Abstract

本发明涉及一种防腐涂料,具体涉及一种乳化沥青防腐涂料。本发明的乳化沥青防腐涂料,由沥青、溴化十六烷基吡啶、椰子油酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚?、海藻酸、端羧基聚氧化丙烯醚?和水按照特定比例组成。其中,溴化十六烷基吡啶作为基础乳化剂,以椰子油酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚作为辅助乳化剂,缩小了油水间的相对密度差及粘度的差值,在两相之间乳化剂定向排列时,增强沥青微粒的电势,形成双电层,增加了颗粒之间的相互排斥力,阻碍沥青的聚集倾向,形成较为稳定的乳化沥青。海藻酸作为稳定剂,可以提高水相粘度,能在分散的微粒上形成界面膜,使其微粒相互碰撞时不易聚结,减小沥青微粒的沉降速度,使得乳化沥青涂层的耐蚀性能进一步提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐涂料,具体涉及一种乳化沥青防腐涂料。
背景技术
沥青微粒均匀分散在含有乳化剂的水溶液中所得到的稳定的乳液。乳化沥青是将通常高温使用的道路沥青,经过机械搅拌和化学稳定的方法(乳化),扩散到水中而液化成常温下粘度很低、流动性很好的一种道路建筑材料。主要用于道路的升级与养护,如石屑封层,还有多种独特的、其它沥青材料不可替代的应用,如冷拌料、稀浆封层。乳化沥青具有良好的黏结性、抗老化性和防水防腐能力,长期以来被广泛用作筑路和密封材料。目前由于金属腐蚀导致的损失十分严重,特别是钢铁的防腐蚀日益引起了国内外关注,而涂覆防腐涂料是防止钢铁腐蚀的主要方法之一。长期以来,钢铁表面防腐涂料大多采用溶剂型防腐涂料。该涂料的最大缺点是污染环境、易燃、对人体有害、溶剂价格昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种廉价易得、对环境污染少的乳化沥青防腐涂料
本发明的技术方案:
一种乳化沥青防腐涂料,由下述重量份的原料组成,
沥青                                   49~55份
溴化十六烷基吡啶                       17~21份
椰子油酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚                  5~7份
海藻酸                                  9~12份
端羧基聚氧化丙烯醚                      8~10份
水                                      45-60份。
 为使本发明的乳化沥青防腐涂料达到最佳的使用效果,本发明中所用的原料按以下重量组成进行配比:
沥青                                   50份
溴化十六烷基吡啶                       20份
椰子油酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚                  7份
海藻酸                                  10份
端羧基聚氧化丙烯醚                      10份
水                                      50份
其中所述沥青为直馏沥青、半氧化沥青或氧化沥青,其针入度为150~180(1/10mm)。
沥青的乳化过程是沥青以细小的颗粒状均匀地分散到水中,形成稳定的乳液,该过程是影响乳化沥青质量的重要环节。当沥青与乳化剂接触后,乳化剂中的亲油性基团嵌入水分子中,同时通过胶体磨得高速剪切作用,以细小微粒状态分布于水溶液中,成为水包油的乳状液。
本发明中采用溴化十六烷基吡啶作为基础乳化剂,以椰子油酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚作为辅助乳化剂,缩小了油水间的相对密度差及粘度的差值,在两相之间乳化剂定向排列时,增强沥青微粒的电势.形成双电层,增加了颗粒之间的相互排斥力,阻碍沥青的聚集倾向,形成较为稳定的乳化沥青。本发明的沥青乳液中加入高分子海藻酸作为稳定剂,可以提高水相粘度,能在分散的微粒上形成界面膜,使其微粒相互碰撞时不易聚结,减小沥青微粒的沉降速度。本发明添加了防腐剂端羧基聚氧化丙烯醚后能够形成致密的涂膜,增加了乳化沥青涂层对金属基体的屏蔽性,使得乳化沥青涂层的耐蚀性能进一步提高。
本发明的乳化沥青防腐涂料的制备方法是:首先将沥青加热至140-150℃,再将所需原料溴化十六烷基吡啶、椰子油酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、海藻酸、端羧基聚氧化丙烯醚按重量份于50-60℃配制成水溶液,然后将沥青和该水溶液一同通过乳化设备,即可制得本发明的乳化沥青防腐涂料产品。本发明的乳化沥青可以用于地下掩埋金属管道的外表面涂覆,桥梁钢架的防腐涂覆。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的乳化沥青防腐涂料稳定性好长时间存储也不易凝结成块。
(2)本发明的乳化沥青用于金属的防护涂料,能够形成致密的涂膜,增加了乳化沥青涂层对金属基体的屏蔽性,使得乳化沥青涂层的耐蚀性能进一步提高。
(3)本发明的制作方法简便,所用原料均易得,且以水为乳化溶剂,对环境污染小。
具体实施方式
实施例1
称取90号直馏沥青(针入度为150)55份(按重量计,以下同),溴化十六烷基吡啶21份,椰子油酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚7份,海藻酸12份,端羧基聚氧化丙烯醚10份,水60份。将上述的沥青加热至140℃,再将上述其它原料配制成50℃的水溶液,然后将沥青和该水溶液一同通过乳化设备,即可制得本发明的乳化沥青防腐涂料产品。
实施例2
称取100号直馏沥青(针入度为150)55份(按重量计,以下同),溴化十六烷基吡啶17份,椰子油酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚5份,海藻酸9份,端羧基聚氧化丙烯醚8份,水45份。将上述的沥青加热至150℃,再将上述其它原料配制成60℃的水溶液,然后将沥青和该水溶液一同通过乳化设备,即可制得本发明的乳化沥青防腐涂料产品。
实施例3
称取100号直馏沥青(针入度为180)49份(按重量计,以下同),溴化十六烷基吡啶20份,椰子油酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚7份,海藻酸12份,端羧基聚氧化丙烯醚10份,水60份。将上述的沥青加热至140℃,再将上述其它原料配制成50℃的水溶液,然后将沥青和该水溶液一同通过乳化设备,即可制得本发明的乳化沥青防腐涂料产品。

1.一种乳化沥青防腐涂料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料组成,
沥青                                   49~55份
溴化十六烷基吡啶                       17~21份
椰子油酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚                  5~7份
海藻酸                                  9~12份
端羧基聚氧化丙烯醚                      8~10份
水                                      45-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳化沥青防腐涂料,其特征在于,
