本发明提供了一种耐水性涂料组合物,该涂料组合物包含以重量份数计的改性聚氨酯树脂乳液10份,改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯16份,醇酸树脂15份,粒度为1000目的氧化铝粉6份,纳米膨润土5份,云母粉3份,分散剂4份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺6份,植物油4份,消泡剂4份,硫酸锌3份,去离子水35份,其中以改性聚氨酯树脂乳液、改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和醇酸树脂作为涂料的成膜物质,有效提高了涂膜的疏水性、硬度和使用寿命。

Description

一种耐水性涂料组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐水性涂料组合物。
背景技术
随着我国基础设施建设增加,铁路、高速公路、城市地铁等大量建设,防水工程量巨大。在这些建造工程中,聚氨酯防水涂料是最为常用的防水涂料。
2007年4月5日,铁道部科学技术司根据国外高速铁路桥梁防水层的应用情况、最新试验研究结果以及目前施工单位在施工防水层过程中所反映的意见,对客运专线,尤其是高速客运专线上使用的防水涂料提出了更高的要求,其中对涂膜的强度和断裂延伸率提出了更高的标准,而现在市面上的绝大多数防水涂料都很难达到这个要求。
通常纯二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在使用的过程中存在很多问题,比如在常温下为固态,施工时还需要加温溶化;在室温下很容易发生自聚反应,反应非常迅速,难操作、难储存,因此就目前的技术水平,纯二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯很难完全取代甲苯二异氰酸酯成为防水涂料的生产原料。在现有技术的基础上,进一步改进涂料的防水性能仍是当前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有的涂膜防水性、强度不足的技术问题,本发明提供了一种耐水性优异的涂料,该涂料使用了特定的组成和配比,以改性聚氨酯树脂乳液、改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和醇酸树脂作为涂料的成膜物质,有效提高了涂膜的疏水性、硬度和使用寿命。
本发明采用如下的技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种耐水性涂料组合物,其特征在于,该涂料组合物包含如下重量份数的组分:改性聚氨酯树脂乳液10份,改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯16份,醇酸树脂 15份,粒度为1000目的氧化铝粉6份,纳米膨润土5份,云母粉 3份,分散剂4份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺6份,植物油4份,消泡剂4份,硫酸锌 3份,去离子水35份;
所述改性聚氨酯树脂乳液采用如下方法制备:取聚碳酸亚丙酯加入反应器中,以10℃/分的速率升温至100℃,抽滤1h,降温后加入异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯和二月桂酸二丁基锡,升温至75℃反应2小时,而后加入3,5-二氨-4-氯苯甲酸异丁醇酯和2,2-双羟甲基丙酸,反应2小时,再加入两端含羟乙基的支链硅油,反应5小时,而后加入适量三乙胺,搅拌30分钟,而后加水乳化分散,制得改性聚氨酯树脂乳液;
所述改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯采用如下方法制备:取4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、乙酸甲酯和抗氧剂1010加入反应容器中,在氮气气氛保护条件下,升温至70℃,加入三-(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚,恒温反应1小时,而后加入苯甲酰氯,得到改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
所述改性聚氨酯树脂乳液制备过程中搅拌速率为400转/分。
所述改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的制备过程中三-(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚的用量占4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯重量的2wt%。
本发明的有益效果:
传统的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯型聚氨酯涂料喷漆后交联密度低,涂层硬度低,干燥速度慢,本申请采用的聚合反应容易控制的4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为原料,经反应获得改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,将其用于涂料中有效提高了涂膜的干燥速度和强度,此外,使用改性聚氨酯树脂乳液作为成膜物质之一,增加了涂膜的耐久性和疏水性。改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、醇酸树脂与改性聚氨酯树脂乳液混合固化,形成的涂膜防水性、耐刮擦性、硬度、强度等综合性能优良。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例 1
改性聚氨酯树脂乳液的制备:取聚碳酸亚丙酯加入反应器中,以10℃/分的速率升温至100℃,抽滤1h,降温后加入异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯和二月桂酸二丁基锡,升温至75℃反应2小时,而后加入3,5-二氨-4-氯苯甲酸异丁醇酯和2,2-双羟甲基丙酸,反应2小时,再加入两端含羟乙基的支链硅油,反应5小时,而后加入适量三乙胺,搅拌30分钟,搅拌速率为400转/分,而后加水乳化分散,制得改性聚氨酯树脂乳液。
改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的制备:取4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、乙酸甲酯和抗氧剂1010加入反应容器中,在氮气气氛保护条件下,升温至70℃,加入三-(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚,其中三-(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚的用量占4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯重量的2wt%,恒温反应1小时,而后加入苯甲酰氯,得到改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
分别称取改性聚氨酯树脂乳液10份,改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯16份,醇酸树脂 15份,粒度为1000目的氧化铝粉6份,纳米膨润土5份,云母粉 3份,分散剂4份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺6份,植物油4份,消泡剂4份,硫酸锌 3份,去离子水35份,将上述各组分混合,充分搅拌分散30分钟,获得涂料组合物。
对比例 1
分别称取实施例1制备的改性聚氨酯树脂乳液35份,粒度为1000目的氧化铝粉6份,纳米膨润土5份,分散剂4份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺6份,植物油4份,消泡剂4份,硫酸锌 3份,去离子水35份。将各组分混合,充分搅拌分散30分钟,获得涂料组合物。
对比例 2
分别称取实施例1制备的改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯16份,醇酸树脂 15份,粒度为1000目的氧化铝粉6份,纳米膨润土5份,分散剂4份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺6份,植物油4份,消泡剂4份,硫酸锌 3份,去离子水35份。将改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和醇酸树脂混合,而后依次加入氧化铝粉、纳米膨润土、分散剂、三甲基六亚甲基二胺、植物油、消泡剂、硫酸锌和去离子水,充分搅拌分散30分钟,获得涂料组合物。

1.一种耐水性涂料组合物,其特征在于,该涂料组合物包含如下重量份数的组分:
改性聚氨酯树脂乳液10份,改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯16份,醇酸树脂 15份,粒度为1000目的氧化铝粉6份,纳米膨润土5份,云母粉 3份,分散剂4份,三甲基六亚甲基二胺6份,植物油4份,消泡剂4份,硫酸锌 3份,去离子水35份等;

3.如权利要求1所述的耐水性涂料组合物,其特征在于:改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的制备过程中三-(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚的用量占4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯重量的2wt%。
