图1示意性示出了一种加压流体容器,特别是一种加压气瓶。该容器包括本体1,例如本体1为圆柱形,形成流体密封储存空间。该本体1的肩形第一端包括孔洞2,孔洞2用于容纳例如阀门。该本体1的第二端为凸出的,并包括连接于本体1的支脚。通常,该本体1由金属材料、金属合金或铝构成或组成。
根据一个优选的区别特征,该支脚3由金属材料、金属合金或铝合金构成或组成,其根据鲍林标度的电负性比构成本体1的材料的电负性更强。
这样,支脚3相对于该本体1作为阳极而优先被腐蚀,这就保护了容器的本体1避免了有可能被腐蚀的风险。具体地,如果有危险性液体存在,例如水,根据电防腐原理,负电性最高的金属将被腐蚀,而正电性最高的金属将被保护。
举例来说,如果该容器的本体1由钢材制成且根据鲍林标度电负性(EN)为1.8,该支脚3可以优选由铝合金材料(电负性EN=1.6)制成,或由比钢材的电负性更强的其他任何元素或合金(例如根据鲍林标度)制成,例如由锌(EN=1.6)或镁(EN=1.3)制成。
假如若该容器的本体1由铝(EN=1.6)制成,该支脚3可以为由镁(EN=1.3)制成。
假如若该容器的本体由钛(EN=1.5)制成,该支脚3可以由镁(EN=1.3)制成。
根据一种可能的变型,该支脚3可以通过塑性模制或注塑技术得到。在这种情况下,可以通过对塑料支脚3处理而在其塑料表面形成覆盖层(例如使用锌或其他任何合适的比本体1的材料电负性更强的材料进行镀金属),而使容器的本体1获得阴极保护。
优选的,该支脚3与该本体1通过粘接方式连接。例如可以使用环氧树脂粘结剂或一个或两个组分的粘结剂或基于甲基丙烯酸甲酯的粘结剂或基于可以热交联或室温交联的聚氨酯的粘结剂,来实施该粘接。
第一个制造该容器的实施例可以包括下列步骤:
-制造本体的步骤,根据给定厚度,通过对钢板塑型而产生肩型的端部(第一端)以及底部(第二端);
-将支脚3粘接到容器的本体1的步骤(在合适的地方带有用于将支脚支承在容器上的适配结构);
-将装配好支脚3的本体1一起涂覆的步骤(例如通过静电粉末涂覆);
-干燥装配体的步骤,以进行粘结剂的交联和涂料的干燥。
在第二个实施例中,其制造方法与上述方法的区别仅在于本体1和支脚3是在二者粘接之前被涂覆,并且在涂料变干了以后再进行粘接。
第一个制造实施例使涂料的变干和粘结剂的交联同时进行。第二个制造实施例可以特别地被用于粘结剂的交联和涂料的变干具有不同最终温度周期的情况。
优选的,该粘结剂的降解/退化温度低于该涂料外层的降解温度,以使该支脚维护时不对涂料层产生不利影响。
优选的,该支脚3的形状设计为可以将对施加到支脚3的冲击力和其它机械力的阻力最小化。这样,施加到粘结剂上的机械力,该支脚变形(刚性)的风险,以及该支脚脱离的风险被降到最低。
优选的,该支脚3被粘接的表面积至少相当于与其连接的本体1的底部的表面积的5%,优选为大于15%。
如图2所示意,优选的,该支脚3可以大致为冠状,其上端向上朝外展开,使其可以与特别是本体1一端的凸出部分粘接。该支脚3的下端形成支脚3的内凸缘,这样构成用于稳定支撑容器的平的底座。支脚3的这种折回的下端限制了产生锋利和粗糙边缘的风险,这对使用者是危险的。
图4中示例性的实施方式与图2中的区别仅在于该支脚3的下端不形成支脚3的内凸缘。即容器支撑在支脚3下部的环形边缘上。
图3中示例性的实施方式中,该支脚3包括四个与环形底座垂直连接的支撑板。四个支撑板可以与本体1的一端粘接,同时平的环形底座可以稳定竖直支撑该容器。
图5和图6中示例性的实施方式中,该支脚为圆筒形管,其上端形成支脚的向下并向内转向的凸缘(参见图6中的剖切视图)。该凸缘用于与本体1的一端粘接。该容器通过下部的环形边缘支撑在地面上。
通过上述几何结构,该支脚3的摩擦阻力(例如与地面刮擦)被降到最小。
优选的,该支脚3的质量小于与该支脚连接的该本体1底部的等效质量的50%。
该支脚3可以通过机械成型方法制得,优选的通过金属部件的压制、机械旋转、熔炼或焊接技术。
根据其他可能的变型,该支脚3可以与本体1磁力性连接,例如通过安装、粘接或绑在支脚3上的一个或多个磁铁。
很容易理解的是,虽然是简单且廉价的结构,但本发明可以使得生产的容器不需要如现有技术中提到的腐蚀监测措施。事实上,任何腐蚀都会被引入支脚3而对加压容器来说不会存在安全风险。这样的腐蚀因而被局限于支脚3上而可以被容许。

Claims (13)

1.一种加压流体容器,特别是一种加压气瓶,包括形成对于流体密封的储存空间的本体(1),该本体(1)的第一端包括孔洞(2),该本体(1)的第二端包括连接至本体(1)的支脚(3),该本体(1)由金属材料、金属合金或铝构成,该支脚(3)包括金属材料、金属合金或铝合金,该支脚(3)的金属材料、金属合金或铝合金的根据鲍林标度的电负性比构成本体(1)的材料的电负性更强,其特征在于,该支脚(3)通过粘接与该本体(1)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述本体(1)由根据鲍林标度的电负性在1.7到2之间的钢材制成,所述支脚(3)包括根据鲍林标度的电负性在1.2到1.6之间的材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述支脚(3)由至少一种以下材料构成:铝合金、锌或镁。
4.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述本体(1)由铝、铝合金或钛构成,所述支脚(3)由镁构成。
5.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述支脚(3)由涂覆有金属材料、金属合金或铝的塑料构成,所涂覆的金属材料、金属合金或铝合金的根据鲍林标度的电负性比构成本体的材料的电负性更强。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述本体(1)的第二端为凸出的,所述支脚与所述本体(1)的第二凸出端粘接的面积为第二凸出端表面积的5%到25%,优选为10%到15%。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述支脚(3)包括向外展开的上端,所述上端向所述本体(1)的第二端的方向会聚。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述支脚(3)包括向所述支脚(3)的中部折回的下端。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述本体(1)的第二端至少部分地容纳在由该支脚(3)限定的体积中,所述支脚(3)的质量为所述本体(1)的第二端的被所述支脚(3)覆盖的部分的质量的20%到50%。
10.如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述本体(1)的第二端至少部分地容纳在由该支脚(3)限定的体积中,所述支脚(3)的质量为所述本体(1)的第二端的被所述支脚(3)覆盖的部分的质量的20%到50%。
11.如权利要求9和10的组合所述的容器,其特征在于,所述支脚(3)与所述本体(1)的凸出的第二端具有对应的质量,从而使所述支脚(3)的质量为所述第二端的质量的20%到50%,所述第二端为所述本体(1)的横截面开始减小的容器底端。
12.一种从由金属材料、金属合金或铝制成的本体(1)制造加压流体容器、特别是加压气瓶的方法,该本体(1)形成对于流体密封的储存空间,并且在第一端设有孔洞(2),该方法包括将支脚连接到该本体(1)的第二端的步骤,该支脚(3)由金属材料、金属合金或铝合金构成,构成支脚(3)的金属材料、金属合金或铝合金的根据鲍林标度的电负性比构成本体(1)的材料的电负性更强,其中,该支脚(3)通过粘接与该本体(1)连接。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述支脚(3)和所述本体(1)在所述支脚(3)与所述本体(1)粘接之前或之后被涂覆。
