目前的煤砂刮板机链条在使用过程中,极易损耗,且磨损或断裂后不能修复,只能重新更换链条,极大的提高了使用成本。

    针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新的链轮焊条制造工艺,使新的链轮焊条结合力强,寿命长,且使用过程中不损伤链条。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种链轮焊条制造工艺,其特征在于,由以下重量配比组成:金属锰 0.9kg;金属镍 0.2kg;钒铁 0.2 kg;金红石 2kg;石英 0.3kg;金属铬 3.8kg;钼铁 0.7kg;钛铁 0.2kg;大理石 0.6kg;萤石 0.3kg;镍102 1.5kg;钨粉 0.6kg;硅铁 0.1kg;钛白粉 0.3kg;云母 0.2kg;合金粉的粒度为60目-80目,铁心为H08材质,直径为φ4,加上药皮后的直径φ7.6。
本发明一种链轮焊条制造工艺的优点是:本发明提供一种新的链轮焊条制造工艺,使新的链轮焊条结合力强,寿命长,且使用过程中不损伤链条,解决了链轮链齿磨损后不能修复的问题,极大的降低了生产成本。
