生活垃圾的处理是摆在人们面前的一大难题,目前,不仅城市生活垃圾急待处理,村镇的垃圾污染也相当严重,不仅影响到村容村貌,而且有的还污染了农田,破坏了美丽的田园风光。现在城市垃圾的处理多采用填埋法、焚烧法、制生物肥,各有利弊;村镇的垃圾多采用简单的焚烧炉焚烧,处理很不彻底,不仅留有大的尾巴,而且二次污染严重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种助燃式生活垃圾焚烧装置,这种焚烧装置能使生活垃圾燃烧完全,且无二次污染。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:
一种助燃式生活垃圾焚烧装置,包括炉体、炉膛、炉条、进料口、排烟口、排渣口和沼气池,炉体为中下部为正方体、中上部为三角体组合为一体的梯形体,炉条呈阶梯形由上而下排列,下部的炉条平行排列,在炉膛的上方设置有2层以上的冷空气预热管,预热管出口与设置在炉体外的抽气压气机通过管道连通,通过抽气压气机将热风再送入炉体内,在炉体下部设有沼气进口,与沼气池的储气罐连通。
本实用新型的优点是:焚烧炉有热风和沼气助燃,炉温高,燃烧完全,可使二恶英裂解,整个处理过程对环境友好,无二次污染。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种助燃式生活垃圾焚烧装置,由炉体1、炉膛6、炉条7、垃圾进口2、排烟口4和排渣口12组成,炉体1为中下部为正方体、中上部为三角体组合为一体的梯形体,炉条7呈阶梯形由上而下排列,下部的炉条7平行排列,在炉膛6的上方设置有2层以上的冷空气预热管5由钢管制造,预热管5一端为冷空气进口3,另一端通过出口总管与设置在炉体外的抽气压气机9连接,通过抽气压气机9将热风通过热风进口10送入炉体1内,在炉体1下部设有沼气燃浇喷火嘴,即沼气入口8,与沼气池11的储气罐连通。
工作时,垃圾送入垃圾焚烧炉,均匀分布在炉条上,冷空气加热管道通过抽气压气机将热风送入炉体内,沼气池的沼气送入炉体内助燃,使垃圾燃烧完全,烟气通过排烟口进入烟气净化器处理后达标排放。
