Abstract

本发明提供了一种LED灯泡用水性漆及其制备方法,目的在于解决目前LED灯泡用的水性漆质量不稳定的问题,LED灯泡壳涂覆了现有的水性漆后长时间使用会出现脱粉、泡壳发白、出现泪条、导致透光率低、光线散射不均匀等问题。本发明的水性漆采用了新的配方,使用时无须烘烤干燥,且质量稳定,长时间使用后的透光率仍然高达94%以上。

一种LED灯泡用水性漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性涂料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种用于LED灯泡泡壳上的水性漆。
背景技术
现在市场上的LED灯泡泡壳上多数用油性的涂料涂覆,油性涂料会对空气造成污染,且对生产及使用者的健康都有很大的危害。后来随着产品的改良,也有极少数商家开始使用水性漆涂覆LED灯泡泡壳,但是现在市场上利用水性漆涂覆的LED灯泡存在使用质量上的问题,如不耐水和溶剂的侵蚀,长时间使用导致脱粉、泡壳发白、出现泪条、导致透光率低、光线散射不均匀等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于LED灯泡的水性漆及其制备方法,解决目前用水性漆涂覆LED灯泡所产生的缺陷。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种LED灯泡用水性漆,包括:乙醇20%~40%,丙烯酸树脂20%~40%,光扩散剂30%~50%,流平助剂0.2%~1.2%,水性耐溶剂助剂0.5%~2.5%,水性密着剂助剂0.5%~2.5%;其中所述丙烯酸树脂是粘度为15000~30000Pa·S的甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物。
所述的光扩散剂的主要成份为氧化锶,光扩散剂的透光率不低于91%。
所述的水性耐溶剂助剂为2034耐溶剂助剂,所述的水性密着剂助剂为1028密着剂。
所述的流平助剂为BYK-380N,其添加量优选为0.2~0.6%。
本发明的水性漆配方具有如下优势:(1)采用了丙烯酸树脂作为主漆料,使用了水性耐溶剂助剂和水性密着剂助剂分别与主漆料发生反应,起到耐溶剂及耐水侵蚀的功效。水性耐溶剂助剂能与丙烯酸树脂结合形成一层致密的防溶剂层,隔阻了溶剂与玻璃的接触,能防止灯体内的一些溶剂蒸发到泡壳上而产生泪条;而水性密着剂助剂的原理是其与主漆料反应后致使漆料不再吸收水分,阻隔了硅胶蒸汽及水蒸气与玻璃的结合,也不会使漆料因受潮而脱粉;故此,即使长时间使用灯泡,也能使泡壳保持清亮透明。从而即使长时间使用灯泡,也能保持泡壳玻璃的清透。(2)本水性漆中采用了高透光率的光扩散剂,起到了使光线均匀分布以及高透光的目的。
另外,本发明还提供了所述LED灯泡用水性漆的制备方法,其步骤包括:将丙烯酸树脂及光扩散剂按比例调配成粉浆后进行球磨;然后往粉浆中按比例加入流平助剂、水性耐溶剂助剂及水性密着剂助剂,并搅拌至浆料均匀;用乙醇将浆料稀释至用涂-4杯测得的粘度为20~25S后过滤即可。
所述的丙烯酸树脂与光扩散剂的混合粉浆球磨时间不少于4小时。
本发明的水性漆适用于多种规格和型号的LED灯中,当用于T8直管涂覆时水性漆用180目滤网过滤即可,当用于球泡灯涂覆时用300目滤网过滤即可。
本发明的LED灯泡用水性漆使用时直接涂覆或喷涂于LED灯的泡壳或外壳上,待晾干即可,无须烘烤干燥。本产品使用到LED灯的泡壳上后,不但解决了泡壳在长期使用后发白、透过率降低和产生泪条的现象,而且长时间使用后LED灯壳的透光率仍然能高达94%以上,且光扩散效果比使用传统油性漆或市面上的水性漆的产品明显具有更佳的效果,能使LED灯珠的点光源转换成泡壳的面光源散射,使用起来更舒适。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按照以下各成份比例配备本发明的水性漆:
(1)主漆料:将5.84kg RT33丙烯酸水性树脂与8kg LED内涂专用荧光扩散粉混合并球磨至均匀;
(2)然后往主漆料中加入0.08kg BYK-380N流平助剂、0.4kg 2034耐溶剂助剂和0.4kg 1028密着剂助剂,搅拌至浆料均匀;
(3)用2.11kg乙醇将步骤(2)的浆料稀释,过滤后即可。
实施例2
按照以下各成份比例配备本发明的水性漆:
(1)主漆料:将5.84kg RT33丙烯酸水性树脂与5.48kg LED内涂专用荧光扩散粉混合并球磨至均匀;
(2)然后往主漆料中加入0.07kg BYK-380N流平助剂、0.15kg 2034耐溶剂助剂和0.15kg 1028密着剂助剂,搅拌至浆料均匀;
(3)用2.92kg乙醇将步骤(2)的浆料稀释,过滤后即可。
实施例3
按照以下各成份比例配备本发明的水性漆:
(1)主漆料:将5.84kg RT33丙烯酸水性树脂与9.58kg LED内涂专用荧光扩散粉混合并球磨至均匀;
(2)然后往主漆料中加入0.23kg BYK-380N流平助剂、0.35kg 2034耐溶剂助剂和0.35kg 1028密着剂助剂,搅拌至浆料均匀;
(3)用7kg乙醇将步骤(2)的浆料稀释,过滤后即可。
实施例4
按照以下各成份比例配备本发明的水性漆:
(1)主漆料:将5.84kg RT33丙烯酸水性树脂与12.56kg LED内涂专用荧光扩散粉混合并球磨至均匀;
(2)然后往主漆料中加入0.15kg BYK-380N流平助剂、0.15kg 2034耐溶剂助剂和0.3kg 1028密着剂助剂,搅拌至浆料均匀;
(3)用11.68kg乙醇将步骤(2)的浆料稀释,过滤后即可。

Claims (3)

1.一种LED灯泡用水性漆,其特征在于包括:乙醇30%~38%,丙烯酸树脂20%~25%,光扩散剂41%,流平助剂0.5%~1.0%,水性耐溶剂助剂0.5%~1.5%,水性密着剂助剂1.0%~1.3%;其中所述丙烯酸树脂是粘度为15000~30000Pa·S的甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物。
2.一种权利要求1所述的LED灯泡用水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于:将丙烯酸树脂及光扩散剂按比例调配成粉浆后进行球磨;然后往粉浆中按比例加入流平助剂、水性耐溶剂助剂及水性密着剂助剂,并搅拌至浆料均匀;用乙醇将浆料稀释至用涂-4杯测得的粘度为20~25S后过滤即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯泡用水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于:丙烯酸树脂与光扩散剂的混合粉浆球磨时间不少于4小时。
