技术领域
本发明属于塑料生产设备，具体地说是用于塑料粒子筛选的横摆塑料颗粒振动筛。 
背景技术
在塑料挤出生产中，塑料粒子的筛选也是很重要的工艺过程，需要振动筛来完成。目前使用的振动筛由支撑架、振动电机、筛网组成。振动电机位于振动筛的底部，塑料粒子切粒后，经过振动筛筛选，将不合格品筛出，得到合格产品。然而，在实际生产中，振动筛的使用存在以下缺点：由于振动电机是安装在振动筛的底部，粒子在振动筛上会受到向上的作用力，向上跳起，一些长的粒子会竖直落到晒网上，从筛孔进入到合格的产品中，造成产品的不合格。 
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种横摆塑料颗粒振动筛，以解决上述背景技术中的问题。 
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现： 
横摆塑料颗粒振动筛，它包括上机架和下机架，下机架上设有减震器，所述上机架顶部设有加料口，底部设有出料口，所述上机架上还设有传动箱，传动箱由外带电机经皮带轮驱动，传动箱通过弹簧连杆驱动连接振动筛，使振动筛左右往复运动，所述振动筛另一侧通过缓冲弹簧与上机架连接。 
所述下机架靠近传动箱的一端设有高度调节装置。 
与现有技术相比，本发明结构简单，经济实用，可有效避免大长条塑料颗粒经过振动筛，提高了滤过效果。

如图1所示的横摆塑料颗粒振动筛，它包括上机架2和下机架9，下机架9上设有减震器11，所述上机架2顶部设有加料口5，底部设有出料口1，所述上机架2上还设有传动箱6，传动箱6由外带电机7经皮带轮8驱动，传动箱6通过弹簧连杆12驱动连接振动筛4，使振动筛4左右往复运动，所述振动筛4另一侧通过缓冲弹簧3与上机架9连接。 
所述下机架9靠近传动箱6的一端设有高度调节装置10。
