生物质气发电与热电联供工艺,包括以下步骤:将秸秆、稻草和木屑废弃物加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,然后将粉碎后的物料经过压块成型,得到生物质块料;将得到的生物质块料放入气体发生炉中,将得到的气体经过除尘、除焦油净化处理,然后放入储气罐中备用;将储气罐中的气体输送到生物质气发电机组发电,得到电力和废气;将得到的电力通过电网输送使用;将得到的废气通过余热锅炉加热得到蒸汽或者热水用于供暖或者洗浴。本发明工艺简单,能有效提高生物质的利用率,保护环境。

本发明属于生物质综合利用工艺,具体为生物质气发电与热电联供工艺。
背景技术
目前,生物质废弃物大多采用焚烧的工艺,给环境造成了很大的污染,开发一种新型的综合利用工艺非常有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供生物质气发电与热电联供工艺,解决现有工艺环境污染大,资源利用率低的问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
生物质气发电与热电联供工艺,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将秸秆、稻草和木屑废弃物加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,然后将粉碎后的物料经过压块成型,得到生物质块料;
第二步:将得到的生物质块料放入气体发生炉中,将得到的气体经过除尘、除焦油净化处理,然后放入储气罐中备用;
第三步:将储气罐中的气体输送到生物质气发电机组发电,得到电力和废气;
第四步:将得到的电力通过电网输送使用;
第五步:将得到的废气通过余热锅炉加热得到蒸汽或者热水用于供暖或者洗浴。
有益效果:本发明工艺简单,能有效提高生物质的利用率,保护环境。

第一步:将秸秆、稻草和木屑废弃物加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,然后将粉碎后的物料经过压块成型,得到生物质块料;
第二步:将得到的生物质块料放入气体发生炉中,将得到的气体经过除尘、除焦油净化处理,然后放入储气罐中备用;
第三步:将储气罐中的气体输送到生物质气发电机组发电,得到电力和废气;
第四步:将得到的电力通过电网输送使用;
第五步:将得到的废气通过余热锅炉加热得到蒸汽或者热水用于供暖或者洗浴。
