Abstract

Description

在造纸机上切下纸带边的方法和装置
本发明涉及一种在含有扬克式滚筒的造纸机上切下纸带边的方法,在该方法中,将纸浆输送到一金属丝网上,进行脱水,然后用水射流对准并穿过纤维带从制好的纤维带边缘切下边条。被切割过的纤维带以及从其上切下的边条都绕着扬克式滚筒进行干燥,然后从扬克式滚筒表面取下。
本发明还涉及一种在含有扬克式滚筒的造纸机上从纤维带的边缘切割边条的装置。该装置含有若干喷嘴和向喷嘴供水的机构,所述喷嘴安置成对准金属丝网以提供一从纤维带边缘切下一边条所需的水射流且引导水射流面向着金属丝网而穿过纤维带。
当造纸机制造一纸纤维带时,纤维带的边缘一般由一水射流切割,例如美国专利US4931140公开了一种水射流装置,当纤维带进入造纸机时对其进行切割,纤维带进入造纸机之后被展宽至其全宽度,其后可开始正常的生产。在当前的应用及要求中,造纸机可理解为既可造纸又可造纸板等的机器,其中,纤维带由一所谓扬克式滚筒来干燥。在采用扬克式滚筒进行干燥的造纸机中只是经过扬克式滚筒后才将从纤维带上切下边条去掉,但是它们是在金属丝网边缘处切割的纤维带,这里可理解为纸带或纸板带或用上述造纸机以相应方式生产的其它带。
为了使纤维带可粘附在扬充式滚筒的表面,相应地,在经干燥后也可很容易从上述滚筒上取下,可在滚筒表面喷上一种涂敷剂以利于湿的纤维带粘附在滚筒表面上,并且当纤维带几乎绕过滚筒时,它也很容易从滚筒上取下。
该方法的有关问题是,当涂敷剂喷在扬克式滚筒表面上时,条件必须完全一致,以便使在纤维带和滚筒表面之间的涂敷剂可按所希望的方式起作用。当切去边缘的纸带围绕着扬克式滚筒时,在纸带已切去边缘的区域未发现纸浆,因为切割形成一间隙,在此间隙中的涂敷剂比其周围区域的涂敷剂更热且干燥得更快,所以,纸浆颗粒就粘附于其中的涂敷剂中并在扬克式滚筒表面上燃烧。因为纤维带的边缘总是在同一点上被切下,所以纸浆也累积在扬克式滚筒上,纸浆越积越多,直到这种堆积弄弯早已切割的纤维带为止,此时纤维带的边缘已开始撕裂,并因此引起纤维带开始断裂以及边缘缺陷。边缘的缺陷使纤维带在通过扬克式滚筒或在切割后期或其它后处理时都会引起立即断裂,这样就会中断生产过程,从而降低劳动生产率而且增加其成本。
本发明的目的就是提供一避免上述问题并消除在扬克式滚筒表面上堆积纸浆条纹和纤维带边缘缺陷的方法,本发明方法的特征在于从纤维带边缘切下边条的水射流在相对于纤维带的横向的预定宽度处来回移动,结果纤维带的边缘在切口处呈起伏状,而且接触滚筒表面的纤维带切割位置也随之变化。
本发明另一目的是提供一避免上述问题的且使生产过程变得安全可靠的装置。本发明装置的特征在于含有一种在生产纤维带时沿相对于纤维带的横向在预定宽度上来回移动喷嘴的传送机构。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种在带有扬克式滚筒的造纸机上切下纸带边的方法,在该方法中,将纸浆输送到一金属丝网上,进行脱水,用指向纤维带的水射流从生产的纤维带的边缘切下边条,被切割过的纤维带以及从纤维带上切下的边条都绕着扬克式滚筒进行干燥,然后再从该滚筒表面取下,其特征在于从纤维带边缘切下边条的水射流沿相对纤维带的横向在一定宽度上,在整个纤维带的生产过程中重复地来回移动,结果纤维带的边缘在切口处呈起伏状而且纤维带的切口接触滚筒表面的位置也随之变化。在一台具有扬克式滚筒的造纸机上从纤维带的边缘切下边条的装置,该装置含有安置在金属丝网边上的喷嘴以提供从纤维带边缘切下边条所需的水射流并使水射流向着金属丝网且通过纤维带和把水供入喷嘴的机构,其特征在于,该装置含有在整个生产纤维带时沿相对于纤维带的横向在一定的宽度上重复地来回移动喷嘴的传送机构,用上述水射流,沿着一起伏线,重复地切割纤维带,结果,上述扬克式滚筒的外表面任意地向纤维带起伏的边缘面暴露。
本发明的方法和装置的基本优点是不会有纸浆条纹留在滚筒表面,从而就避免纤维带边缘的撕裂和纤维带中断,因此采用本发明的方法和装置就能提高造纸机的产量。
下面结合附图更详细地叙述本发明,附图中:
图1表示一带有作为干燥部件的扬克式滚筒的造纸机的示意图;
图2说明本发明装置在切割时的操作。
图3表示纸带在切割后边缘的形状。
图1示出一造纸机1,它包含有一流浆箱2,一金属丝网3和一在金属丝网上移动的纤维带4,一毛布5,把一个位于金属丝网与毛布接触点处将纤维带从金属丝网传送到毛布的表面上的引纸吸辊6,以及若干个压住纤维带并使其绕着干燥滚筒8或称蒸气加热扬克式滚筒运行的压辊7a和7b。扬克式滚筒8用一罩子9罩住用来把干燥空气吹到在滚筒8面上运行的纤维带4的一个表面。图1还示出需把纤维带从滚筒8表面取下的刮片10a,10b和10c。图1还示出一个把纤维带缠绕到靠近造纸机端头处一卷筒上的机构和一缠绕好的纤维带卷筒11。从流浆箱2开始,纸浆均匀地展开在金属丝网3上,从而,将多余的液体从纸浆中排走,且由于脱水,纸浆就逐渐固结成一纤维带4。借助引纸吸辊6将纤维带4从金属丝网传送到毛布5上,导辊7a和7b则引导纤维带绕着扬克式滚筒8运行,同时导辊还把纤维带压向滚筒8表面,罩子9使干燥空气能吹到纤维带表面上,结果去除了多余的水汽。刮刀10把已干燥的纤维带从滚筒8表面括下。随后纤维带就缠绕到卷筒上且往前流送作进一步处理。在整个扬克式滚筒8宽度上,从下方将涂敷剂喷到滚筒8的表面,该涂敷剂使纤维带4能适当地粘附在滚筒表面且也能从滚筒表面脱离,涂敷剂还能充当钢刮片和滚筒之间抗磨损的润滑剂。在金属丝网3的端头和引纸吸辊之前,就从纤维带4的边缘切下边条,图1中未示出切割水射流。应该指出,当纤维带引导到滚筒8时短纤维料仍然留在纤维带4的切口上,这种短纤维料一般附在涂敷层上且会燃烧。如果一水射流在完全相同的点上切割纤维带4的边缘,那么一纸浆条纹就仍然留在滚筒8的表面,当扬克式滚筒8转动时,纸浆条纹变厚且最终撕裂纤维带4的边缘或在纤维带在缠绕到卷筒之前或在随后步骤之前就被拉断。
图2表示一个根据本发明带有水射流的切割装置12,与图1相同的部件采用相同的标号。切割装置12有例如二个喷嘴13a和13b,充当固定件刚性导管14a和14b,和通过导管14a和14b把水源与喷嘴相连的柔性供水软管15a和15b。图中还示出导管14a和14b的基座16,通过基座16,可调节喷嘴13a和13b与纤维带4表面间的距离,基座16连到气动活塞缸17的活塞杆端头,气动缸17安置在相对于纤维带运行方向略微偏斜的辅助架18上,辅助架18通常用螺栓牢牢地固定到造纸机机架上的导轨19a和19b上。喷嘴13a和13b离纤维带4边缘的距离通过导管14a和14b的夹紧装置20a和20b粗略进行调正,通过放松夹紧装置,导管14a和14b就能沿它们的纵向滑动从而将喷嘴13a和13b调到离纤维带4边缘所需要的距离。进而通过放松辅助架18上的夹紧螺母21a和21b调正切割装置在金属丝网纵向方向的位置,然后把带有切割装置的辅助架转移到所要的位置。气动缸17的活塞连到基座16上,这样就能按图中所示箭头22的方向,来回移动基座16,例如沿金属丝网纵向方向移动约200毫米。然而,气动缸17还要这样布置,即当基座16在金属丝网3的纵向移动时,还能沿相对于金属丝网3的横向也移动5至6毫米;当喷嘴13a和13b在纵向移动200毫米时,喷嘴也在相对于纤维带的横向变动5至6毫米。因为切割装置12如图2中箭头22所示来回连续移动,所以纤维带的边缘呈起伏状,而且很少出现在扬克式滚筒8表面的同一点上切割的情况,结果滚筒上不会发生不利的温度差,而且滚筒表面也不会形成纸浆条纹。
图3示出经切割后的纤维带4边缘的形状,用本发明切割装置切出的纤维带边缘呈正弦波形式的起伏状,该正弦波的波长取决于纤维带4速度和切割装置12速度之比值,而且在相对于纤维带的横向上的变量为例如大约5至6毫米。
上述附图及其说明只理解为对本发明构思的说明,本发明的方法和装置可在权利要求的范围内从细节上进行变换,例如,可用电动机或液压马达作为移动连到基座和机架上的喷嘴的动力装置或部件,而电动机或液压马达都产生相同的移动。而且纤维带边缘的形状可任意地改变,例如可以呈锯齿状,从而在滚筒表面就不会形成纸浆条纹。切割装置既可以连续地来回移动,喷嘴也可以在某一合适的时间间隔内从一边缘移到另一边缘,并经某一时间间隔再重新移回。要点在于是用一个还是两个喷嘴从纤维带边缘切下单一边条,为了取得所要结果是否二个喷嘴沿相对于纤维带的横向同时移动,要点还在于喷嘴需足够频繁地移动以防止在切口处烧起来以及防止滚筒表面上在切口处堆积纸浆条纹。

Claims (9)

1.一种在带有扬克式滚筒的造纸机上切下纸带边的方法,在该方法中,将纸浆输送到一金属丝网上,进行脱水,用指向纤维带(4)的水射流从生产的纤维带(4)的边缘切下边条,被切割过的纤维带以及从纤维带上切下的边条都绕着扬克式滚筒(8)进行干燥,然后再从该滚筒表面取下,其特征在于从纤维带(4)边缘切下边条的水射流沿相对纤维带(4)的横向在一定宽度上,在整个纤维带的生产过程中重复地来回移动,结果纤维带(4)的边缘在切口处呈起伏状而且纤维带(4)的切口接触滚筒(8)表面的位置也随之变化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于沿纤维带(4)运行方向移动水射流所引起的切割水射流的横向移动,相对于纤维带的运行方向略微偏斜,从而使水射流的横向移动与纵向移动成比例。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于水射流在预定的时间间隔内来回移动。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于水射流基本上是连续地移动的。
5.在一台具有扬克式滚筒(8)的造纸机上从纤维带(4)的边缘切下边条的装置,该装置含有安置在金属丝网边上的喷嘴(13a,13b)以提供从纤维带边缘切下边条所需的水射流并使水射流向着金属丝网且通过纤维带(4)和把水供入喷嘴(13a,13b)的机构,其特征在于,该装置含有在整个生产纤维带(4)时沿相对于纤维带(4)的横向在一定的宽度上重复地来回移动喷嘴(13a,13b)的传送机构(17),用上述水射流,沿着一起伏线,重复地切割纤维带,结果,上述扬克式滚筒的外表面任意地向纤维带起伏的边缘面暴露。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于所述的传送机构包括一相对于纤维带(4)运行方向略微偏斜移动而安置的基座(16),一与基座(16)相连接并与其一起移动的喷嘴(13a,13b),和一移动基座(16)的动力装置(17),因此当基座(16)在纤维带(4)运行方向移动时喷嘴(13a,13b)沿相对于纤维带(4)的横向移动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于所述动力装置(17)是一个安置在基座(16)和造纸机机架之间的气缸,这样,当气缸延伸或收缩时,基座(16)就向着相应的方向移动。
8.根据权利要求5到7中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于喷嘴(13a,13b)安置成在预定时间间隔内向相反方向移动。
9.根据权利要求5到7中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于喷嘴(13a,13b)安置成大致上连续地来回移动。
