本发明涉及减速器技术领域,具体为一种双速减速器的结构组成。动力从高速用电机输入,高速制动器解除制动,低速用电机不起动,低速制动器在制动状态,可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件的外齿被制动住,经可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件和小齿轮依次传递给低速外齿轮减速器部件,传递给低速输出轴,得到一种高速;当动力从低速用电机输入,低速制动器解除制动,高速用电机不起动,高速制动器在制动状态,动力经可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件传递给低速外齿轮减速器部件,传递给低速输出轴,输出一种低速;高速用电机不起动,高速制动器解除制动,低速用电机不起动,低速制动器处在制动状态时,在低速输出轴处在无约束和无制动状态。

背景技术
现有的减速器是齿轮传动减速器,行星减速器,连杆减速器,三环减速器等。目前这些减速器都能传递转矩,起减速作用,但是当机器在需要两种速的情况下,现有的各种型号减速器,就不能适应现代科技的需求了。
发明内容
本发明的目的:设计制造一种两种速度,一个空档位的减速器,弥补现有减速器的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
在箱体上1,安装有可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3,可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3分别与低速外齿轮减速器部件4和高速外齿轮减速器部件2啮合,在高速外齿轮减速器部件2的输入端配置有低速制动器6(制动限载联轴器)和低速用电机7;在可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3在输入端配置有高速制动器8和高速用电机9,低速输出轴5设置在低速外齿轮减速器部件4的末端。
本发明的有益效果是,结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、两种传动比还有一种无约束和无制动的状态,零件种类少,零件无特殊材料和加工方法就能制造,适用性广。

说明书中附图所示:高速外齿轮减速器部件2安装在箱体1上,低速制动器6(制动限载联轴器)和低速电机7与高速外齿轮减速器部件2的输入轴同心安装,低速制动器6(制动限载联轴器)夹在中间;可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3安装在箱体1上,可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3的差动外齿轮与高速外齿轮减速器部件2的末端齿轮啮合,安装在可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3的小外齿轮10与低速外齿轮减速器部件4啮合;高速用电机9和高速制动器8与可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3的输入轴同心安装,高速制动器8夹在中间;低速外齿轮减速器部件4安装在箱体1上,低速输出轴5是低速外齿轮减速器部件4上的一个零件。
该双速减速器的工作过程:当动力源从高速用电机9输入,高速制动器8解除制动,低速用电机7不起动,低速制动器6(制动限载联轴器)处在制动状态,此时可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3的外齿被制动住,动力经可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3和小齿轮10依次传递给低速外齿轮减速器部件4,最终传递给低速输出轴5,得到一种高速;当动力源从低速用电机7输入,低速制动器6(制动限载联轴器)解除制动,高速用电机9不起动,高速制动器8处在制动状态,此时可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3只相当于一个外齿轮,动力经可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件3和小齿轮10依次传递给低速外齿轮减速器部件4,最终传递给低速输出轴5,输出一种低速;当高速用电机9不起动,高速制动器8解除制动,低速用电机7不起动,低速制动器6(制动限载联轴器)处在制动状态时,在低速输出轴5处在无约束和无制动状态。双速减速器设计合理,结构紧凑,可广泛应用於多类机械传动中。

1.一种双速减速器,其特征是: 在箱体上(1),安装有可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件(3),可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件(3)分别与低速外齿轮减速器部件(4)和高速外齿轮减速器部件(2)啮合,在高速外齿轮减速器部件(2)的输入端配置有制动器(6)和低速用电机(7), 在可差动带有外齿行星轮减速器部件(3)在输入端配置有制动器(8)和高速用电机(9),低速输出轴(5)设置在低速外齿轮减速器部件(4)的末端。
