Abstract

本发明涉及糠醇生产保存领域,具体是一种延长糠醇存放时间的稳定剂。一种延长糠醛存放时间的稳定剂,将抗氧化剂和紫外线吸收剂按比例进行配比。本发明将抗氧化剂及紫外线吸收剂进行复配,获得具有较高应用价值的、可延长糠醛存放时间的稳定剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及糠醇生产保存领域,具体是一种延长糠醇存放时间的稳定剂。
背景技术
随着经济社会的不断发展,糠醇的应用范围越来越广泛,尤其它是酚醛树脂的主要原料,该树脂可以广泛用于铸造生产中造型、制芯。但糠醇成品在放置一段时间后,会由无色变为淡黄色甚至棕褐色,这不仅会给其外观带来不可逆转的变化,还会影响客户的体验;伴随糠醇成品变色的过程,糠醇的物理化学性能已经产生变化,影响酚醛树脂的正常合成。 研发一种延长糠醇存放时间的稳定剂成为本领技术人员的新的研发课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种延长糠醇存放时间的稳定剂,克服糠醇因长时间放置发生的氧化变色甚至变质的缺陷。
本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种延长糠醛存放时间的稳定剂,包括抗氧化剂和紫外线吸收剂,各组分的重量百分比为:
抗氧化剂                   20—60%
紫外线吸收剂               40—80%。
具体的,抗氧化剂由三丙胺、二氧化硫脲和叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或任意几种的组合物。
具体的,紫外线吸收剂成分为2-(2-羟基-3,5-二叔苯基)-5-氯化苯并三唑、2-羟基-4-正辛基二苯甲酮和单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯中的一种或任意几种的组合物。
本发明还提供了延长糠醛存放时间的稳定剂的应用,该稳定剂的用量为糠醇用量的0.1%~1%(质量比)。使用方式为先将稳定剂组分充分混合,然后再直接搅拌溶解于糠醇溶液中。糠醇最好选自工业级优级品或一级品。
为解决糠醇成品在放置一段时间后,出现变色及变质带来的不利影响。经过研究发现,空气中的氧气是糠醛变色及变质的主要因素之一,使得糠醛无色变为淡黄色甚至棕褐色。同时,还发现糠醛吸收紫外线,也是其变色及变质的重要原因。
经试验,本发明使用于糠醇中,可以有效延长其存放时间。
总所周知,抗氧化剂是阻止氧气不良影响的物质,其主要运用于食品、塑料、橡胶和燃油等领域,而在糠醇等工业品中的应用还没有技术资料的记载。
紫外线吸收剂是一种光稳定剂,能吸收阳光及荧光光源中的紫外线部分,而本身又不发生变化。 紫外线吸收剂的使用领域:聚合物(塑料等),涂料(汽车喷漆、建筑物涂饰),印刷油墨,染色/印花纺织品的后处理,防晒化妆品等。在糠醇等工业品中的应用也没有技术资料的记载。
本发明将抗氧化剂及紫外线吸收剂进行复配,获得具有较高应用价值的、可延长糠醛存放时间的稳定剂。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来详细描述。
实施例1
    优级品糠醇(糠醇含量98.10%)       100Kg
    叔丁基对苯二酚                     0.5Kg
    2-羟基-4-正辛基二苯甲酮            0.5Kg。
    将上述三种化工物料混合均匀,即得成品。
实施例2
    优级品糠醇(糠醇含量98.10%)       100Kg
    二氧化硫脲                          0.3Kg
    单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯                  0.5Kg
    将上述三种化工物料混合均匀,即得成品。
实施例3
    一级品糠醇(糠醇含量97.60%)       100Kg
    三丙胺                              0.3Kg
    叔丁基对苯二酚                      0.1Kg
    单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯                  0.3Kg
实施例4
    一级品糠醇(糠醇含量97.65%)               100Kg
    三丙胺                                      0.5Kg
    2-(2-羟基-3,5-二叔苯基)-5-氯化苯并三唑   0.4Kg

    优级品糠醇(糠醇含量98.20%)        100Kg
    叔丁基对苯二酚                       0.1Kg
    二氧化硫脲                           0.4Kg
   2-羟基-4-正辛基二苯甲酮               0.4Kg

    一级品糠醇(糠醇含量97.62%)               100Kg

   2-(2-羟基-3,5-二叔苯基)-5-氯化苯并三唑    0.4Kg
上述化学药品均为市场购买,充分混合均匀后,存放一段时间,定期检测其糠醇含量,并观察颜色变化。

1.一种延长糠醛存放时间的稳定剂,其特征在于:包括抗氧化剂和紫外线吸收剂,各组分的重量百分比为:
抗氧化剂                   20—60%
紫外线吸收剂               40—80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种延长糠醇存放时间的稳定剂,其特征在于:抗氧化剂由三丙胺、二氧化硫脲和叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或任意几种的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种延长糠醇存放时间的稳定剂,其特征在于:紫外线吸收剂成分为2-(2-羟基-3,5-二叔苯基)-5-氯化苯并三唑、2-羟基-4-正辛基二苯甲酮和单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯中的一种或任意几种的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种延长糠醛存放时间的稳定剂的应用,其特征在于:该稳定剂的用量为糠醇质量的0.1%~1%。
