Description
技术领域
本发明总地涉及灯槽灯具,更具体地涉及具有可移除的铰链门或可移除的铰链格栅的灯槽灯具,以及甚至更具体地涉及门或格栅的更换以便对已安装的灯槽灯具、门和格栅进行改装。
背景技术
灯槽灯具是包括顶部主体壁以及四个较短的侧壁的大致矩形或方形的托盘状壳体,其以倒置方式安装在天花板内或其上以至于其朝向地板开放。电气组件、镇流器、硬件等固定到顶部主体壁和/或侧壁。这些组件操控发光元件,通常是一个或多个细长形或U形的管状荧光灯。可移除的面板构件通常包括漫射透镜或格栅,且由灯槽壳体通过铰链和闩锁构件保持,面板可被移除以便在需要时允许更换荧光灯和其它电气组件。面板构件可具有多种配置,诸如平坦的、弯曲的、成角度的、分段的等等。在某些灯槽灯具中,可移除的面板构件还包括相对刚性的外周框架组合件,所述外周框架组合件具有由灯槽壳体组合件中的短槽或开口部所接纳的铰链构件和闩锁构件。通过这种结构,灯槽门组合件或者格栅可被解锁且在铰链构件上枢转打开,且铰链构件通常从灯槽壳体组合件可分离,使得整个门板或格栅可被移除。
已经研发出发光二极管(LED),与白炽灯泡和荧光灯相比,其操作起来更便宜且具有更长的工作寿命,以及已经发现当组装成多个LED的阵列时可良好地替代灯槽组合件中的管状荧光灯。安装到相对刚性的支撑结构上的发光二极管阵列通常被称为LED灯条。LED由公知为驱动器的电源供电。驱动器和LED灯条共同为LED系统,并替代在荧光灯中所使用的电气组件、镇流器、硬件等。因为在操作期间LED系统产生显著的热量,用于LED系统的支撑结构通常构建成作用为散热片和/或散热构件,使得将热量远离LED系统传导。
当前用一个或多个LED灯条代替荧光灯和相关联的电气组件来改装大多数已安装的灯槽灯具的方法涉及到将安装在灯槽壳体内的非必要的电气组件、镇流器和硬件移除,使得存在足够空间、空隙和暴露表面用于安装LED灯条,然后使用机械紧固件将LED灯条或面板安装到灯槽壳体的内部主体壁或顶壁/侧壁上。这是费时和昂贵的过程。
本发明的目的是通过提供一种新颖的灯槽门组合件来对改装灯槽灯具的方法进行改进,其中一个或多个LED灯条以允许将热量从LED灯条传导到框架的方式直接固定到外周框架上。由此外周框架除了灯条支撑结构之外还作用为散热片。此外,LED灯条以给灯槽门组合件提供增强的结构完整性的方式刚性地连接到外周框架。另一个目的是提供一种灯槽门组合件,其中所述外周框架形成有细长的外部槽,以便以允许所述外部槽的位置根据需要沿着框架调节的方式来接纳闩锁构件和铰链构件,以便对应于在改装过程中在现场会遇到的闩锁和铰链开口部的变化及其位置。还有一个目的是提供一种灯槽门组合件,其具有用于细长的内部槽,所述内部槽适于将面板构件的所有或一些外周边缘接纳在其内。这些目的以及在此未明确提出的其它目的从下文的详细公开将是显而易见的。
发明内容
具有发光二极管(LED)灯条的灯槽门组合件适于与已安装的灯槽灯具结合,由此灯槽灯具可通过移除原来的面板、格栅或门构件并用如本文所述的灯槽门组合件更换原来的面板、格栅或门构件来进行改装。灯槽门组合件包括:外周框架组合件,其由独立的框架构件、面板构件和一个或多个LED灯条组成,所述独立的框架构件通过将构件连接而结合以便形成矩形或方形的配置;面板构件定位在所述外周框架组合件内;且一个或多个LED灯条包括设置在背衬构件和刚性支撑构件上的LED阵列和驱动器。背衬构件可以具有细长的、方形的、圆形的或其它配置,并且所述刚性支撑构件可以是细长的线状构件或可配置成匹配背衬构件的配置。支撑构件由具有高导热率的材料制成,并在所有情况下作用为散热片和/或散热器以解决由LED系统所产生的热量问题。一个或多个LED灯条的支撑构件刚性地固定到相对的框架构件上以便增加框架组合件的结构刚性并使得所述框架组合件也作用为散热片和/或散热器,框架构件由具有高导热率的材料构成。在单个门框架组合件内可以平行或交叉的方式使用多个LED灯条。
在优选实施例中,灯槽门组合件的框架构件在框架构件的外侧上设有细长的槽,使得用于将灯槽门组合件固定到已安装的灯槽灯具的壳体上的铰链构件和闩锁构件可相对于所述框架构件移动,且可被调节到适当的位置以便对应于现有灯槽壳体的铰链和闩锁接纳槽的位置。此外,细长槽可存在于所述框架构件的内侧上,由此面板构件的外周边缘可定位在内部槽内。
通过这种结构,灯槽门组合件提供增加的刚性和改善的散热功能,并允许从先前的非LED灯槽灯具创建LED灯槽灯具,而无需移除不重要的电气组件、镇流器和硬件。由于所有的所需要事项是移除原来的灯槽面板、格栅或门,移除现有的荧光灯,调整铰链和闩锁构件在框架组合件上的位置以便对应于在灯槽壳体上的接纳槽的位置,连接电气配线,以及用铰链和闩锁构件封闭和固定灯槽门组合件,因此可在相对短的时间框架内完成改装过程。

具体实施方式
参照附图,将针对一个或多个优选的实施例对具有发光二极管(LED)灯条的灯槽门组合件进行详细描述。在广义上而言,该灯槽门组合件是用于代替当前已安装的灯槽灯具的面板、格栅或门的改装装置,在某些优选的实施例其提供可调节位置的闩锁和铰链构件,使得可以改变所述闩锁和铰链构件的位置以便对应于已安装的灯槽壳体的闩锁和铰链接纳槽的位置。
典型的灯槽灯具包括薄的矩形或方形槽或托盘状的壳体,其具有顶部主体构件和较短的悬垂侧壁。用于保持和操作细长的灯构件(典型的为线性荧光灯管)的电气组件、镇流器和硬件固定到灯槽壳体的顶部主体构件或侧壁。电气配线穿过灯槽壳体通到电源。灯槽壳体限定矩形或方形的开口部且接纳框架,透镜面板组合件、格栅组合件或门组件(本文中统称为门组合件)连接到框架上。对于灯槽门组合件而言,闩锁和铰链安装到外周框架上,以及灯槽接纳框架设有用于接纳闩锁和铰链的相应槽。通常情况下,灯槽门组合件可从灯槽壳体完全移除。
如图1中可看到的那样,本发明的灯槽门组合件包括外周框架组合件,其包括多个框架构件11的组合,所述多个框架构件11由连接构件12结合以形成矩形或方形的配置。灯槽门组合件还包括在本文中统称为透镜构件22的面板构件或格栅,其可以是透明的、半透明的或有孔的,使得光通过透镜构件22并进入到下面的房间内。透镜构件22通常由丙烯酸或聚碳酸酯构成以将重量最小化,且通常是薄构件,当水平设置于框架组合件中时所述透镜构件将从平面配置略微弯曲。透镜构件22如图中所示可以是平坦的,或可形成有弯曲部、成角部、边缘、壁等,以便在安装时呈现更令人喜欢的外观。

LED灯条组合件24,以及更具体地是支撑构件27用刚性安装的支架28和机械紧固件29牢固地安装到相对的框架构件11上,使得LED灯条组合件24的结构刚性被转移到框架组合件,由此增加框架组合件的整体刚性。单个或多个LED灯条组合件24可存在于灯槽门组合件内,以及一个或多个支撑构件27可纵向或横向延伸。在一个实施例中,LED灯条组合件24的背衬构件26和支撑构件27是细长的和线性的,在其它实施例中,背衬构件26可以是方形的、圆形的或具有线性支撑构件27的其它配置,而在还有一些实施例中,背衬构件26和支撑构件27可具有匹配的配置。
安装支架28由热传导性材料形成,以及框架构件11也由热传导性材料形成,诸如像铝金属,使得热量从支撑构件27传递到框架构件11。以这种方式,外周框架组合件还作用为用于LED灯条组合件24的散热片。安装支架28可为连接到支撑构件27端部的单独构件,或支撑构件27的端部可形成为从主体延伸短距离以便限定安装凸缘或支架28。优选地,每一安装支架28设有横向延伸的凸缘构件,以便使用机械紧固件29连接到框架构件11的顶表面15上,所述机械紧固件29诸如像定位在位于顶表面15中的螺纹孔内的螺纹构件。可替代地,安装支架28可通过焊接、机械互锁或其它类似的机构刚性地固定在相对的框架构件11上。
细长的内部槽19位于框架构件11的内表面16内,框架构件11设有内部结构构件17以便保持框架构件11的刚性,其优选地制成为挤压构件。内部槽19适于接纳透镜构件22的外周边缘,使得透镜构件22由框架构件11支撑。由于所有框架构件11都设有内部槽19,因此透镜构件22的所有四个外周边缘23都可以由内部槽19接纳和支撑,且不需要附加的硬件用来保持和支撑透镜构件22。
在更优选的实施例中,每一框架构件11还设有细长的外部槽18,其设置于所述外表面14上。框架构件11的暴露的底表面13优选不带有槽,以呈现更令人喜欢的外观。外部槽18以下述的方式在框架组合件的一侧上使用以便保持一个或多个闩锁构件40以及在框架组合件的另一侧上使用以便保持一个或多个铰链构件30,即以允许闩锁构件40和铰链构件30沿着框架构件11的外部槽18纵向地调节或重新定位的方式,以便与现有的灯槽壳体的接纳槽适当的对准。
如图2中所示,铰链构件30的实施例包括以一定的角度从安装板31向外延伸的延伸构件32,延伸构件32配置成由灯槽壳体的槽接纳,使得灯槽门组合件可相对于灯槽壳体在打开和关闭位置之间枢转。安装板31设有延伸到外部槽18内的保持机构33,其功能是将安装板31保持在框架构件11上,同时允许铰链构件30沿着外部槽18在任一方向上移动。代表性的保持机构33可包括一个或多个紧固件34,诸如铆钉或带螺纹的螺栓,其延伸通过安装板31上的孔并连接到诸如螺母或板的一个或多个内部背衬构件35上,所述内部背衬构件具有足够的尺寸,以防止铰链构件30从框架构件11向外分离。在将框架构件11组装到外周框架组合件内之前,通过将铰链构件30滑动到外部槽18内可以容易地将其组装到框架11上。

为了改装已安装的灯槽灯具以便创建代替荧光灯灯具的LED灯具,将已安装的灯槽门或格栅从灯槽壳体移除,将电气组件和荧光灯移除,并断开引入的电气配线。然后将灯槽门组合件的铰链构件30和闩锁构件40沿着框架构件11重新定位以便对应于在已安装的灯槽壳体中的铰链接纳槽和闩锁接纳槽的位置。然后将铰链构件30插入到已安装的灯槽壳体铰链接纳槽内,以及将电气配线51连接到现有的灯槽壳体电气配线。然后将灯槽门组合件枢转到关闭位置并通过闩锁构件40固定到灯槽壳体。原来的灯槽灯具现在已经被转换成LED灯具,而不需要移除荧光灯之外的任何内部组件以及无需有经验的电工。

Claims (12)
1.一种灯槽门组合件,其包括:
外周框架组合件,其包括由热传导性材料构成的框架构件(11);
透镜构件(22),其保持在所述外周框架组合件内;
发光二极管(LED)灯条组合件(24),其包括成阵列的LED(25)和刚性支撑构件(27),所述刚性支撑构件(27)由热传导性材料构成,使得所述刚性支撑构件(27)作用为用于由所述LED(25)所产生热量的散热片;
其中所述刚性支撑构件(27)连接到至少两个所述框架构件(11),使得所述刚性支撑构件(27)增加所述框架组合件的刚性,并且使得热量从所述刚性支撑构件(27)传递到所述框架组合件,使得所述框架组合件也作用为用于由所述LED(25)所产生热量的散热片。

7.根据权利要求4所述的灯槽门组合件,所述至少一个铰链构件(30)包括:
安装板(31),从所述安装板(31)向外延伸的延伸构件(32),以及延伸到所述外部槽(18)内的保持机构(33)。
8.根据权利要求4所述的灯槽门组合件,所述至少一个闩锁构件(40)包括:
枢转主体(42),其具有向上延伸的臂构件(41)和暴露的致动构件(43),以及延伸到所述外部槽(18)内的保持机构(44)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的灯槽门组合件,所述至少一个闩锁构件(40)包括:
枢转主体(42),其具有向上延伸的臂构件(41)和暴露的致动构件(43),以及延伸到所述外部槽(18)内的保持机构(44)。
10.根据权利要求4所述的灯槽门组合件,还包括:
细长的内部槽(19),其定位在至少两个所述框架构件(11)上;
由此所述透镜构件(22)包括外周边缘(23),以及所述外周边缘(23)定位在所述内部槽(19)内。
11.一种灯槽门组合件,其包括:
外周框架组合件,其包括两组由热传导性材料构成的相对的框架构件(11),所述框架构件(11)包括细长的挤压构件,其具有细长的内部槽(19)和细长的外部槽(18);
包括外周边缘(23)的透镜构件(22),所述外周边缘(23)保持在所述框架构件(11)的所述内部槽(19)内;
发光二极管(LED)灯条组合件(24),其包括成阵列的LED(25)和刚性支撑构件(27),所述刚性支撑构件(27)由热传导性材料构成,使得所述刚性支撑构件(27)作用为用于由所述LED(25)所产生热量的散热片;
保持在一个所述外部槽(18)内的两个铰链构件(30)以及保持在另一所述外部槽(18)内的两个闩锁构件(40),由此,所述铰链构件(30)和所述闩锁构件(40)以允许沿着所述外部槽(18)纵向移动的方式保持;
其中所述刚性支撑构件(27)连接到至少一组所述相对的框架构件(11),使得所述刚性支撑构件(27)增加所述框架组合件的刚性,并且使得热量从所述刚性支撑构件(27)传递到所述框架组合件,使得所述框架组合件也作用为用于由所述LED(25)所产生热量的散热片。
12.改装已安装的灯槽灯具的方法,已安装的灯槽灯具包括灯槽门或格栅,电气配线,铰链接纳槽,闩锁接纳槽,以及荧光灯,所述方法包括以下步骤:
移除灯槽门或格栅;
移除荧光灯;
断开电气配线;
提供灯槽门组合件,其包括:外周框架组合件,所述外周框架组合件包括两组由热传导性材料构成的相对的框架构件(11),所述框架构件(11)包括细长的挤压构件,其具有细长的内部槽(19)和细长的外部槽(18);包括外周边缘(23)的透镜构件(22),所述外周边缘(23)保持在所述框架构件(11)的所述内部槽(19)内;发光二极管(LED)灯条组合件(24),其包括成阵列的LED(25)和刚性支撑构件(27),所述刚性支撑构件(27)由热传导性材料构成,使得所述刚性支撑构件(27)作用为用于由所述LED(25)所产生热量的散热片;保持在一个所述外部槽(18)内的两个铰链构件(30)以及保持在另一所述外部槽(18)内的两个闩锁构件(40),由此,所述铰链构件(30)和所述闩锁构件(40)以允许沿着所述外部槽(18)纵向移动的方式保持;其中所述刚性支撑构件(27)连接到至少一组所述相对的框架构件(11),使得所述刚性支撑构件(27)增加所述框架组合件的刚性,并且使得热量从所述刚性支撑构件(27)传递到所述框架组合件,使得所述框架组合件也作用为用于由所述LED(25)所产生热量的散热片;
使所述铰链构件(30)和闩锁构件(40)纵向定位,以便对应于铰链接纳槽和闩锁接纳外部槽,并将铰链构件(30)插入到铰链接纳槽内;
将电气配线连接到LED灯箱组合件;以及
枢转灯槽门组合件以便将闩锁构件(40)插入到闩锁接纳槽内。
