Abstract
林区生物质炭电联产工艺,包括以下步骤:将木片加入烘干机中烘干,并通过运输机输送到气化炉中;烘干后的木片在气化炉中进行燃烧气化,得到炭和烟气;将得到的烟气通过水幕除尘系统,得到热气和热液;将得到的热气经过储气罐储存并驱动发电机发电;将得到的热液通过液体收集系统、活性炭吸附得到含酚活性炭和净化水;将得到的炭经过炭收集系统、炭运输机加入到炭活化炉中进行炭活化,得到大颗粒的活性炭;将大颗粒的活性炭经过炭粉碎机得到活性炭成品。本发明工艺简单,能合理有效的利用林区的废旧木片,提高了资源的利用率。

技术领域
本发明属于资源综合利用工艺,具体为林区生物质炭电联产工艺。
背景技术
目前,在林区,很多木片没有得到合理利用,大多被废弃在林场里,造成了很大的资源浪费,开发一种能资源化利用林场的木片的工艺非常有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供林区生物质炭电联产工艺,解决现有林区木片浪费的问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
林区生物质炭电联产工艺,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将木片加入烘干机中烘干,并通过运输机输送到气化炉中;
第二步:烘干后的木片在气化炉中进行燃烧气化,得到炭和烟气;
第三步:将得到的烟气通过水幕除尘系统,得到热气和热液;
第四步:将得到的热气经过储气罐储存并驱动发电机发电;将得到的热液通过液体收集系统、活性炭吸附得到含酚活性炭和净化水;
第五步:将得到的炭经过炭收集系统、炭运输机加入到炭活化炉中进行炭活化,得到大颗粒的活性炭;
第六步:将大颗粒的活性炭经过经过炭粉碎机得到活性炭成品。
有益效果:本发明工艺简单,能合理有效的利用林区的废旧木片,提高了资源的利用率。

1.林区生物质炭电联产工艺,其特征是包括以下步骤:
第一步:将木片加入烘干机中烘干,并通过运输机输送到气化炉中;
第二步:烘干后的木片在气化炉中进行燃烧气化,得到炭和烟气;
第三步:将得到的烟气通过水幕除尘系统,得到热气和热液;
第四步:将得到的热气经过储气罐储存并驱动发电机发电;将得到的热液通过液体收集系统、活性炭吸附得到含酚活性炭和净化水;
第五步:将得到的炭经过炭收集系统、炭运输机加入到炭活化炉中进行炭活化,得到大颗粒的活性炭;
第六步:将大颗粒的活性炭经过经过炭粉碎机得到活性炭成品。
