本发明公开了一种车床用螺栓加工夹头，其特征在于，在夹套的内部中心位置钻有夹装孔，一端为锥形结构的夹套均等分为四等份，在锥形结构的夹套外部套有与其配合的外套，拉杆连接在夹套的另一端。通过以上设置，本发明用于车床螺栓加工，便于夹装，且夹装省时省力，夹装牢固，便于螺栓的加工生产，提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及一种螺栓加工工装，具体说是一种车床用螺栓加工夹头。
背景技术
现有技术中的螺栓加工，多为用车床夹头直接夹装，有时会伤害到螺栓外径，且存在连接不牢固，影响加工，且夹装麻烦，使生产率降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方便紧固，且便于夹装的车床用螺栓加工夹头。
为了实现上述目的，本发明在夹套的内部中心位置钻有夹装孔，一端为锥形结构的夹套均等分为四等份，在锥形结构的夹套外部套有与其配合的外套，拉杆连接在夹套的另一端。
通过以上设置，本发明用于车床螺栓加工，便于夹装，且夹装省时省力，夹装牢固，便于螺栓的加工生产，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图 1、2 所示， 本发明在夹套1的内部中心位置钻有夹装孔2，一端为锥形结构的夹套1均等分为四等份，在锥形结构的夹套1外部套有与其配合的外套3，拉杆4连接在夹套的另一端。通过以上设置，本发明用于车床螺栓加工，在夹装孔2内插入需要加工的圆形螺栓，拉动拉杆4，使夹套1在外套中后移，锥形结构的夹套1将螺栓夹紧固定，便可加工。
