Abstract

本发明公开了一种漫反射涂料,其特征在于其主要是由如下原料制备而成:丙烯酸树脂、哑光粉、碳酸钙、流平剂、防沉剂、消泡剂、乙酸丁酯以及PMA;本发明利用了光学级CaCO3及高透明哑光粉对光线无规则的漫反射和良好的透光性,使得穿过的光线传播方向发生了不规则的改变,相当于无数个次生光源。既解决了LED光源叠影,使光效达到了无影效果,变得柔和均匀,又使光能量基本不受损失,充分的彰显LED的节能效果。

一种漫反射涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别是一种应用于照明领域的漫反射涂料。
背景技术
LED节能大功率光源是国家重点节能项目。一般产品,都是简单的前置一片普通的透明材料,但大功率光源的多光点,会产生叠影,而且光线刺眼,为了解决该问题,现在也有产品是前置一片毛玻璃。虽可部分解决这些问题,但会使光效率下降,与LED的节能特点背道而驰。
发明内容
针对以上存在的问题,本发明提供了一种透明的漫反射涂料,利用了光学级CaCO3及高透明哑光粉对光线无规则的漫反射和良好的透光性,使得穿过的光线传播方向发生了不规则的改变,相当于无数个次生光源。既解决了LED光源叠影,使光效达到了无影效果,变得柔和均匀,又使光能量基本不受损失,充分的彰显LED的节能效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种漫反射涂料,其特征在于其主要是由如下原料制备而成:丙烯酸树脂、哑光粉、碳酸钙、流平剂、防沉剂、消泡剂、乙酸丁酯以及PMA丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,其中各原料的重量份数比含量为:丙烯酸树脂55~65%、哑光粉5~15%、碳酸钙15~25%、流平剂0.15~0.25%、防沉剂0.25~0.35%、消泡剂0.15~0.25%、乙酸丁酯3~5%、PMA丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4~6%。
本发明采用的原料可直接从市场上购得,如丙烯酸树脂可采用DIC公司生产的859型丙烯酸树脂,哑光粉可采用迪高沙公司生产的OK500型产品,流平剂可采用BYK公司生产的Byk306型产品,防沉剂可采用德谦公司生产的201型产品,消泡剂可采用德谦公司生产的5400型产品,乙酸丁酯可采用三木公司生产的产品,PMA(丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯)可采用德国进口的产品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用了光学级CaCO3及高透明哑光粉对光线无规则的漫反射和良好的透光性,使得穿过的光线传播方向发生了不规则的改变,相当于无数个次生光源。既解决了LED光源叠影,使光效达到了无影效果,变得柔和均匀,又使光能量基本不受损失,充分的彰显LED的节能效果。
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1
把60份丙烯酸树脂投入缸中,然后加入碳酸钙20份和哑光粉10份,用高速搅拌机高速分散30min。再加入流平剂(306)0.2份,防沉剂(201)0.3份,消泡剂(5400)0.2份,再高速分散10分钟。用细度计刮细度达到25um.。用粘度计测粘度100-120S(25℃,涂4#杯),涂料制好备用。
具体实施步骤:
备好待涂透明材片→表面处理干净→喷涂本实施例制得的漫反射涂料→烘烤→下线检查,漫反射光片制备完毕,备用。
喷涂条件:
喷涂粘度:16-20S(25℃,涂4#杯)
喷涂压力:0.3-0.4MPa
喷涂距离:15-25cm
喷枪口径:1.3-1.5mm
烘烤条件:70℃×30min    
发明效果
普通毛面透光片:透光率<80%
涂有本实施例制得的涂料的漫反射光片,透光率>92%,比原先透光片节能15%以上。
实施例2
把55份丙烯酸树脂投入缸中,然后加入碳酸钙25份和哑光粉10份,用高速搅拌机高速分散30min。再加入流平剂(306)0.25份,防沉剂(201)0.25份,消泡剂(5400)0.25份,再高速分散10分钟。用细度计刮细度达到25um.。用粘度计测粘度100-120S(25℃,涂4#杯),涂料制好备用。
具体实施步骤:

1.一种漫反射涂料,其特征在于其主要是由如下原料制备而成:丙烯酸树脂、哑光粉、碳酸钙、流平剂、防沉剂、消泡剂、乙酸丁酯以及PMA丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,其中各原料的重量份数比为:丙烯酸树脂55~65%、哑光粉5~15%、碳酸钙15~25%、流平剂0.15~0.25%、防沉剂0.25~0.35%、消泡剂0.15~0.25%、乙酸丁酯3~5%、PMA丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4~6%。
