Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Lotlegierung auf Nickelbasis aus einem Gemisch mit einem ersten Lotwerkstoff, einem zweiten Lotwerkstoff und einem Basiswerkstoff, wobei der Basiswerkstoff ein Nickelbasiswerkstoff ist, der dem zu lötenden Material entspricht und in einem Anteil von 45 bis 70 Gew.% im Gemisch vorliegt, der erste Lotwerkstoff ein Nickelbasiswerkstoff ist, der Chrom, Kobalt, Tantal, Aluminium und Bor umfasst und in einem Anteil von 15 bis 30 Gew.% im Gemisch vorliegt, und der zweite Lotwerkstoff ein Nickelbasiswerkstoff ist, der Chrom, Kobalt, Molybdän, Wolfram, Bor und Hafnium umfasst und in einem Anteil von 15 bis 25 Gew.% im Gemisch vorliegt, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer entsprechenden Lotlegierung und die Verwendung der Lotlegierung zur Reparatur von Gasturbinenbauteilen.
