本发明涉及石油化工用反应设备，属于石油化工设备技术领域。一种安全密封的石油化工用反应设备，包括设备本体，设备本体一侧设有壳体，壳体一端安装有封盖，壳体内腔安装有弹簧圈，密封环内嵌入到壳体内，密封环一端依次设有定位设备、弹簧圈和封盖，密封环另一侧依次设置有防滑环、牵引环，牵引环通过螺栓穿过开口与封盖活动连接在壳体一端。本发明的安全密封的石油化工用反应设备，摇杆具有可调性，通过适当的调整能够调整摇杆的长度，当挂钩钩紧设备本体时，连杆和摇杆正好处于共线位置，这时挂钩的作用力不会使摇杆转动，因此本发明的安全装置能够更加稳定、可靠地锁紧设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油化工用反应设备，属于石油化工设备技术领域。
背景技术
石油主要被用来作为燃油和汽油，也是许多化学工业产品如溶液、化肥、杀虫剂和塑料等的原料，因此用于石油化工的反应设备也起着重要的作用。石油化工用反应设备一般由设备本体、封头、法兰、密封元件、安全装置等组成。反应设备由于密封、承压及介质等原因，容易发生爆炸、燃烧起火而危及人员、设备和财产的安全及污染环境的事故。现有的石油化工用反应设备由于压紧部件之间没有设置锁紧装置，这样在容器内部受到高压的情况下，压紧设备容易自动滑出，使设备本体与容器门之间无法完全锁紧，因此也存在非常大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处，提供一种安全性高、密封效果更好的石油化工用反应设备。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种安全密封的石油化工用反应设备，其特殊之处在于包括设备本体18，设备本体18一侧设有壳体1，壳体1一端安装有封盖7，壳体1内腔安装有弹簧圈2，密封环4内嵌入到壳体1内，密封环4一端依次设有定位设备3、弹簧圈2和封盖7，密封环4另一侧依次设置有防滑环5、牵引环6，牵引环6通过螺栓9穿过开口8与封盖7活动连接在壳体1一端；
所述设备本体18一侧通过第一机架17与摇杆14连接，摇杆14上部连接有活塞杆13，活塞杆13一侧与锁紧装置15连接，活塞杆13另一侧通过连接杆12与压紧钩11连接，压紧钩11头部设有挂钩10，压紧钩11底部通过连接器16与设备本体18连接。
本发明的安全密封的石油化工用反应设备，摇杆具有可调性，通过适当的调整能够调整摇杆的长度，当挂钩钩紧设备本体时，连杆和摇杆正好处于共线位置，这时挂钩的作用力不会使摇杆转动，因此本发明的安全装置能够更加稳定、可靠地锁紧设备，另外封盖从内侧通过密封环预紧密封圈，当设备内压力增大时，封盖可以牢固地压紧密封圈，达到很好的密封效果，而且压力越大密封效果越好，因此本设备具有安全可靠、密封效果更好的特点。
