Abstract

蒸汽熨斗包括有壳体、底板、储水室,至少一个用于加热底板和储水室的加热元件,位于底板上的蒸汽孔,蒸汽管,其入口位于储水室的顶部空间处,共出口与蒸汽孔相连通,和设置在储水室内的蒸汽与水的分隔装置,该装置为一个漏斗,其小开口位于靠近储水室的上壁处并离开蒸汽管的入口一段距离,其大开口位于靠近储水室的底部,使底部上被加热元件加热的部分位于漏斗大开口周边的范围内。因而蒸汽泡仅在漏斗内产生结果通过蒸汽孔的蒸汽为干蒸汽。

Description

本发明涉及一种蒸汽熨斗,它包括有壳体底板,储水室,至少一个用于加热底板和储水室的加热元件,位于底板上的蒸汽孔,蒸汽管,其入口位于储水室顶部的空间处,其出口与蒸汽孔相连通,和设置在储水室中的蒸汽与水的分隔装置。
蒸汽与水的分隔装置已在很多实施例中应用。它们通常是由一个或多个与储水室的底面平行的隔板构成,因此蒸汽沿迷宫式的通路流动。
本发明的目的是改进蒸汽熨斗中的蒸汽与水的分隔装置,使到达蒸汽管的蒸汽实质上不再含有水滴。
为此目的,本发明的蒸汽熨斗的特征是,蒸汽与水的分隔装置为一个倒置的漏斗形,其小开口位于靠近储水室的上壁并离开蒸汽管入口一段距离处,其大开口以这样的方式位于靠近储水室的底部,即底部被加热元件加热的部分位于漏斗大开口的周边范围以内。
在漏斗下面产生的蒸汽泡向着漏斗的小开口方向运动并在小开口处破裂。蒸汽泡携带的小水滴又回落到水中,且仅仅干燥的蒸汽通过蒸汽管到达底板上的蒸汽孔。
下面将参照附图中所示的实施例进一步解释本发明。
图1    所示为一个蒸汽熨斗的截面示意图,其中储水室中设有本发明的漏斗形蒸汽与水的分隔装置;
图2    所示为图1中的蒸汽与水的分隔装置的立体图。
该蒸汽熨斗包括有壳体1,底板2,储水室3,用于加热底板的加热元件4,用于加热储水室的第二个加热元件5,位于底板上的蒸汽孔6和蒸汽管7,该蒸汽管的入口8位于储水室的顶部空间处而出口10与位于底板上的蒸汽孔相连通。
在储水室中有一个倒置的漏斗11,其小开口12向上,也就是说,靠近储水室3的上壁13且其大开口14以这样的方式位于靠近储水室的底部15,即底部15上被加热元件5直接加热的部分完全位于漏斗大开口的周边范围内。在这个实施例中储水室的整个底部15都是被加热元件5加热的,结果漏斗以外的水将不会沸腾,因此该处就没有蒸汽泡往上升。在漏斗内产生的蒸汽泡将往上升并在小开口12下面破裂。上升的蒸汽泡所携带的水滴将再落回到水中。漏斗外面的水通过开口16流回到漏斗内。
因而,蒸汽过程仅仅在漏斗内发生,且蒸汽泡的破裂在离开蒸汽管7的入口8一段距离处发生。所以,水面以上的蒸汽中实质不再含有水滴,从而可以使通过蒸汽管到达底板2上蒸汽孔6的蒸汽为干蒸汽。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种蒸汽熨斗,包括有壳体(1),底板(2),储水室(3),至少一个用于加热底板和储水室的加热元件(4,5),位于底板上的蒸汽孔(6),蒸汽管(7),其入口(8)位于储水室的顶部空间处且其出口(10)与蒸汽孔相连通,和设置在储水室内的蒸汽与水的分隔装置,其特征是,该蒸汽与水的分隔装置为一个倒置的漏斗(11),其小开口(12)位于靠近储水室上壁(13)处并离开蒸汽管(1)的入口(8)一段距离,其大开口(14)位于靠近储水室(3)的底部(15),使储水室的底部上被加热元件(5)加热的部分位于漏斗(11)的大开口(14)的周边范围内。
