技术领域
本发明涉及纺织染整领域，具体讲是一种用于散纤维汽蒸工艺的蒸汽循环系统。
背景技术
在散纤维的连续式染色工艺中，需要用到汽蒸装置来实现连续式加工。而为了使得蒸汽能够得到循环利用，在汽蒸装置中需要一个蒸汽循环系统来实现该目的，本案由此而生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提供一种便于散纤维汽蒸工艺中的蒸汽实现循环利用的蒸汽循环系统
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种用于散纤维汽蒸工艺的蒸汽循环系统，包括蒸筒、风机、冷凝器和热交换器，蒸筒包括内部中空的筒体，筒体上开设有若干通孔，蒸筒内部、风机、冷凝器、热交换器和蒸筒外部之间通过管道依次连接并结合蒸筒上的通孔组成一个闭合循环系统。
进一步地，所述通孔沿筒体的圆周方向均匀布置。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：本发明用于散纤维汽蒸工艺的蒸汽循环系统可实现蒸汽的循环利用，从而有效降低能耗，降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
如图1所示：一种用于散纤维汽蒸工艺的蒸汽循环系统，包括蒸筒1、风机2、冷凝器3和热交换器4。蒸筒1包括内部中空的筒体，筒体上沿圆周方向均匀开设有若干通孔5。在汽蒸时，该通孔5为携带有水分的空气进入蒸筒1的通道。通孔5的直径以1-3mm为宜。蒸筒1内部、风机2、冷凝器3、热交换器4和蒸筒1外部之间通过管道6依次连接并结合蒸筒1上的通孔5组成一个闭合循环系统。
本发明汽蒸装置的工作原理如下：
风机2工作，用于对蒸筒1内部抽负压，其将蒸筒1内部低温潮湿的空气抽出，并通过管道6送入到冷凝器3中冷凝，冷凝后的水由排水管7排出，冷凝后的低温干燥的空气再通过管道6送入热交换器4中加热，加热后高温干燥的空气再通过管道6送至蒸筒1外部。由于蒸筒1内部的压强低于蒸筒1外部的压强，位于蒸筒1外部的空气会自动穿过蒸筒1上的通孔5进入到蒸筒1内部，再通过风机2抽出循环使用，以此形成了整个蒸汽循环系统。
本发明用于散纤维汽蒸工艺的蒸汽循环系统可实现蒸汽的循环利用，从而有效降低能耗，降低生产成本。

1.一种用于散纤维汽蒸工艺的蒸汽循环系统，其特征在于：包括蒸筒、风机、冷凝器和热交换器，蒸筒包括内部中空的筒体，筒体上开设有若干通孔，蒸筒内部、风机、冷凝器、热交换器和蒸筒外部之间通过管道依次连接并结合蒸筒上的通孔组成一个闭合循环系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于散纤维汽蒸工艺的蒸汽循环系统，其特征在于：所述通孔沿筒体的圆周方向均匀布置。
