Abstract

用油脂精炼脱色后的废白土,经加适量的水,用NaOH在60~120℃皂化,然后加1~15%(w/w)漂白粉漂白,经干燥设备将含水量降至10%以下。最后添加1~15%(w/w)的滑石粉,1~15%(w/w)的Na2SO4,1~6%(w/w)的烷基苯磺酸钠和0~1%(w/w)的香精复配混匀制成工业或民用去污粉。

Description

本发明属于精细化工或油脂加工综合利用技术领域,具体涉及用油脂精炼脱色后废白土制备去污粉。
油脂工厂在精炼油脂的过程中,一般用活性白土吸附油脂中的色素,对油脂脱色。已吸附色素的白土,经过滤回收少部分残油均作为废物丢弃,还有采用高温蒸煮再加碱或盐回收白土中的残油。(张根旺:《油脂工业副产品综合利用》,中国财政经济出版社,1988)(苏望一:《油脂加工工艺学》,湖北科学技术出版社,1990年)。上述方法虽简单易行,可回收部分残油,但回收的油脂质量低劣,只能作为工业用油,最终废白土同样作为废物丢弃,这不仅浪费资源,而且还污染环境。
本发明就是为克服上述不足而研究的一种用废白土制备去污粉的方法。
本发明的目的可以通过下述技术方案来实现:
将废白土加适量的水,用NaOH在60~120℃的温度下皂化,皂化完毕加1~15%(w/w)漂白粉漂白,接着经干燥设备将其含水量降至10%以下,再经粉碎机粉碎,最后添加1~15%(w/w)的滑石粉,1~15%(w/w)的Na2SO4,1~6%(w/w)的烷基苯磺酸钠和0~1%(w/w)的香精,复配混匀制成去污粉。
本发明所制备去污粉的质量指标如下:

本发明的工艺流程如下:
废白土→皂化→漂白→干燥→粉碎→复配→混均→计量包装
将废白土加适量的水,用NaOH在60~120℃的温度下皂化,皂化完毕加1~15%(w/w)漂白粉漂白,接着经干燥设备将其含水量降至10%以下,再经粉碎机粉碎,最后添加1~15%(w/w)的滑石粉,1~15%(w/w)的Na2SO4,1~6%(w/w)的烷基苯磺酸钠和0~1%(w/w)的香精,复配混匀制成去污粉。
以下结合实施例进一步详述本发明
将脱色后的废白土称量后装入皂化锅,加适量的水,用NaOH在100℃的温度皂化,皂化完毕后,加8%市售漂白漂白,然后入干燥机干燥至含水10%以下,再经粉碎机粉碎,最后添加8%(w/w)的滑石粉、7%(w/w)的Na2SO4、4%(w/w)的烷基苯磺酸钠和1%(w/w)的香精(其余为经皂化、漂白处理的废白土)复配,混合均匀,计量包装。
本发明所具有的优点是:
1.为合理有效综合利用废白土提供了新的方法;
2.工艺合理先进,充分利用白土资源;
3.所需设备少,便于操作,经济可行;
4.无环境污染;
5.去污力强,适应于工业及家庭使用。

Claims (1)

1.一种以油脂加工脱色废白土制备去污粉的方法,其特征在于:将废白土加适量的水,用NaOH在60~120℃的温度下皂化,然后加1~15%(w/w)漂白粉漂白,接着经再干燥设备将含水量降至10%以下,再经粉碎机粉碎,最后经添加滑石粉,Na2SO4,烷基苯磺酸钠和香精,经复配混匀制成去污粉,复配的比例是:加1~15%(w/w)滑石粉,1~15%(w/w)的Na2CO4,1~6%(w/w)的烷基苯磺酸钠,0~1%(w/w)香精。
