地窑式垃圾气化燃烧发电装置,该装置的上层进料间(2)置在地上,特置空气室送料机或平行结构送料机(1)及下层负压进料间(3)置于上层进料间的地下,粉碎机(4)、抛空式分料器(5)、夹在下层负压进料间与地窑式垃圾气化炉(6)之间,地窑式垃圾气化炉靠着预热炉(15)、全置在地下、该地面上置着水洗塔一(12)、水洗塔二(13)、水洗塔三(14),极限余热回收装置(10)连着烟囱(17)、环保系统(16)夹在水洗塔一与发电机房(18)之间,红外线燃烧炉(7)、蒸气锅(8)置在发电机房的地下,输气管一(9)连接红外线燃烧炉至极限余热回收装置,输气管二(11)连接极限余热回收装置、红外线燃烧炉、预热炉。该装置能够高效益将垃圾转化成为再生能源,解除“垃圾发电造成二噁英类污染环境”的问题。

技术领域
地窑式垃圾气化燃烧发电装置的技术,属清洁发电型的清洁环境再生能源技术领域。 
背景技术
控制二噁英类排放的问题,受到了世界性的关心。“pops的控制任重而道远,在与pops污染的斗争中,我们既面临着严峻的挑战,也得到了前所未有的发展机遇。为了我们的子孙后代生活在一个不受pops污染的时代,我们每个公民都应为削减pops而尽力”(《人民日报》(2007-05-31第16版))。目前在我国及至全世界的垃圾燃烧发电,实质上都是用垃圾直接燃烧进行发电,由于垃圾直接燃烧难以高标准控制二噁英类的产生,从而造成环境污染的威胁严重。 
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的垃圾焚烧发电、存在着二噁英类排放污染的问题,本实用新型提供一个地窑式垃圾气化燃烧发电装置。该装置可以防止二噁英类的产生,从而克服二噁英类排放污染的问题。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是;采用一个地窑式垃圾气化燃烧发电装置,该装置包括特置空气室送料机或平行结构送料机(1)、上层进料间(2)、下层负压进料间(3)、粉碎机(4)、抛空式分料器(5)、地窑式垃圾气化炉(6)、红外线燃烧炉(7)、蒸气锅(8)、输气管一(9)、极限余热回收装置(10)、输气管二(11)、水洗塔一(12)、水洗塔二(13)、水洗塔三(14)、预热炉(15)、环保系统(16)、烟囱(17)、发电机房(18),其特征是,上层进料间(2)置在地面上,下层负压进料间(3)置于上层进料间(2)的地下、特置空气室送料机或平行结构送料机(1)置于下层负压进料间(3)中,粉碎机(4)连着抛空式分料器(5)、在地下夹在下层负压进料间(3)与地窑式垃圾气化炉(6)之间,地窑式垃圾气化炉(6)连着预热炉(15)、共同置在地下中、该地面上置着水洗塔一(12)、水洗塔二(13)、水洗塔三(14),极限余热回收装置(10)、连着烟囱(17)、环保系统(16)在地面上夹在水洗塔一(12)与发电机房(18)之间,红外线燃烧炉(7)、蒸气锅(8)置在发电机房(18)的地下,输气管一(9)连接红外线燃烧炉(7)至极限余热回收装置(10),输气管二(11)连接极限余热回收装置(10)、红外线燃烧炉(7)、预热炉(15)。形成一个低耗损的结构将垃圾气化为煤气,使煤气的燃烧区没有低温处,让废气从高温区瞬间进入二噁英类不能产生的环境,从而控制二噁英类的产生,达到清洁发电的效果。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:能够高效益将垃圾转化成为再生能源,解除“垃圾发电造成二噁英类污染环境”的问题。

具体实施方式
在附图中,垃圾倒进上层进料间(2)后,封闭上层进料间的进料门,阻止外面空气进入,然后打开下层进料间的进料门,让垃圾进入下层负压进料间(3),小量新鲜空气经过特置空气室送料机(1)等,滞入下层负压进料间(3),经吸压机导入预热炉(15)。进入下层负压进料间(3)的垃圾,由特置空气室送料机或平行结构送料机(1)送入粉碎机(4),经粉碎分料后再经抛空式分料器(5)进一步分类,进入地窑式垃圾气化炉(6),经水洗塔二(13)、水洗塔三(14)二次水洗及在系统自动调控下产生合格煤气,煤气进入红外线燃烧炉(7)燃烧,加热蒸气锅(8)制造蒸汽发电。红外线燃烧炉高温的废气、经输气管一(9)导入极限余热回收装置(10),迅速降温后再经水洗塔一(12)、降温及经过环保系统(16)处理,通过烟囱(17)排除废气。常温空气经输气管二(11),传入极限余热回收装置(10),转换成高温气分别送至红外线燃烧炉(7)、预热炉(15)、进行循环应用。经过水洗塔一(12)的水,分别注入水洗塔二(13)、水洗塔三(14)经水洗煤气后经过预热炉(15),进入地窑式垃圾气化炉(6)参加反应。

1.一个地窑式垃圾气化燃烧发电装置,该装置包括特置空气室送料机或平行结构送料机(1)、上层进料间(2)、下层负压进料间(3)、粉碎机(4)、抛空式分料器(5)、地窑式垃圾气化炉(6)、红外线燃烧炉(7)、蒸气锅(8)、输气管一(9)、极限余热回收装置(10)、输气管二(11)、水洗塔一(12)、水洗塔二(13)、水洗塔三(14)、预热炉(15)、环保系统(16)、烟囱(17)、发电机房(18),其特征是,上层进料间(2)置在地面上,下层负压进料间(3)置于上层进料间(2)的地下、特置空气室送料机或平行结构送料机(1)置于下层负压进料间(3)中,粉碎机(4)连着抛空式分料器(5)、在地下夹在下层负压进料间(3)与地窑式垃圾气化炉(6)之间,地窑式垃圾气化炉(6)连着预热炉(15)、共同置在地下中、该地面上置着水洗塔一(12)、水洗塔二(13)、水洗塔三(14),极限余热回收装置(10)连着烟囱(17)、环保系统(16)、在地面上夹在水洗塔一(12)与发电机房(18)之间,红外线燃烧炉(7)、蒸气锅(8)置在发电机房(18)的地下,输气管一(9)连接红外线燃烧炉(7)至极限余热回收装置(10),输气管二(11)连接极限余热回收装置(10)、红外线燃烧炉(7)、预热炉(15)。
