Abstract

本发明公开了一种3mm以下厚度钢板材的熔化极混合气体保护焊焊接工艺,包括以下步骤:采用对接焊,接头处开I型坡口;对需要焊接的坡口进行清理,清除待焊接件表面污物;调节焊接工艺参数,采用熔化极混合气体保护焊,保护气体是CO2和Ar,气体流量为10~15L/min;焊接时采用脉冲电流进行焊接,焊接电流为150~180A,电压为18~22V,焊接速度400~500mm/min,干丝伸长量10mm;焊接时先在背面进行临时点焊,当正面焊好后应将背面的点焊割掉后,再焊背面。本发明实施方便,焊接效率高,混合气体保护焊是常用的焊接方法,设备及耗材易于采购实现,焊接工人易于掌握实施,可以采用自动焊工艺,焊接效率高,焊接缺陷发生率低。

发明领域
本发明涉及一种钢的焊接工艺,具体涉及一种3mm以下厚度钢板材的熔化极混合气体保护焊焊接工艺。
背景技术
熔化极气体保护焊是利用焊丝与工件间产生的电弧作热源将金属熔化的焊接方法。焊接过程中,电弧熔化焊丝和母材形成的熔池及焊接区域在惰性气体或活性气体的保护下,可以有效地阻止周围环境空气的有害作用。采用的是可熔化的焊丝与焊件之间的电弧作为热源来熔化焊丝与母材金属,并向焊接区输送保护气体,使电弧、熔化的焊丝、熔池及附近的母材金属免受周围空气的有害作用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种3mm以下厚度钢板材的熔化极混合气体保护焊焊接工艺。
本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种3mm以下厚度钢板材的熔化极混合气体保护焊焊接工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用对接焊,接头处开I型坡口;
(2)对需要焊接的坡口进行清理,清除待焊接件表面污物,如铁锈氧化物、油污等;
(3)调节焊接工艺参数,采用熔化极混合气体保护焊,保护气体是CO2和 Ar,气体流量为10~15L/min;焊接时采用脉冲电流进行焊接,焊接电流为150~180A,电压为18~22V,焊接速度400~500mm/min,干丝伸长量10mm;
(4)焊接时先在背面进行临时点焊,临时点焊的高度和宽度不得超过以后焊缝的尺寸,点焊的长度可选择10~80mm,当正面焊好后应将背面的点焊割掉后,再焊背面,对于较长焊缝尤其满焊应尽可能从中间向两端施焊,以减少焊接变形。
进一步地,所述钢为碳钢时的保护气体的比例为80%的Ar和20%的CO2;所述钢为不锈钢时的保护气体的比例为97.5%的Ar和2.5%的CO2
进一步地,焊接时根据钢的材料选择相应的药芯焊丝,药芯焊丝采用纯CO2气体保护。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明实施方便,焊接效率高,混合气体保护焊是常用的焊接方法,设备及耗材易于采购实现,焊接工人易于掌握实施,可以采用自动焊工艺,焊接效率高,焊接缺陷发生率低。

1.一种3mm以下厚度钢板材的熔化极混合气体保护焊焊接工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用对接焊,接头处开I型坡口;

(3)调节焊接工艺参数,采用熔化极混合气体保护焊,保护气体是CO2和 Ar,气体流量为10~15L/min;焊接时采用脉冲电流进行焊接,焊接电流为150~180A,电压为18~22V,焊接速度400~500mm/min,干丝伸长量10mm;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种3mm以下厚度钢板材的熔化极混合气体保护焊焊接工艺,其特征在于:所述钢为碳钢时的保护气体的比例为80%的Ar和20%的CO2;所述钢为不锈钢时的保护气体的比例为97.5%的Ar和2.5%的CO2
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种3mm以下厚度钢板材的熔化极混合气体保护焊焊接工艺,其特征在于:焊接时根据钢的材料选择相应的药芯焊丝,药芯焊丝采用纯CO2气体保护。
