本发明属于焊接技术领域,具体涉及一种用于编织物的超声波焊接机。
背景技术
随着人们对编织物质量要求的提高,加工编织物的设备也在逐渐更新换代。传统切割编织物的设备只能对编织物切割分离(热熔分离),分离后织物的边会不整齐,编织物的边缘容易产生磨损或毛边。并且该切割工艺步骤较为繁琐,通常需要几个操作工来完成,生产效率不高,而且生产的升本也较高。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提出一种用于编织物的超声波焊接机,该超声波焊接机在巨大超声波能量的作用下,编织物焊接点部位会产生熔融的塑化现象,对焊接编制物不产生破坏,然后用刀片对编织物的焊接部位进行切割,可避免编织物边缘磨损或毛边。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用于编织物的超声波焊接机,包括底座、升降微调机构以及焊接机构,所述升降微调机构固定在所述底座上面,所述升降微调机构与所述焊接机构连接,所述焊接机构包括超声换能器、变幅杆以及工具头,所述变幅杆的顶端连接所述超声换能器,其底端连接所述工具头,所述工具头与所述底座之间留有间隙。
进一步,位于所述工具头正下方的所述底座上面设有滚轮,所述滚轮优选为带齿滚轮,编织物焊接部位放置在所述带齿滚轮上面,提高焊接效率,方便焊接后的编织物快速移动到下一个切割工序。
进一步,所述升降微调机构包括夹具、支柱、机架以及调节螺母,所述支柱与所述机架均固定在所述底座上面,所述支柱底端与所述机架固定连接,其顶端与所述机架顶端通过调节螺母固定,所述调节螺母上面设置有弹簧,所述夹具一端夹住所述变幅杆,其另一端固定在所述支柱上面。
进一步,所述超声换能器与所述变幅杆的外周还设置有保护壳,所述夹具夹住所述保护壳,所述保护壳可以保护超声换能器与变幅杆不受损伤。

本发明有益效果:
本发明用于编织物的超声波焊接机通过超声换能器将输入的电能转换成机械能(即超声波)。其表现形式是超声换能器在纵向作来回伸缩运动,伸缩运动的频率等同于驱动电源供出的高频交流电流频率。变幅杆一方面固定整个超声波振动系统,另一方面将换能器的输出振幅按一定比例放大。工具头一方面进一步放大振幅,聚焦超声波,另一方面是将超声波输出。工具头输出的超声波将超声波能量集中输入到被焊接编织物的焊接部位,该部位在巨大超声波能量的作用下,焊接部位会产生熔融的塑化现象,对焊接材料进行粘合,然后通过钢构件(即机架)上的刀片切割焊接部位,可避免布緣磨损或毛边。进一步,提高焊接效率,方便焊接后的编织物快速移动到下一个切割工序,位于工具头正下方的底座上面设有带齿滚轮,工具头输出的超速波和底座上的带齿滚轮接触,将超声波能量集中输入到被焊接编织物的焊接部位,焊接部位会产生熔融的塑化现象,对焊接材料进行粘合,然后在带齿滚轮的作用下,编织物很快移动到钢构件(即机架)上的刀片位置,刀片焊接部位进行切割,可避免布緣磨损或毛边。

参照图1,一种用于编织物的超声波焊接机,包括底座1、升降微调机构以及焊接机构。焊接机构包括超声换能器2、变幅杆3以及工具头4。变幅杆3的顶端连接超声换能器2,其底端连接工具头4,变幅杆3优选为纵向振动变幅杆。工具头4与底座1之间留有间隙。升降微调机构包括夹具7、支柱8、机架9以及调节螺母10。支柱8与机架9均固定在底座1上面,支柱8底端与机架9固定连接,其顶端与机架9顶端通过调节螺母10固定。调节螺母10上面设置有弹簧11。夹具7一端夹住变幅杆3,其另一端固定在支柱8上面,机架9由钢构件制成。将调节螺母10向外旋转,支柱8上部分与机架9存在一定的间隙,这时可以将变幅杆3向下压,微调工具头4与底座1之间的间隙。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于编织物的超声波焊接机,其特征在于,包括底座、升降微调机构以及焊接机构,所述升降微调机构固定在所述底座上面,所述升降微调机构与所述焊接机构连接,所述焊接机构包括超声换能器、变幅杆以及工具头,所述变幅杆的顶端连接所述超声换能器,其底端连接所述工具头,所述工具头与所述底座之间留有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于编织物的超声波焊接机,其特征在于,位于所述工具头正下方的所述底座上面设有滚轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于编织物的超声波焊接机,其特征在于,所述滚轮为带齿滚轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于编织物的超声波焊接机,其特征在于,所述升降微调机构包括夹具、支柱、机架以及调节螺母,所述支柱与所述机架均固定在所述底座上面,所述支柱底端与所述机架固定连接,其顶端与所述机架顶端通过调节螺母固定,所述调节螺母上面设置有弹簧,所述夹具一端夹住所述变幅杆,其另一端固定在所述支柱上面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于编织物的超声波焊接机,其特征在于,所述超声换能器与所述变幅杆的外周还设置有保护壳,所述夹具夹住所述保护壳。
6.根据权利要求4所述的用于编织物的超声波焊接机,其特征在于,靠近所述底座的所述机架上面设置有刀片。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于编织物的超声波焊接机,其特征在于,位于所述刀片后面的所述机架上面设置有报警装置。
8.根据权利要求4所述的用于编织物的超声波焊接机,其特征在于,所述超声波焊接机还包括冷却机构,所述冷却机构包括位于所述超声换能器顶端的冷却风扇以及位于所述机架上面的冷风输送装置,所述冷风输送装置包括出气管以及与所述出气管连接的空气压缩机,所述出气管可进行360度转动调节。
9.根据权利要求4至8任意一项权利要求所述的用于编织物的超声波焊接机,其特征在于,所述机架由钢构件制成。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于编织物的超声波焊接机,其特征在于,所述变幅杆为纵向振动变幅杆。
