是,在不超出以下权利要求书中限定的本发明的范围的情况下,可以通过添加、改变、删除或补充进行各种改变和调整,并且这些改变和调整包含在本发明权利要求书的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种发光箱,包括:
主体,所述主体具有在上部的开口区域、闭合侧面和在所述主体内的空间;
发光模块,所述发光模块位于所述主体的所述空间的底部上,具有用于发出通过所述开口区域的光的多个发光单元;
漫射片,所述漫射片位于所述上部,漫射直接或间接地来自所述发光模块的光;和
反射板,所述反射板位于所述侧面中的至少一个侧面内,将来自所述发光模块的光反射至所述漫射片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光箱,其中所述发光箱进一步包括漫射图案,所述漫射图案具有在所述漫射片的表面的内部的、用于衍射或散射来自发光模块的光的凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发光箱,其中所述漫射图案具有锥体形状,且所述锥体形状的横截面为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、矩形或多角形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发光箱,其中所有侧面内放置有所述反射板,用于将来自发光模块的光反射至漫射片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发光箱,其中所述主体的所述底部进一步包括在所述底部上的反射板。
