The invention discloses an angle-adjustable operating table which comprises an operating panel for placing an object, and further comprises a base plate connected with the operating panel in a rotatable manner, a sliding guide rail fixed on the base plate and an adjustment piece, wherein the sliding guide rail comprises a guide rail and clamping pieces positioned on the two sides of the guide rail; clamping slots facing to the guide rail are formed by the clamping pieces; the adjustment piece is arranged between the two clamping pieces; one end of the adjustment piece is arranged on the guide rail in a sliding manner, and the other end of the adjustment piece is propped against the operating panel; a through hole axially perpendicular to the clamping pieces is formed in the adjustment piece; an elastic piece is accommodated in the through hole; two fastening pieces are respectively positioned at the two ends of the elastic piece and are partially accommodated in the through hole; the end parts, exposed from the through hole, of the two fastening pieces are propped against the clamping slots; when sliding along the guide rail, the adjustment piece overcomes the elasticity of the elastic piece and slides from one clamping slot to the other clamping slot to change an angle between the operating panel and the base plate.

Adjusting element 50 is formed with the through hole 56 being axially perpendicular to holder 34, one elastic component 60 is contained in through hole 56, two fasteners 70 lay respectively at the two ends of elastic component 60 and are partly placed in through hole 56, the end that two fasteners 70 expose to through hole 56 is held in support slot 38, and when adjusting element 50 slides along guide rail 32, the elastic force overcoming elastic component 60 slides into another support slot 38 from a support slot 38 thus changes the angle between operation panel 10 and substrate 20.
One pull-push piece 80 is convexly equipped on adjusting element 50, and operator makes adjusting element 50 slide along guide rail 32 by push-and-pull pull-push piece 80, thus the operation panel 10 that adjusting element 50 is supported forms different amount with substrate 20.In other embodiments, operator also can direct effect power on adjusting element 50, by push-and-pull adjusting element 50, adjusting element 50 is slided along guide rail 32.
