本发明涉及一种分子筛变压吸附法制氧机集成分子筛筒,包括上盖、下盖、铝筒、分配阀和稳压筒,所述上盖与下盖间安装有两只铝筒,所述上、下盖分别经螺钉与铝筒固定连接,所述上盖上表面上安装有分配阀,所述分配阀分别与两只铝筒连接,所述稳压筒与底座为一体件,所述底板上设有联通铝筒和稳压筒的通道。其无需管道,节省空间和安装工序。

技术领域
       本发明涉及制氧机领域,具体涉及一种分子筛变压吸附法制氧机集成分子筛筒。
背景技术
       现有的分子筛制氧机通常包括两只铝筒、分配阀和稳压筒等部件,这几个部件之间通常经过管道联通实现,由于管道的连接需要空间而且管道复杂,装配工时较大;稳压筒和分配阀一般经螺钉安装于底板上,同样增加了安装工序。
发明内容
       本发明的目的在于提供一种无需管道,节省空间和安装工序的一种分子筛变压吸附法制氧机集成分子筛筒。
       本发明采取的技术方案为:
       一种分子筛变压吸附法制氧机集成分子筛筒,包括上盖、下盖、铝筒、分配阀和稳压筒,所述上盖与下盖间安装有两只铝筒,所述上、下盖分别经螺钉与铝筒固定连接,所述上盖上表面上安装有分配阀,所述分配阀分别与两只铝筒连接,所述稳压筒与底座为一体件,所述底板上设有联通铝筒和稳压筒的通道。
进一步地,所述上盖上设有与铝筒及分配阀的进、出气口对应的气孔,所述各气孔间经凹槽联通。
进一步地,所述下盖上设有与铝筒及稳压筒联通的气孔,所述各气孔间经下盖底面的上环形闭合凹槽联通。
进一步地,所述上盖的底面与铝筒连接面上设有密封圈。
再进一步地,所述下盖的底面设有下盖钣金,所述下盖钣金与下盖间设有覆盖环形闭合凹槽的密封圈。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:分配阀安装于上盖,稳压筒集成于下盖,上盖内设有联通分配阀与铝筒的凹槽通道,下盖内设有联通铝筒与稳压筒的凹槽通道,有效避免使用管道,简化了工艺,节省了空间。

       以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
一种分子筛变压吸附法制氧机集成分子筛筒,包括上盖1、下盖2、铝筒3、分配阀4和稳压筒5,所述上盖1与下盖2间安装有两只铝筒3,所述上、下盖分别经螺钉与铝筒3固定连接,所述上盖1上表面上安装有分配阀4,所述上盖上设有两个通孔气孔,所述分配阀4上两个进气口在上盖1的顶面上与气孔配合连接,所述两个铝筒在上盖的下表面与分别气孔连接,所述稳压筒与底座为一体件,所述底板上设有分别联通铝筒和稳压筒的气孔,所述各气孔间经凹槽联通。所述上盖的底面与铝筒连接面上设有密封圈。所述下盖2的底面设有下盖钣金7,所述下盖钣金7与下盖间设有覆盖环形闭合凹槽的密封圈8。

1.一种分子筛变压吸附法制氧机集成分子筛筒,包括上盖、下盖、铝筒、分配阀和稳压筒,所述上盖与下盖间安装有两只铝筒,所述上、下盖分别经螺钉与铝筒固定连接,所述上盖上表面上安装有分配阀,所述分配阀分别与两只铝筒连接,其特征在于,所述稳压筒与底座为一体件,所述底板上设有联通铝筒和稳压筒的通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分子筛变压吸附法制氧机集成分子筛筒,其特征在于,所述上盖上设有与铝筒及分配阀的进、出气口对应的气孔,所述各气孔间经凹槽联通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分子筛变压吸附法制氧机集成分子筛筒,其特征在于,所述下盖上设有与铝筒及稳压筒联通的气孔,所述各气孔间经下盖底面的上环形闭合凹槽联通。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种分子筛变压吸附法制氧机集成分子筛筒,其特征在于,所述上盖的底面与铝筒连接面上设有密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种分子筛变压吸附法制氧机集成分子筛筒,其特征在于,所述下盖的底面设有下盖钣金,所述下盖钣金与下盖间设有覆盖环形闭合凹槽的密封圈。
