Abstract

一种低熔点铝钎焊料,由锡40-70%、锌20-50%、铝1-15%、锑0.1-2%熔化浇铸成型。它适用于铝及其合金铸件出现的砂眼、气孔、裂纹等缺陷,并可焊接铝合金薄型板材及异型管件。它具有低温焊接、速度快、工艺性好、用量少、焊接处平整、光滑、强度高,不需专用设备和其他焊粉或焊剂、操作简便,经济实用等特点。

Description

本发明涉及一种低熔点铝钎焊料,适用于焊补各种铝合金铸件及其材料。
在现有技术中,如中国冶金工业出版社翻译出版的日本国水野政夫等人编著的《铝及其合金的焊接》、中国机械工业出版社1987年出版的《焊工手册》《焊接材料产品样本》前两本书中认为“铝铸件由于出现砂眼、凹陷、裂纹、容易贮藏空气、难以焊接。”“熔点较低的高强度硬铝极易过烧,二者均难钎焊,铸造铝合金因气孔多,不能钎焊。”后一书中有关铝基焊料部分写到:“因为铝表面易生成化学性十分稳定的氧化铝膜,因此,除最近出现的真空或保护气氛中钎焊过程外,普通钎焊过程不用化学活泼性极强的钎焊熔剂破坏氧化膜,铝就不可能钎焊。……同时对于含镁量较高(≥30%)的铝合金,由于生成氧化铝加氧化镁复合氧化物,用钎焊熔剂除去就很困难,因此高镁的铝合金就不易焊接。”另有一种硬钎料铝焊条,适用于焊补大件、厚件,操作时另加铝焊粉,焊缝不平整。
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种不需要使用焊粉或焊剂的低熔点铝钎焊料。
本发明的目的可通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种适用于各种铝合金铸件及材料的低熔点铝钎焊料,由几种有色金属混合浇铸而成,其特征是该焊料由优质的锡、锌、铝和锑先后熔化浇铸成型,各成份重量百分比为锡40-70%、锌20-50%,铝1-15%和锑0.1-2%。该焊料的横截面可据需要而定,一般为圆形、半圆形或三角形等。
本焊料经用户使用证明具有如下优点:
1.低温焊接(450℃以下)、速度快,工艺性能好、用量少,焊接处平整、光滑、强度高。
2.不用其他焊粉或焊剂、操作简便、经济实用。
3.可焊补铝铸件出现的砂眼、气孔、裂纹等缺陷,变废、次品为正品,从而降低成本、节约铝材,并可焊接铝合金薄型板材及异型管件。
本焊料可将上述有色金属先后投入坩锅熔化浇铸而成,其形状,长度可据需要而定。锡、锌、铝的最佳重量百分比分别为50-60%、30-40%、3-13%。焊接设备只需电烙铁和恒温炉,可用35-150W电烙铁施焊,工作预热温度:大件约350℃,薄件约150℃。

Claims (3)

1、一种适用于各种铝及其合金铸件和各种铝合金材料的低熔点铝钎焊料,由几种有色金属混合浇铸而成,其特征在于该焊料由优质的锡、锌、铝和锑先后熔化浇铸成型,各成份重量百分比为锡40-70%、锌20-50%、铝1-15%、锑0.1-2%。
2、如权利要求1所述的焊料,其特征是锡、锌、铝的最佳重量百分比分别为50-60%、30-40%、3-13%。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的焊料,其特征是焊料的横截面可据需要为圆形,半圆形或三角形等。
