背景技术
为了实现在电动模式中运转的混合动力车辆变速器的益处,有得益于从转动的齿轮传动机构断开电动发电机的能量损耗,从而减少磁性的拖拽和风阻损失。
在工业中存在这样的需求,即需要一种根据车辆操作者所需要的动力而无论车辆速度如何能够断开并重新连接发电机和车辆车轮的装置或技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种驱动系统,其包括第一和第二动力源,包括输出端的行星齿轮组,以及分别可驱动地连接到第一和第二动力源的第一和第二输入端,支承转动的小齿轮,以及同步装置,其用于在小齿轮和输出端之间交替释放驱动连接以及在可驱动地连接小齿轮和输出端之前充分同步小齿轮的速度和输出端的速度。
同步装置提供在相同的变速器内以全电动模式或分离模式运转的能力,并且允许在车辆的车轮和齿轮组的输出端之间在零车辆速度或任何车辆速度做出断开和连接。
当其不用于发电时,驱动系统通过消除与旋转电动发电机相关联的拖拽、磁性的和风阻损失提供良好的燃油经济性。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1,在混合动力车辆中使用的类型的动力分配齿轮组10包括太阳齿轮12、环形齿轮14、行星小齿轮托架16,以及支承在固定在托架上的小齿轮轴20上的行星小齿轮18。行星小齿轮18与环形齿轮14和太阳齿轮12持续啮合接合。
太阳齿轮12固定到轴22上,轴22通过齿条连接13可驱动地连接到转子或电动发电机。托架16固定到轴24上,轴24可驱动地连接到如内燃机这样的动力源。环形齿轮14通过盘26和齿条连接28、30固定到轴32上。

用轴颈支承在轴32上的小齿轮38支承在轴承42、44上转动。小齿轮38包括环46——其通过焊接点47固定到齿轮上——形成有锥形面50,并且在其外边缘形成有与齿33对齐的轴向定向的齿48。
同步装置52包括同步环54,在同步环54外边缘形成有与齿33和48对齐的轴向定向的齿56并且形成有面向锥形面50的锥形面58。同步装置52还包括形成有与齿33、48、56对齐的内齿62的同步装置套筒60。
与齿33连续接合的同步装置套筒60通过挂挡叉66接合,挂挡叉66沿着轴64向左轴向地移动同步装置套筒60与齿48、56接合。当套筒60从图1和2的位置向左移动到图3的位置时,同步环54通过套筒60的移动向左迫出,从而迫使锥形面50、58进入摩擦接触,该接触倾向于在大约50rpm的速度范围内充分同步齿轮组10的输出端即环形齿轮14、盘26和轴32的速度与小齿轮38的速度。小齿轮38与可驱动地连接到车轮内差速器(interwheel differential)(未示出)——其在车辆车轮和齿轮组10的输出端之间传递动力——的齿轮(未示出)相接合。齿轮组10的托架16承载从发动机传输到在轴24上的托架的发动机扭矩,并且太阳齿轮12承载从发电机传输到在轴22上的太阳齿轮的电动发电机扭矩。
当车辆只靠蓄电池能量运行时,同步装置52允许从功率流到车辆车轮断开发电机从而减少损耗。当动力需求保证额外的能量即以分离模式运行发动机和发电机时,电动发电机能够通过在车辆速度下的同步装置52与车辆的车轮同步接合。

Claims (6)

第一和第二动力源;
