本发明涉及一种共母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法,该方法利用电机电感储能和电感续流特性,使部分空间矢量能重新使用,通过幅值为V dc/2的空间电压矢量,重构幅值同样为V dc/2的空间电压矢量,使用上述空间矢量合成参考电压矢量,在消除共模电压和零序电压的同时,实现双端级联式逆变器的容错运行。发明的积极进步效果在于:发明可以实现共母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器系统两台逆变器故障时的容错运行,同时最大输出电压保持不变。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种逆变器容错调制方法,特别是涉及一种共母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法。
背景技术
与标准三相电机相比,双端三相开绕组电机的输出电压等级较高,具有高容错能力,是一种应用前景广阔的拓扑。而容错能力在电动汽车、船舶驱动、矿井提升机等对可靠性要求很高的传动场合非常重要。共母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器由于两个逆变器只需要一套直流母线系统,可以有效降低设备成本和体积。有学者对共母线结构双端级联式三电平逆变器容错调制方法进行了研究,但目前尚无针对开绕组电机共母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法的研究。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种共母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法,能实现共母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器系统故障时的容错运行。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法,其特征在于,利用电机电感储能和电感续流特性,部分空间矢量能重新使用,通过幅值为V dc/2的空间电压矢量,重构幅值同样为V dc/2的空间电压矢量,使用上述空间矢量合成参考电压矢量,在消除共模电压和零序电压的同时,实现双端级联式逆变器的容错运行。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明可以实现共母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器系统两台逆变器故障时的容错运行,同时最大输出电压保持不变。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图2所示,图中空间矢量所产生共模电压和零序电压均为零,线性调制区域为正常区域的内接六边形。以A相为例,当逆变器1的A相上桥臂和逆变器2的A相下桥臂最多四个开关器件触发丢失和断路时,仅K、L、M三个空间矢量可以正常使用,处于K、L、M三个状态时,A相电压均为- V dc /2,电机电感续流后,A相电压为V dc/2,由于B相和C相开关器件正常,此时可以重构G、Q、R三个空间电压矢量,利用上述六个矢量,结合基于g-h坐标系的SVPWM算法,实现共母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器系统故障时的容错运行。B相和C相分别故障时容错调制方法与A相类似。

Claims (1)

1.一种共母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法,其特征在于:利用电机电感储能和电感续流特性,使部分空间矢量重新使用,通过幅值为V dc/2的空间电压矢量,重构幅值同样为V dc/2的空间电压矢量,使用上述空间矢量合成参考电压矢量,在消除共模电压和零序电压的同时,实现共母线双端级联式五电平逆变器系统中一侧逆变器任一相上桥臂和另一逆变器对应下桥臂最多四个开关器件故障时的容错运行。
