Abstract
农林废弃物热化学转化生态炭工艺,包括以下步骤:将农林废弃物加入到炭化炉中加热,得到初级炭、可燃气体、气态焦油和气态木醋液;将初级炭中加入可燃剂,并混合均匀通过挤压成型、干燥得到生态碳烤炭;将可燃气体、气态焦油和气态木醋液分别通过旋风分离除尘系统;将得到的可燃气体进入燃气发电系统,得到的气态焦油进入一级冷却器得到液态焦油;得到的气态木醋液进入二级冷却器得到液态木醋液。本发明工艺简单,合理利用了农林废弃物,并获得了新材料。

本发明属于农林废弃物资源化利用工艺,具体为农林废弃物热化学转化生态炭工艺。
背景技术
目前,农林废弃物大多通过燃烧处理,给环境造成了很大的污染,同时,农林废弃物中含有很多可以回收利用的物质,开发一种农林废弃物热化学转化的工艺非常有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供农林废弃物热化学转化生态炭工艺,解决现有农林废弃物浪费的问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
农林废弃物热化学转化生态炭工艺,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将农林废弃物加入到炭化炉中加热,得到初级炭、可燃气体、气态焦油和气态木醋液;
第二步:将初级炭中加入可燃剂,并混合均匀通过挤压成型、干燥得到生态碳烤炭;
第三步:将可燃气体、气态焦油和气态木醋液分别通过旋风分离除尘系统;
第四步:将得到的可燃气体进入燃气发电系统,得到的气态焦油进入一级冷却器得到液态焦油;得到的气态木醋液进入二级冷却器得到液态木醋液。
有益效果:本发明工艺简单,合理利用了农林废弃物,并获得了新材料。

第三步:将可燃气体、气态焦油和气态木醋液分别通过旋风分离除尘系统;
第四步:将得到的可燃气体进入燃气发电系统,得到的气态焦油进入一级冷却器得到液态焦油;得到的气态木醋液进入二级冷却器得到液态木醋液。
