Abstract
一种带缓冲块的齿轮,包括带齿的外轮和内轮,其特征是:外轮套在内轮上,内外轮之间设有柔性缓冲块,在内轮的外缘上设有椭圆形内轮脚,在外轮的内缘上设有与内轮脚相适应的内轮脚槽,内轮脚与内轮脚槽呈嵌锁状,在外轮的两侧设有固定内外轮的前固定片和后固定片。本发明的有益效果是它能够在车窗升降过程中遇到障碍或突然停止时,使驱动齿轮对冲击力有个柔和过渡的过程,对齿轮起到保护作用,延长了齿轮的使用寿命。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车车窗升降器的驱动齿轮,尤其是带缓冲装置的升降器驱动齿轮。
背景技术
目前,市场上的汽车车窗升降器的驱动齿轮不带缓冲装置,在车窗升降过程中遇到障碍或突然停止时,驱动齿轮承受很大的冲击力,易导致齿轮损坏,使齿轮的使用寿命降低。
发明内容
为了克服现有汽车车窗升降器的驱动齿轮的缺陷,本发明提供一种带缓冲块的齿轮,它能够在车窗升降过程中遇到障碍或突然停止时,使驱动齿轮对冲击力有一个柔和过渡的过程,对齿轮起到保护作用,延长了齿轮的使用寿命。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带缓冲块的齿轮,包括带齿的外轮(1)和内轮(2),其特征是:外轮(1)套在内轮(2)上,内外轮之间设有柔性缓冲块(3),在内轮(2)的外缘上设有椭圆形内轮脚(5),在外轮(1)的内缘上设有与内轮脚(5)相适应的内轮脚槽(4),内轮脚(5)与内轮脚槽(4)呈嵌锁状,在外轮(1)的两侧设有固定内外轮的前固定片(6)和后固定片(7)。内外轮相接处至少有一组内轮脚(5)与内轮脚槽(4)。柔性缓冲块(3)为聚氨酯材质。
本发明的有益效果是它能够在车窗升降过程中遇到障碍或突然停止时,使驱动齿轮对冲击力有一个柔和过渡的过程,对齿轮起到保护作用,延长了齿轮的使用寿命。

图1-图3实施例中,一种带缓冲块的齿轮,包括带齿的外轮(1)和内轮(2),其特征是:外轮(1)套在内轮(2)上,内外轮之间设有柔性缓冲块(3),在内轮(2)的外缘上设有椭圆形内轮脚(5),在外轮(1)的内缘上设有与内轮脚(5)相适应的内轮脚槽(4),内轮脚(5)与内轮脚槽(4)呈嵌锁状,在外轮(1)的两侧设有固定内外轮的前固定片(6)和后固定片(7)。内外轮相接处至少有一组内轮脚(5)与内轮脚槽(4)。柔性缓冲块(3)为聚氨酯材质。

1.一种带缓冲块的齿轮,包括带齿的外轮(1)和内轮(2),其特征是:外轮(1)套在内轮(2)上,内外轮之间设有柔性缓冲块(3),在内轮(2)的外缘上设有椭圆形内轮脚(5),在外轮(1)的内缘上设有与内轮脚(5)相适应的内轮脚槽(4),内轮脚(5)与内轮脚槽(4)呈嵌锁状,在外轮(1)的两侧设有固定内外轮的前固定片(6)和后固定片(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带缓冲块的齿轮,其特征是:内外轮相接处至少有一组内轮脚(5)与内轮脚槽(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带缓冲块的齿轮,其特征是:柔性缓冲块(3)为聚氨酯材质。
