一种基于C++的椭球曲面高精度误差插补运算方法
技术领域
在机械加工中,常有由复杂曲线变换后生成的曲面所构成的非圆曲面零件,如椭圆曲线、正弦曲线、圆锥曲线 、样条曲线等 。随着工业产品外观、性能要求的不断提高,非圆曲线的加工质量往往成为生产制造的关键点。
背景技术
由于现有的数控系统一般只有直线和圆弧2种插补功能,只能对某些仅由直线和,圆弧曲线变换后形成的零件表面组成的零件轮廓进行加工编程,极大地限制了数控机床的适用范围。
发明内容
 通过国家专利检索没有发现关于此系统方面的申请资料。
椭球加工误差的计算由于椭球可以由椭圆旋转而成,因此可以从椭球中提取通过对称轴的椭圆来分析加工误差。等误差插补方法的刀尖坐标计算在等误差插补算法中,其坐标的参数变化无规律,用宏命令直接编程来实现等误差插补。基于 C + + 语言编写了程序,根据等误差加工的要求,计算了坐标,并通过程序输出为机床可以直接使用的NC码。C + + 程序的核心代码中,平面上的椭圆点坐标利用二分法进行求解。

Claims (2)

1.一种基于C++的椭球曲面高精度误差插补运算方法其特征为根据等误差加工的要求,计算坐标,并通过基于 C + + 语言编写程序输出为机床可以直接使用的 NC码。
2.根据权利要求1的等误差插补运算方法其x z 平面上的椭圆点坐标利用二分法进行求解。
