Abstract

一种铸铝钎熔焊方法,用氯化锌、氯化亚锡、氯化铵、氯化钠研成粉末,用无水酒精调成糊状,便是铸铝焊剂,焊接时清理焊接部位,涂上铸铝焊剂,加温至250~420℃,擦去反应后的熔渣,趁热涂上一层石蜡,再镀上一层锡铅合金,用铝母线做焊丝,再焊接,增加了焊丝流布性和熔合性,使焊接速度加快,质量稳定,容易操作,成本低,对铝硅铸铝、铝铜铸铝、铝镁铸铝、铝锌铸铝焊接,以及纯铝、变形铝合金、铝与铜异种金属也可焊接。

一种铸铝钎熔焊的方法。
铸造铝合金在工矿企业的应用日益广泛,但在使用过程中常常出现裂纹、断损等情况,急需进行焊补;但由于铸造铝合金的熔点较低、导热性快,以及市场上售的气剂401铝焊粉,去除铸造铝合金的三氧化二铝等氧化物的能力不强,加上气剂401铝焊粉的熔点接近铸铝合金熔点,至使焊接工作者用普通氧——乙炔火焰和普通气剂401铝焊粉、铝焊丝,焊接铸造铝合金出现塌陷,焊不上,变形,焊缝成型不美观等焊接问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种容易操作、焊接速度快、焊缝强度高、成本低,以氧——乙炔火焰焊接各类铸造铝合金的钎熔焊方法。
本发明是这样实现:首先配制铸铝焊剂,铸铝焊剂的粉状配比是:
氯化锌      15克    至85克
氯化亚锡    10克    至80克
氯化铵      5克     至20克
氟化钠      2克     至7克
将上述四种物质研成粉末,过200筛孔,用瓶装,密封干燥。使用时将铸铝焊剂与无水酒精调成稀糊状。焊接时务必将各类铸造铝合金焊接部位清理干净,涂上一层铸铝焊剂,在涂有铸铝焊剂的外围用氧——乙炔火焰加热250至420摄氏度,使铸铝焊剂反应后变成灰白色,用石棉布或玻璃丝布擦去反应后的熔渣,显出一层银白色的锌锡合金,趁热涂上一层蜡烛或石蜡,再将焊锡料(锡铅合金)镀焊上一层,选用铝母线做焊丝,以氧 ——乙炔火焰进行焊接。
本发明的优点是:通过在铸造铝合金焊接部位镀焊上一层锌锡合金和锡铅合金作为媒介层,再以铝母线做焊丝进行焊接,增加了焊丝的流布性和熔合性,使焊接速度加快,质量稳定,容易操作,成本低。对铝硅铸铝、铝铜铸铝、铝镁铸铝、铝锌铸铝焊接,以及纯铝,变形铝合金、铝与铜异种金属也可焊接。
实施例1:先将各类铸铝合金的焊接处清理干净,涂上一层铸铝焊剂稀糊,铸铝焊剂稀糊的组成是:氯化锌85克、氯化亚锡10克、氯化铵5克、氟化钠3克,与无水酒精调成稀糊状。在涂铸铝焊剂的外围加热用氧——乙炔火焰加热300至420摄氏度,便铸铝焊剂反应后变成灰白色,用石棉布或玻璃丝布擦去反应后的熔渣,显出一层银白色的锌锡合金,趁热涂上一层蜡烛或石蜡,再将焊锡料(锡铅合金)镀焊上一层,选用铝母线做焊丝,以氧——乙炔火焰进行焊接。
实施例2:铸铝例2:铸铝焊剂稀糊的组成是:氯化锌40克,氯化亚锡45克、氯化铵13克、氟化钠2克的粉状物质。用无水酒精调成稀糊状。其余同实施例1。
实施例3:铸铝焊剂稀糊的组成是:氯化锌25克、氯化亚锡75克、氯化铵15克、氟化钠4克的粉状物质,用无水酒精调成稀糊状,其余同实施例1。

Claims (1)

1.一种铸铝钎熔焊的方法,其特征在于,铸铝焊剂的粉状配比是:
氯化锌    15克   至85克
氯化亚锡  10克   至80克
氯化铵    5克    至20克
氟化钠    2克    至7克
将上述四种物质研成粉末,过200筛孔,用瓶装,密封干燥,使用时将铸铝焊剂与无水酒精调成稀糊状,焊接时务必将各类铸铝焊接部位清理干净,涂上一层铸铝焊剂,在涂有铸铝焊剂的外围用氧—乙炔火焰加热250至420摄氏度,使铸铝焊剂反应后变成灰白色,用石棉布或玻璃丝擦去反应后的熔渣,显出一层银白色的锌锡合金,趁热涂上一层蜡烛或石蜡,再将焊锡料(锡铅合金)镀焊上一层,选用铝母线做焊丝,以氧—乙炔火焰焊接。
