本发明公开了一种新型耐水性涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:钛白粉3.5-7.5份,聚酰胺树脂2.2-5.4份,二辛酯4.3-5.6份,3-氯-2-羧丙基三甲基氯化铵4.2-6.5份,高分子有机硅乳液3.2-5.4份,丙烯酸酯改性丁二烯树脂2.5-3.5份,松香聚合物8.5-9.8份,防腐剂0.1-0.2份,消泡剂0.5-0.8份。本发明提供的新型耐水性涂料是一种良好的窗膜及保护膜用紫外线光固化耐水涂料,不仅原料来源方便,而且无论原材料本身还是涂料成品均具有优秀的稳定性,便于工业化推广和应用,并且该涂料具有固化速度快、制备工艺简单等特点,能够大大降低生产成本。

Description

一种新型耐水性涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其是涉及一种新型耐水性涂料,属于涂料领域。   
背景技术
耐刮涂层是一种薄膜涂层,具有硬度高、耐磨、透光性好等特点,其制作方法是将耐刮涂料涂布于基体膜上,通过热固化或紫外线固化等方法,进行成膜操作。其中,紫外线光固化方法有环保、节能、效率高等优点。耐刮涂层广泛应用于汽车太阳膜、汽车防爆膜、LCD 显示器保护膜、照相机镜头保护膜等。但是目前市面上现有的耐刮涂料的硬度一般低于2H。有些耐刮涂料的硬度高于2H,但是其透明度不高,而且不具有防紫外线的功能,不适合窗膜及光学显示产品用的保护膜的要求。因此,开发一种能够用于制备既具有较高的硬度,又具有较高的透明度和防紫外线的耐刮涂层的耐刮耐水涂料是本领域亟待解决的问题。 
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新型耐水性涂料,具有较高的稳定性,制备工艺简单,利用该涂料制成的耐刮涂层既具有很强的防紫外线功能,又具有较高的耐水性。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种新型耐水性涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
钛白粉3.5-7.5份,聚酰胺树脂2.2-5.4份,二辛酯4.3-5.6份,3-氯-2-羧丙基三甲基氯化铵4.2-6.5份,高分子有机硅乳液3.2-5.4份,丙烯酸酯改性丁二烯树脂2.5-3.5份,松香聚合物8.5-9.8份,防腐剂0.1-0.2份,消泡剂0.5-0.8份。
优化的,上述新型耐水性涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
钛白粉3.5份,聚酰胺树脂2.2份,二辛酯4.3份,3-氯-2-羧丙基三甲基氯化铵4.2份,高分子有机硅乳液3.2份,丙烯酸酯改性丁二烯树脂2.5份,松香聚合物8.5份,防腐剂0.1份,消泡剂0.5份。 
优化的,上述新型耐水性涂料,其防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
本发明提供的新型耐水性涂料是一种良好的窗膜及保护膜用紫外线光固化耐水涂料,不仅原料来源方便,而且无论原材料本身还是涂料成品均具有优秀的稳定性,便于工业化推广和应用,并且该涂料具有固化速度快、制备工艺简单等特点,能够大大降低生产成本;由该涂料制成的涂层具有硬度适中、透光性好等特点。

实施例1
本发明为一种新型耐水性涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成: 
钛白粉3.5份,聚酰胺树脂2.2份,二辛酯4.3份,3-氯-2-羧丙基三甲基氯化铵4.2份,高分子有机硅乳液3.2份,丙烯酸酯改性丁二烯树脂2.5份,松香聚合物8.5份,防腐剂0.1份,消泡剂0.5份。防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
实施例2
本发明为一种新型耐水性涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
钛白粉7.5份,聚酰胺树脂5.4份,二辛酯5.6份,3-氯-2-羧丙基三甲基氯化铵6.5份,高分子有机硅乳液5.4份,丙烯酸酯改性丁二烯树脂3.5份,松香聚合物9.8份,防腐剂0.2份,消泡剂0.8份。防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
实施例3
本发明为一种新型耐水性涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
钛白粉5.5份,聚酰胺树脂3.4份,二辛酯4.7份,3-氯-2-羧丙基三甲基氯化铵5.5份,高分子有机硅乳液4.4份,丙烯酸酯改性丁二烯树脂3.1份,松香聚合物8.9份,防腐剂0.15份,消泡剂0.7份。防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
本发明提供的新型耐水性涂料是一种良好的窗膜及保护膜用紫外线光固化耐水涂料,不仅原料来源方便,而且无论原材料本身还是涂料成品均具有优秀的稳定性,便于工业化推广和应用,并且该涂料具有固化速度快、制备工艺简单等特点,能够大大降低生产成本;由该涂料制成的涂层具有硬度适中、透光性好等特点。

1.一种新型耐水性涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:
钛白粉3.5-7.5份,聚酰胺树脂2.2-5.4份,二辛酯4.3-5.6份,3-氯-2-羧丙基三甲基氯化铵4.2-6.5份,高分子有机硅乳液3.2-5.4份,丙烯酸酯改性丁二烯树脂2.5-3.5份,松香聚合物8.5-9.8份,防腐剂0.1-0.2份,消泡剂0.5-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐水性涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:
钛白粉3.5份,聚酰胺树脂2.2份,二辛酯4.3份,3-氯-2-羧丙基三甲基氯化铵4.2份,高分子有机硅乳液3.2份,丙烯酸酯改性丁二烯树脂2.5份,松香聚合物8.5份,防腐剂0.1份,消泡剂0.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型耐水性涂料,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
