本发明公开了一种耐磨抗紫外线涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:碳化硅粉1.2-3.5份,硬化剂0.5-0.8份,双酚A环氧树脂6.5-7.8份,珍珠岩粉2.3-3.6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.5-4.8份,OP乳化剂2.2-5.1份,醋酸钠0.5-0.8份,氯磺化聚乙烯0.3-0.5份,成膜助剂0.2-0.4份。本发明提供的耐磨抗紫外线涂料是一种良好的紫外线光固化耐刮涂料,不仅原料来源方便,而且无论原材料本身还是涂料成品均具有优秀的稳定性,便于工业化推广和应用,并且该涂料具有固化速度快、制备工艺简单等特点,能够大大降低生产成本;由该涂料制成的涂层具有硬度适中、透光性好等特点。

一种耐磨抗紫外线涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其是涉及一种耐磨抗紫外线涂料,属于涂料领域。   
背景技术
紫外线占太阳光谱能量的5%,波长为380nm 以下。紫外线会造成物体褪色,并有害于人体,如白内障、皮肤癌等。因此隔热涂料除了隔热要求、阻档红外线的穿透之外,还要要求紫外线的阻隔。一般涂料为阻隔紫外线,会添加紫外线吸收剂于感压式胶中。这些紫外线吸收剂,通常是有机物,因此会有老化的问题。最好的做法是在隔热涂料中添加抗紫外线的无机添加物,如纳米氧化锌等物质。阻隔紫外线,除了可保护人体外,尚有保护隔热材料的功用。因此急需研发一种新的耐磨抗紫外线涂料来满足需要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种耐磨抗紫外线涂料,提高了涂料的防紫外线性能和稳定性,无毒环保,降低了生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种耐磨抗紫外线涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
碳化硅粉1.2-3.5份,硬化剂0.5-0.8份,双酚A环氧树脂6.5-7.8份,珍珠岩粉2.3-3.6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.5-4.8份,OP乳化剂2.2-5.1份,醋酸钠0.5-0.8份,氯磺化聚乙烯0.3-0.5份,成膜助剂0.2-0.4份。  
优化的,上述耐磨抗紫外线涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
碳化硅粉1.2份,硬化剂0.5份,双酚A环氧树脂6.5份,珍珠岩粉2.3份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.5份,OP乳化剂2.2份,醋酸钠0.5份,氯磺化聚乙烯0.3份,成膜助剂0.2份。
优化的,上述耐磨抗紫外线涂料,其成膜助剂为醚醇类有机溶剂。
优化的,上述耐磨抗紫外线涂料,其硬化剂为水性环氧树脂。
本发明提供的耐磨抗紫外线涂料是一种良好的紫外线光固化耐刮涂料,不仅原料来源方便,而且无论原材料本身还是涂料成品均具有优秀的稳定性,便于工业化推广和应用,并且该涂料具有固化速度快、制备工艺简单等特点,能够大大降低生产成本;由该涂料制成的涂层具有硬度适中、透光性好等特点,同时赋予涂料优良的环保性能,易于推广应用。

下面结合其实施例对发明进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本发明为一种耐磨抗紫外线涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
碳化硅粉1.2份,硬化剂0.5份,双酚A环氧树脂6.5份,珍珠岩粉2.3份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.5份,OP乳化剂2.2份,醋酸钠0.5份,氯磺化聚乙烯0.3份,成膜助剂0.2份。
成膜助剂为醚醇类有机溶剂。硬化剂为水性环氧树脂。
实施例2
本发明为一种耐磨抗紫外线涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
碳化硅粉3.5份,硬化剂0.8份,双酚A环氧树脂7.8份,珍珠岩粉3.6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4.8份,OP乳化剂5.1份,醋酸钠0.8份,氯磺化聚乙烯0.5份,成膜助剂0.4份。
成膜助剂为醚醇类有机溶剂。硬化剂为水性环氧树脂。
本发明提供的耐磨抗紫外线涂料是一种良好的紫外线光固化耐刮涂料,不仅原料来源方便,而且无论原材料本身还是涂料成品均具有优秀的稳定性,便于工业化推广和应用,并且该涂料具有固化速度快、制备工艺简单等特点,能够大大降低生产成本;由该涂料制成的涂层具有硬度适中、透光性好等特点,同时赋予涂料优良的环保性能,易于推广应用。

碳化硅粉1.2-3.5份,硬化剂0.5-0.8份,双酚A环氧树脂6.5-7.8份,珍珠岩粉2.3-3.6份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2.5-4.8份,OP乳化剂2.2-5.1份,醋酸钠0.5-0.8份,氯磺化聚乙烯0.3-0.5份,成膜助剂0.2-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨抗紫外线涂料,其特征在于:
